I have dealt with a lot of shady contractors in my day and this is definitely NOT one of them. My wife and I bought a house and we were looking to build a fence and decided to go with vinyl Industries. Money was tight and we decided to diy and bought the materials from them. There were errors in the materials for the project, some mistakes were made as these things tend to happen, Robert and his team provided exceptional customer service and support and dealt with things in a incredible timely manner. The customer support I received from them is absolutely top notch and was such a blessing, I felt that they cared alot about making it right and have just been awesome every step of the way. I will and would recommend using vinyl Industries for all fencing projects just from the support and care I received. Thank you Vinyl Industries!

First, with supply issues we have had a difficult time getting anyone who could install a gate for the last year. Vinyl Industries had someone out to give us an estimate within a week and the new gate at installed within about 8 weeks. That might seem long but considering the only other company to give us an estimate was out 6 months, is great. The team was prompt and very professional. The gate looks great and they took care of all the little things like do pin and high wind bar. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out to give a fencing quote the next day which was great. They were 8-10 weeks out for service which seemed like a long time but came out when expected. I had an issue with my fence appearing unlevel and they came back to fix it. They offered a couple options and in the end made sure I was satisfied. I was impressed with their willingness to make sure we were happy with the fence. Would recommend them 👍🏻

We are very happy with the fence, Vinyl Industries was one of the few places that would meet with us in a timely manner and provide a reasonable estimate that considered all out needs. The fence looks great and appears rock solid.The only drawback was the scheduling process for install, you dont really know when your appointment is going to come up, so that makes it difficult to plan other work.Pro-tip, if you dont have a way to dispose of extra dirt make sure you pay for the removal, because they really will just leave it.

Vinyl industries installed two fences at my residence--one portion done in March 2021 was 130 long and was installed into soil at the edge of a garden (the supporting fence posts were installed into concrete filled holes), and the other portion done in August 2021 was 65 long, with the fence posts being installed at the top of an existing concrete retaining wall (rebar was drilled into the existing retaining wall, and then the posts were stood up vertically and the lower portion of each fence post was filled internally with concrete).I am extremely pleased with both the cost and value of the work. It is important to note that as part of the job, the installers had to remove a 40 year old concrete fence that was crumbling, and Vinyl Industries was the ONLY company that I found that agreed to also do this part of the job. Other fence companies wanted me to find a third party to remove the old fence, and in conjunction with a very reasonable bid, this one-stop shopping was a key reason I chose Vinyl Industries. Removing the old concrete fence was a physically demanding job that required a tremendous amount of effort, yet the bid for its removal was very reasonable. The new fence was installed very quickly and professionally (I am an ex-house builder so I observed how carefully they lined everything up), and I couldnt be more pleased. On top of all of this, all of our neighbors sure like the looks of the new fence!I would definitely use this company again--it provided excellent service and an excellent product at a very fair price.

I looked add several companies to install a vinyl fence. Vinyl Industries Wednesday most reasonable And Timely. I am completely satisfied with their work and craftsmanship and would recommend damn to anyone looking for a vinyl fence installation.

After calling 5 other companies with NO response (really?), Vinyl Industries came through! Starting the process was user-friendly and easy. Estimator was on time and efficient. Paying online was a breeze. Installation was quick (once my order was ready during the busy spring season). I will definitely recommend them enrhusiastically.

They do custom work, seems they have a hard time with the shipping company who helps supply them. But they do a great job and always fix errors.

