$700 minimum labor fee for simple repair. I have a 7 year old Best Vinyl fence and need a couple of panels repaired due to some minor holes punched through. $52 for parts and $700 in labor costs for a job that will take less than an hour is unbelievable to me. Considering the $8000 I originally spent on my fence, I’d expect much better for simplemaintenance.Update 1: I was contacted over the phone by the manager who is working to make it right. Updating my star rating from 1 to 3. Will re-evaluate once the process is complete.Update 2: The manager at Best Vinyl mailed me 2 fence panels for free. I feel like that was above and beyond and deserving of a good rating. I still feel like there is room for improvement in the cost of labor for a repair job, but that speaks a lot that they were willing to help take care of me. Nice work.

We had Best Vinyl install a Shade Select pergola and we couldn’t be happier. It is beautiful. They went above and beyond to make sure it was installed perfectly and that every angle was cut just right. They also surprised us by fixing our gate and the neighbors gate.

We used Best Vinyl because they were the only people to carry the fence required by our HOA. They were responsive through the process but quite unorganized. They did get our fence installed earlier than the estimated date which was awesome. However, they were waiting on the gate to be made and gave us an estimate of a week--totally fine. A week went and nothing from them. We waited another 1 1/2 - 2 weeks and finally called them. The office seemed confused and didnt even have our order on file. They finally got us in touch with the sales rep who was then able to get the gate installed in the next couple of days. This was in April/May.Then fast forward to October and we are ready to start making payments since we used the installment plan they offer through Wells Fargo. They hadnt charged us, no invoice. We email them about it-- no response. I call and they place the charge but dont send an invoice which is odd to me. I call again and ask for an invoice. They send an invoice but it didnt include the spilt that our neighbor paid. I contact the office, they say I have to contact the sales rep. I contact him, he says they have no record of the neighbors contract and that I need to talk to my neighbor. We talk to her and she says they already paid them and she will call them. So I tell the sale rep this, and then he says Ill look into it. We are still in the process of getting this all sorted out.Their product and install seem to be fine--I honestly have no reference or experience to go off of. But just their management seems to be unprofessional. If it werent for the risk of legal trouble, we wouldnt have even reached out to sort this all out because it shouldnt even be the customers responsibility to get charged and receive an invoice--especially when it should have been taken care of 6 months ago.Like I said, product and install was fine, but not the best experience when it comes to communication and organization.

Best Vinyl came and repaired our fence and changed a gate for us. At first, the gate was a little too high off the ground and our small dog could get through it. They came back out and fixed the issue, and I love it! High quality work and determined to make sure I was happy with the result. Everyone was very professional. Would definitely use them again. It isn’t often that you find a company like this with superior work at a reasonable price.

Prior to closing on our new construction home in July of this year, we called numerous contractors for bids on a vinyl fence. We ultimately went with Best Vinyl Fence. They werent the cheapest and they were booked out 3 months but some things you get what you pay for and they also offered the best warranty. They finally finished our fence today and I am incredibly happy that I stuck with them through the wait. The crew was professional and thorough to include even takingthe time to scrape mud off of the sidewalk and driveway despite me telling them that it was no big deal. The weather was by no means great and they still took their time and the fence looks amazing. I would (and will) recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality fence with a quality customer service experience.

Chad Olsen was our sales guy and went above and beyond. Our fence sunk into the ground and would not close anymore (not Best Vinyls fault, everything sank around our house). Chad came out and fixed it at no charge. He also adjusted the closing springs on our fence. Best yet, he came out the next day from when I contacted Chad about it. WOW! Great service, great value, great quality. Chad was the special ingredient.

Excellent job at installing a new fence. Very professional and great work. Not impressed at all with fence repair. I would not recommend them for any repairs.

I know companies are busy these days. Im in the construction business myself. The Guy that came out had no personality and the quote I received was more than double what I went in with my neighbors fence last year. It was $22-$23 per ft. A reasonable price. The quote I received this time came out to $46 per ft. And no fence till late August. I know the wait times these days cant be helped but but the price I received was ridiculous. Enjoy the good times while they last best vinyl. One of these days you will again be forced to give competitive numbers. But I will not be asking for any quotes from you in the future.

This project was set to begin in July 2021. The project was finally completed November 1, 2021. I would not use them again unless I absolutely had to.

These guys were great! We got a pergola with vinyl shade and they were quick, efficient, prompt, friendly and they were neat. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They were on time. They were upfront about costs and schedule. I could not recommend them highly enough

They were great to work with, and did quality work. They were not the least expensive bid I got, but their warranty and ability to handle a more difficult landscape sold me. When the crews came to the house they were professional and got the job done quickly. I have lots of slope they had to deal with but they handled it all with no problem. Any time they had a question or suggestion of how to make it work better they came and talked to me to make sure I had thought through all the options. Great crew. I am very pleased with my new fence! I would hire them again if the need arose!

Update: Do a big job all at once or the price shoots up. I had 60 ft added to what my neighbor wanted, added a Arbor and gate in picket style and a picket gate on the other side of our house but ran out of money to add a section further out. Even though I made the job much bigger, the part left is considered small which is a higher price ??So I went from 5 to 4 star since I did not get it in writing after discussing the project going big which does look great but said I had to wait to finish the last part when I had more cash.—————————————————————Use Best Vinyl Fence & Deck but do the whole job or add on’s at the time, or you may be using 2 places. They are masters at what they do. When I owned a business in the Dental Technology World, I was as picky as they come. The foreman and crew that came out to put up the fence from the back to the front, drop it half size to the sidewalk, add an arbor and two picket fence gates did a great job. They measured many times to get it all perfect. They were a great perfectionist team who were on time, did the job right at a unbelievable price. Before they finished the day, they cleaned up everything which is a good professional practice. You can tell from our HOA fence, the quality and thickness of the fence is great. Thats why they can have a good warranty. I enclosed some pictures as this was not all just a plain fence. The sales person had and also made suggestions for us what they can do, so now we have a great Curb Appeal too ! So check this company out. You will not regret it.PS: I marked my sprinkler heads, cut back my weed fabric, moved my main and small rubber drip lines and cut my bushes back and took one down so the company had a clear shot to do the job faster with no hassle or worries of wondering where my lines were.

Considering Best Vinyl? Youll have better luck tucking a $500 deposit into a measuring tape, burying it on your fence line, and waiting for a 6 vinyl fence to sprout. Seriously though, at least the measuring tape wont be able to lie to you repeatedly about the agreed-upon project start date.I canceled my project 4 months after signing. No actual work was ever done. My sales rep gave me a 2-week window for starting when I signed. He said I would get an actual date within those two weeks as the time got closer. I used this window to line up some other landscaping work I needed done. All of my other contractors have been waiting on the fence to start, since that ideally should be completed first.Lo and behold, the 2-week window comes along, I hear nothing, reach out, and get told that my start date is actually another two weeks away. Maybe. At this point, they refuse to give even estimated deadlines. Apparently, its a good idea to have a policy in place where the client cant know about the start date until literally the day before. (If you think Im joking, Im not.) And you better have your schedule cleared for when they decide to show up. If they call on Monday saying theyre coming Tuesday, who cares about work, life, or prior commitments? You better be there or risk either not getting your fence installed or having it installed wrong.I reviewed my contract before canceling. In my contract, the start month is given and the 2-week window is referenced, but apparently they sent over the wrong version of the contract. The almost-identical one they should have sent (that I didnt sign) doesnt mention 2-week windows. I guess my sales rep shouldnt have mentioned it either when selling me on the product. Classic overpromise, underdeliver, with the added bonus of playing off these verbal start-date agreements as if they never happened.So, basically, if you go with Best Vinyl, be prepared to wait several months for your start month (not date or estimated date--month), and you better clear your schedule from the first day of the month to the last day so they can come out when theyre good and ready.They earned one star instead of zero for refunding my deposit, I guess. (That, and I cant give zero stars.) I have never had another company go to such great lengths to make sure I never even consider them again.Hey, Best Vinyl, looks like your 1-star review bar is growing. Might want to do something about it sooner rather than later. You know, instead of just replying to all the negative reviews with half-truths and nonsense.

We got the materials we needed for a vinyl fence/gate at a slightly lower cost than we were quoted by a different company, and they had it ready within a week. Everyone else was at least 3 weeks or longer. Best of all the customer service was outstanding. Bre was great about helping us figure out exactly what we needed. We will definitely be going there for any vinyl we need in the future and have already recommended them to multiple people.

We are very happy with Best Vinyl Fence. I researched several areas companies and took 3 bids. I was impressed with their product and low pressure. The hardest part was waiting a few weeks for the posts to set. The fence pieces were placed within just a few hours. They were a good company to work with. We are excited to experience a private backyard next summer.