They put in a vinyl fence around our property- I thought they were professional in how quick they came out to give us a quote. The wait was 8-10 weeks for install which was long but they kept to their timeframe and the fence was installed on time. It did appear to slope higher on one side which bothered us so they came back and provided a solution. They made sure that we were happy with the results and we appreciated that. Would recommend 👍🏻

We have been very happy with all of our service and product from Vinyl Industries! I took in a removable post and latches that I broke and they were super helpful in getting me what I needed with a new post and latches. They even offered to come out and help me get it fixed and reinstalled correctly! What phenomenal service! Especially for someone who is 8.5 months pregnant. Vinyl Industries makes an extremely high quality vinyl fence. Their workers are professional, great with follow up, and I am pleased with their service. Due to COVID, their supply chain was low (Which isn’t their fault). It took nearly 13 weeks from order date to install, but the quality was 100% worth the wait. Everything is completely level and the job was done in less than a day. They did an excellent job and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Purchasing our vinyl privacy fence from Vinyl Industries was a very smooth transaction. Our sales person was Trent G. and he explained everything and we knew what to expect, every step of the way. The install date was on time. The install team were awesome and had me check everything to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with our fence and the customer service we received.

I definitely recommend Vinyl Industries AND if you want honesty, professionalism, efficiency and a timely response, I recommend requesting Trent G. as your Sales Guy by calling the office once you complete the online bid request.Typically these big companies charge was more than others to provide their products/services, but not VI. I originally had VI come out and give me a bid last year, but then COVID happened and I wasnt able to install my fence. This yeah, I had several other people come out and give me bids and also contacted VI again. VI was still cheaper than other companies - big and little. Their product is by far better than the others offer and their warranty is amazing. But what was even better was my sales guys communication, response time and genuine willingness to help. I originally reached out to VI as soon as I submitted my bid request, and advised that I wanted to work with my sales guy from last year, to be fair to him. However, a couple of days had gone by and I hadnt heard back from him. I called the office again, and let them know I really need to get him out here so I could complete my contract and get everything setup before they were slammed with jobs. Still nothing. I texted him and called, and nothing. I called the office back and asked if they could deal my lead to a different rep and in 3 minutes I had a call from Trent. He pulled up my bid from last year and let me know of some changes for this year and had me a new bid in 5 minutes! He came out the next day to talk and walk through some changes I was considering and truly helped me pick the best layout for my home. He was quick, efficient and his communication skills are top notch!

I contacted 12 fencing companies and they were the only ones to reply and give a quote in a timely manner. Their prices were fair and they got the job done. We had a misunderstanding and they took care of it without issues.

I am baffled at the terrible level of service I received from Vinyl Industries. They made it extremely clear that they do not care about their customers or the experience they offer. After waiting several months for installation, they arrived to finally begin the project only tell us we would now owe additional funds than what was initially quoted. After budgeting for months to be able to afford the installation, I was shocked when they wanted an additional $1,000 and treated it like it was such a minor adjustment in the price. I felt like I had been scammed and ultimately requested a refund. This company does not care. Seriously, use any other company for your fencing needs.

These guys know their stuff and besides providing exactly what we had hoped for, they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is right. We had them install a steel railing on top of our retaining wall and a composite deck in our backyard. They did a great job installing both, and they were extremely easy to work with. I would recommend them for any deck, fence, or railing needs to have.

They didn’t return my phone call.Initially when I talked to them, they gave me a quote, and I said “great! Let’s get it set up! Let me know how much a down payment you need, and send me the paperwork,” etc. Well, a couple texts and phone calls later, they never got back with me, so I’ve moved on.

We went with Vinyl Industries (May 2018) and were disappointed in how posts were cemented in and ruined surrounding grass more than we planned for as the pictures show. Also there were 2 sprinkler heads completely buried by a concrete (one sprinkler head was 17 inches away from post and the other buried one was 12 inches away) that I found after inspecting post installation and the crew left for day.Full Details Below:The 1 man crew first day that came in and dug up posts all day seemed nice and after talking to him I asked if he was still planning to come the next day and cement in posts with the forecasted rain and he said that the rain was no problem....... which I thought was surprising since he would be working with cement. Next day when he came to pour concrete it caused the problems that you see in pictures.... ruined grass surrounding a wider diameter around posts than expected. These pictures were after I cleaned off the concrete/mud mixture and uncovered the 2 sprinkler heads that I had to find and pry the concrete/mud mix off. I am now writing this review because our neighbors who had Vinyl Industries get fence post installed same week had what I would have expected, very small diameter around post where the concrete was poured and minimal damage to grass. The crew that did that job (different from ours) did not do this in rain and overall a better job.It appears you could gamble depending on which crew you get. The potentially subcontracted crew (ours) or the actual Vinyl Industries crew that our neighbors received. The results we received were not professional quality as what we expected/paid for and what we saw our neighbors get from same company and because of this we will not recommend.