We had Best Vinyl install a patio cover, we do love the job they did and the product, but, make sure you are pleased with the final product, it is very difficult to get them to return and fix the issue.Update: A huge Thank You to Best Vinyl. I booked my fence at the end of July with the understanding that our fence would be installed by mid October. Their office administrator texted an ‘update’ with no information and when I asked about the date she said it would be the last week of October. I asked about the delay and she then called me and at that time indicated it could be pushed to November and that we would not get the install date until the night before the install was to begin. I was obviously upset by this as I need my fence installed for my dogs and children. The COO Justin Comish then got on the line and proceeded to literally laugh at me and demean me, this company gives terrible customer service. If I had it to do over again I would definitely have gone with Stonehenge, but at this point I need the fence installed and will see if they install it in October, update to be posted following the install (if it ever occurs).

Second job from this company. Worked with Dave (foreman) and Greg (sales), both just amazing 5 stars. Dave and I were on different pages after the install because I have a small dog and the fence wasnt close enough to the ground, but he and his amazing crew stayed and lowered the fence to the ground to ensure my dog cant get through any of the gaps. Please promote Dave and Greg if possible, such great people to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Our fence install was not an easy project, but Danny and the install crew did a great job! We ran into some issues with tree roots and other obstacles in the yard, but Danny was able to help us with solutions. He and his crew took the time to make sure things were done right even though there were unexpected things that made it take longer than anticipated. They were also incredibly kind and professional when I was visibly stressed about some of the setbacks. Our entire experience with Best Vinyl from the bid to install was great. I hope I never have to install another fence, but if I do I will definitely use them again!

Was the best company to work with by far. I had a bit of a troubled area to work with. The installer team 1 made the recommendations to tier down the rock to keep my dog in. It didn’t get completed that way at the first install try. However as soon as I brought it to the second teams attention they were back out to fix it up. They were great to keep me in the loop every step. Sending pictures when they completed each step. They went above and beyond. Thanks for a great experience. Great team.

If you dont mind constantly calling to get them to follow through on their word, and you like have your property torn to shreds, and you dont mind the fact that 3 1/2 months after the initial contact, you still dont have a completed project...then Best Vinyl is the place for you.On May 17 I signed the contract to have my fence done and paid for 1/2 of the work. I was surprised at this time to find that the fence would not be installed until mid July, but I was tired of shopping around, so I just went with it.Best Vinyl gives you a 2 week window for your install. I was told they would be there the week of July 8 or July 15. These dates came and went with no word at all from Best Vinyl. I had to contact them to find out what is going on and when they would finally be out. After many phone calls, and threatening to go elsewhere, they FINALLY came out on Aug 8 to start the job. One full month after the agree upon date, and nearly 3 months after signing the contract.The fun didnt end there though. The first crew that came out was in charge of ripping out the old fence and installing the posts. My neighbor requested that they leave the wood from her portion of the fence since it was relatively new and her husband had a project he wanted to do with it. Sadly, her instructions were not followed. The crappy old wood from the majority of my fence was ripped down and throw in their trailer, clearly headed for the dump. The nice wood she requested to keep...nicely placed in the back of their truck. Clearly not heading to the dump.Now is where the property damage begins. They used a large tractor to dig the post holes. The weight of this created a crack all the way down my driveway. Then they knocked half of the corner molding off of my shed and did an incredibly bad job trying to hide it. In the process of putting the posts in they moved a lot of my edging blocks...and then buried them with dirt they had to move. Not satisfied with burying my edging blocks, they also cleaned out their cement mixer and tools on top of one of my bushes. Next they broke my sprinkler system. To their credit, they did contract with a 3rd party company to fix this. Due to the sprinkler break, however, they did not install the last post.After days had passed, I had to once again call to get the job moving again. A different crew came out and installed the gate and fence panels. These guys were much more professional and did a fine job. However, they did not have concrete (since thats not their job) so they were unable to install the final post (and the section of fence that would go to the final post).So this is where I stand. 3 1/2 months after signing the contract, 21 days after starting the job...and I still dont have a completed fence. My recommendation: work with someone else.

Im giving a 4 star review only because of my initial complaint. The gentleman I worked with, Skip, was excellent at redeeming my impression of the company. They did an excellent job when we hired them out for a much more expense job which is why we chose to hire them again for this much, much smaller job. There were several issues I had with them this time, but I am very pleased with how everything was fixed and how Skip treated me as he worked to make things right. The gap on the bottom is there for the eventual concrete as we gradually keep improving the curb appeal of this old house.