I mean my fence isn’t in yet but with our neighbors losing section of vinyl fence after section we made a call and asked what would happen if the same thing Happened to us next year or in the spring and we’re told “if we installed everything correctly the. We won’t cover it”. I mean not something I want to her after spending 10k on a fence. Guys seem to do good work, will update my review once it’s installed.

Trent even answered his phone while he was on vacation!On the phone and in person, he was respectful, very informative, and extremely helpful.The fence is beautiful and was installed very well. We decided last minute to do some re-landscaping. Vinyl industries came out a day after I called them to give me a bid, and was able to install the fence a couple of weeks later. They worked fast and efficient, the workers were kind and friendly and they even went above and beyond their job description and did a lot of dirt digging to install some extenders that I wanted. I would highly recommend this company!

My experience with Vinyl Industries was great. The put a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence around the sides of my house. Everybody at the company was very friendly and helpful during my project. Trent Gavin gave me a great estimate quickly, and was available to answer any questions I had, and responded quickly when I did have questions. The work was scheduled surprisingly fast, and the workers that came out were friendly and professional. The fence itself is great and should last a long time. Vinyl Industries put in a 6 privacy fence around our backyard for my wife and I about 8 years ago which still looks and functions great so we decided to have them finish the sides to the sidewalk in matching 4. They were just as fast, friendly and professional as before and the end result matched beautifully. I strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vinyl fence.

By far one of the best Vinyl fence companies out there. They were not the cheapest but I believe you pay cheap than you get cheap service. Their price reflects the service you get from them. Their installers are some of the nicest people around and included us in every part of it to make sure it was done properly. I’ll definitely use them again in future projects!

Our gates are uneven, sloped and one sits higher than the other on top. I came in to have my fences shortened (we laid concrete) and just needed 4” taken off the bottom, that’s it. We’d discussed it in length with the guy during drop off, and he said we’d be contacted by Dante (the best for gates) for any follow up questions. We were not. They look ridiculous and I’m really disappointed. Especially with their overall google rating. Not to mention the 3 estimated pickup dates they didn’t complete by.

Cant speak to the quality of fencing. I know that people are busy, but its exhausting as a customer to try to reach out to companies to get a quote and to never hear back.

These guys turned a potentially bad situation into a great one! There was a miscommunication on the height that I wanted the gate to be on my RV pad. After speaking with the owner (he being frustrated initially) he was extremely understanding of the issue and put a plan in place to come back pull up the posts that were set in concrete and re-bury them. José the lead installer was EXTREMELY accommodating and took the evening on two different Fridays to make it right. I know that nobody is perfect, but I love that Vinyl Industries stood up and took ownership of a situation and made it right. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a fence. They will ensure that you are happy and taken care of!

Estimator showed up right on time and was very professional. Installers arrived on scheduled date as promised, work was done in a professional and timely manner, the price was very competitive with others we received and we are very pleased with our fence. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend vinyl industries to anyone looking to install vinyl fencing.

We got several quotes for our fencing project and chose to work with vinyl industries not because of price but because their salesperson was more knowledgeable, brought out samples of different products to show and educate us about the choices, thought of details (like sprinkler insurance and handling excavation dirt) that the other companies didn’t. The professionalism carried through with the installation crews who did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with the quality of both the product and the installation.

Vinyl Industries did a great job! We have hired them to complete 2 projects for us - porch railing and a front yard fence. The porch was finished within just a few hours on the date scheduled and looks beautiful. Trent Gavin gave us our quote and worked with us on the design. He has been wonderful to work with - were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and customer service. The installers for the porch were Shawn and Gus. They were both very hard workers, polite, and the quality of their work was exceptional. I had