Called multiple times and messages to get a quote. Apparently the person who does bids is too busy to return my calls. The main line said maybe it would take until another day to get back to me. This is the first interaction with the company. If they cant communicate now, what will it be like later. I will call another company who will communicate with me instead of just letting their phone ring and ring.Edit. I started reading the other 1 star reviews. This company has a sever problem with communicating.

Horrible company. Hit 2 sprinkler lines and a solenoid. When I asked where they hit it, they couldnt remember. Poor communication and poor skills. Its costing me $400 to fix all their mistakes. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. It also took over 4 months from original anticipated start date with no updates whatsoever. Also, left a disaster of a mess with dirt piled on my lawn and boulders throughout the backyard. They Never offered any sort of discount to help lighten the extra costs of their mistakes. Horrible Horrible, oh and did I mention HORRIBLE!!

We have used Best Vinyl twice now. They were great both time and we recommended them to our neighbors. This last time they went above and beyond. Three months after putting our fence in we needed to open two sections of our fence with our removal sleeve to move dirt in the yard. The problem is we forgot which post was removal. Another crew was at a neighbors house and they helped us find the removal post! They were done for the day and were ready to head home. They took time to help us even though they had been working out in the hot sun all day. They are a great company!

Be careful with this company. I paid my down-payment of $3,0000 in January and I only ever hear from them when I am the one reaching out about my fence (which should have already been done by now). Every time I call they tell me different information and the date gets pushed further and further out. Would never have used this company except they have the monopoly on the stupid brown vinyl fence my HOA requires us to put in.

Outstanding customer service! Had a gate from my Mothers home that had been ripped from the hinges by recent winds. Only needed a single rail to repair it and could not find anyone that would provide it.Every fence supply / contractor wanted to replace the entire gate to the tune of over $500.Best Vinyl Fence and Deck had the rail and routed it to match the damaged one while I waited. Gate has been repaired and is hanging straight and true.Highly recommended!

I was going to get a bid form them, but when one of their cars passed me on a double yellow line I figured they as a company are in a big hurry. Will never use!

Terrible Customer Service! Full experience below, but 10/10 do not recommend.We worked with Chad to get a bid and he was really responsive and so kind. But once we signed a contract, it was all downhill from there. We signed a contract on July 8 and were given a two week window August 1-August 14. It was a little further out then we wanted, but we understood, especially with Covid-19. No complaints.Then August 14 rolled around (the end of the two week window) and we had not been contacted at all, and no one had come out to our property. 4 follow up texts and several calls to the office and voicemails, almost TWO weeks later (past the two week window) they finally came out. But even still, they got the fence installed but let the finishing top cap finishes undone for another week. We called to follow up three additional times and finally got ahold of someone, they told us we could plan for it to be done in 2-3 days. Again, further out than we hoped since it had been so long already- but we kindly thanked them and just were excited for it to be fine. Those 3 days passed, and still no one came out, contacted us, or anything. They finally finished in September 7- almost two months later!Again, fence looks great and they did a good job once they finally came out. No complaints there. But overall, they were so terrible to work with. Once we signed with them, it’s like they didn’t care at all about our business.Honestly even if they would’ve communicated it would have made the situation better. But the only way we heard anything from them was calling and calling and calling. So frustrating!

It was awesome for them to come to our house to days early then they promise! They were able to deliver in a timely and professional manner. The crew member including the supervisor, Tristen handled everything smoothly. I highly recommend them specially if you’re looking for a quality product for a fair price. The technology of the fence is well worth it to have especially if you live in the Utah Valley or windy parts of Utah. They were very communicative and as well as well mannered! They are a hardworking group of young men!

Do NOT use Best Vinyl! They don’t have time for people! We had to practically beg for someone to come give us a bid! We called and called trying to get someone to come out to our home. When someone finally came out, he was too busy to stay long and left after a few minutes. Both our neighbors are willing and ready to go in on the cost of the fence but the best vinyl guy didn’t have time to talk to our neighbors. Additionally, he emailed us asking for us to provide him with our neighbors information so he could call them rather than coming out. We are in a new subdivision and our neighbors have other neighbors willing to split the cost of a fence but this guy didn’t want to come back out. When we tried to explain this to him on the phone, he hung up on us!

Not impressed with this place. They would schedule a time to be at my house so o would take off work and they would never show up. After waiting the whole day for them to show I called and they said they werent going to make it so I missed a days pay for nothing. Then I had to go clean up a bunch of dirt, rocks and concrete off of my existing lawn that the installers left behind from the post holes. It was a mess and was killing my lawn and took me 2 hours of raking and shoveling to clean the mess up. Ive worked as an installer in customers homes and know what it takes to have satisfied customers. Im not impressed with best vinyl.

We are so impressed with the work these guys did and how quickly they did it! Our yard wasn’t fully level in some spots but they went above and beyond to fill in areas to ensure our fence was level and looked great. Amazing work. Thank-you!

First of all took them several months to install a 30 feet plastic fence. They sent us the bill, which we paid it in full. Few weeks later, to our surprise, we receive a call from a collection agency stating that we owe them now. WOW. Of course we can proof that its all paid, but its on my history now and my score dropped. I had plans where my credit score is crucially important. Terrible business and overpriced product/service. Use different business and save yourself money and time.

They met all our expectations. They communicated very well with us. They came on time, finished on time, advised us of issues and helped us accomplish the best out come. Funny, though, one sprinkler line was accidentally damaged down deep and did not show up until after the project was totally done. I fixed it with some sweat but I dont think they could have seen it as they removed one fence post and put in another.

I would recommend Best Vinyl to anyone. Aaron my Sales Rep was amazing to work with. He is very responsive and addressed any questions or concerns. He was willing to work with me while I went through some medical issues and pushed out my install. The full process was very seamless and painless from bid, scheduling to install. Chad in scheduling was great as he worked with me on coordinating the install with my business travel. Danny and his team was amazing and worked hard to complete the project on a tight timeline. The communication through the whole process with the sales agent, scheduler and installers was excellent. We got bids from other companies, but it came down to Best Vinyl’s warranty, how they install, and other people’s positive experiences that we chose them. We are so glad we did, and can’t wait to enjoy our yard and the privacy this summer!

Highly recommend this company! They were fast to respond to us wanting a bid and their price was one of the best prices. Chad was not pushy at all and was really helpful in the design. The fence is finished and we love it! We have had many neighbors ask us for the company name because it looks so nice. The material is higher quality then other vinyl fences that I have seen. The install guys were so great and did such a beautiful job that we decided to build a deck with their company(Also a better price then other bids we got). They went above and beyond to make me happy- even running into some issues with my yard that they didn’t charge me extra for. They are in high demand so be patient- We had to wait a few months for the fence install but it was well worth the wait 😊!

Very unprofessional and they like to blame you for their faults. Came in to talk about why my orders are always given to me incomplete causing me to have to make a return trip and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do for me. They even tried to suggest that my guys should make sure they’re given everything before they leave. NO! If I make an order I expect to be given everything on that order. This has wasted sooooo much time and money and for them to not be willing to make any kind of compensation is ridiculous considering they’ve been our go to vinyl company for years now. We have no officially taken our business to another company that values the business we bring to them. I can’t waste my time making return trips to fix mistakes that Best Vinyl is responsible for. Take some accountability and make things right instead of trying to blame the person picking up the order.

Best Vinyl uses a quality product and they build the fences to last. We’ve had them work on two fencing projects for us and the fence is sturdy, holds up to the weather environment, and looks aesthetically appealing. The wind in Riverton was my concern, but after several strong wind storms i am confident the fence will last!Best Vinyl came out on 2 separate occasions to fix sunken posts and to make adjustments on our gate when the ground had settled.They have made our experience a good one!

Bentley from Best Vinyl came out on Friday. We had a relatively minor fix that needed done to our front porch steps railing. We have it solved within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call Best Vinyl the next time I have a Vinyl fencing need!.Best service!! If you need vinyl fence, look no further then Best Vinyl. These guys do top notch work from Dave my sales guy to Alvaro the installer. Answered every question I had and offered advice to what might work better and even fixed a part of my fence that wasn’t even in my bid. If I need more vinyl fence these guys will do the work.

They seem to have very good products. It would be nice to have more displays of those products.

Used this company for materials and have had nothing but constant issues with their staff who are unprofessional. They do not provide any kind of solution when problems arise. Unfortunately their staff will be the reason this place loses success.

Quality products! Paid a little more but worth every penny! Very professional and easy to work with. I have a ton of vinyl around my yard that I had put in a couple of years ago and it still looks brand new and literally still has a shine to it! No fading at all. I just ordered some custom garden boxes and cant wait to plant in them this year! All in all I love Best vinyl and will never go away from them! 100% recommended!

Best vinyl did a great job at adding a 12ft gate to our fence. The price was good, and the staff were very nice. They did a great job. I would definitely hire them again for future work .

We were able to get penciled in on the calendar so things were ready to go as soon as we closed on our home. He quickly helped us resolve any problems that arose. Wonderful experience! We had Best Vinyl put our fence in about 91/2 years ago and just recently the gate latch broke. They sent Bentley over with a new latch and he had it finished in 20 minutes! Didnt charge! Gate works better than ever! Thank you Best Vinyl!

This is a great company. We moved into a new neighborhood and they were able to start our fence the day after we closed on the house. They did such a great job that 5 of our neighbors are also using them. They were quick to answer any concerns I had and very professional.

We are so happy that we went with Best Vinyl to put in our fence. Our sales guy was Aaron Capello. He was awesome. He was very informative and kept in constant communication with us through out the whole process. Best Vinyl was a bit more expensive than other companies, however their warranty on the fence is the best, and the reinforced panels that they use is of the highest quality. We just had a huge wind storm yesterday and I’m very happy to say that our fence held its ground like a champ! Some of our neighbors weren’t so lucky. I highly recommend Best Vinyl if you are looking to put in a strong high quality fence 🙂

Buyer Beware.I went to Best Vinyl today with my lifetime warranty card in hand I have a broken gate they simply refuse to honor my warranty card. See the attached Photo.They offered to give me a good price $$ on the repair however I would rather pay a lot more money to deal with a company that has integrity before I would pay one cent to deal with someone who wont honor a written warranty.

Best Vinyl has been great to work with and an enjoyable experience. They were very detailed in explaining the installation process and warranty. Best Vinyl was fantastic to work with. We replaced an old deck and Best Vinyl handled the entire process - tear out, concrete, and deck construction. Greg was fantastic to work with and walked us through the process, gave us quotes and feedback on design and our expectations. He was extremely helpful. We reached out to several companies and not only was Best Vinyl the easiest to work with and the most accommodating, but they came back with the best quote, as well.They worked fast and efficiently and did a beautiful job. The job was actually completed 6 months ago (were a little late with the review!) so weve had all summer to enjoy the deck, and it has been amazing.The thing that impressed us the most, however, was that an issue arose during the project. They sub-contracted out some concrete work as part of the project and the contractor that came in completely dismantled our backyard sprinkler system without our approval. They cut lines all over without marking anything and made a mess. This all happened about an hour before our actual sprinkler guy came in to adjust the lines to allow for the concrete work. Because of this, the sprinkler adjustment ended up costing a lot more than it would have.We mentioned this issue to Greg and he simply asked, What do we have to do to make it right? We asked for what we thought was a fair amount and, without skipping a beat, Greg said hed confirm if he could approve it. Two days later he came back with the amount we had requested.We really appreciate Best Vinyl for their work but especially for how professionally they handled the whole process. That was not the feeling we received from the other companies that we had reached out to for quotes.Thanks Greg and thanks Best Vinyl! We recommend you anywhere that we can!

Best vinyl is a good company. We worked with Aaron on our quote. He was comfortable to work with and explained their product well.As with most construction based company’s our project got delayed and that was frustrating. I simply wish they would have communicated more than 1-2 days before starting or if they knew they were going to be delayed.The installers did a great job. I was a little irritated they didn’t listen to special requests about not driving heavy equipment on the grass because it was soft and freshly laid. Luckily no damage occurred.Overall the fence is a good fence. I’d recommend them to friends and family simply because they did a good job and I felt that the sales rep represented the company well.

We went with Best Vinyl for their quality of product and their warranties, which were better then other companies we looked at. Even in the busy months of summer they were able to give an estimate quickly and get us on the schedule for a fence, when other companies were months out. Vandals took apart two segments of our vinyl fence. It was an urgent situation for us. Doug came out the same afternoon I called. He put the top rails and lattice back on. The fence looks great. Fast response, fast service! We are delighted.

We have used Best Vinyl twice now. The first time they replaced some vinyl gates that a previous fence company had installed poorly, which resulted in wind damaged gates. Greg was able to provide a far superior design and those gates have held up for several years now. After that great experience, we decided to go with Best Vinyl again for a new section of fence. They were timely and did another great job. Greg is a great guy and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Best Vinyl.

I had a wonderful experience with Best Vinyl Fencing. About 3 weeks ago I had to order some vinyl panels because my boys shot Air soft bebe’s into our neighbors vinyl fence. The sweet young lady who help me figure out how many panels I would need to purchase was a huge help. Then I spoke to someone to someone their today “can not remember his name” but he was also amazing. I needed to have my order delivered and he was so accommodating and made sure it happened.
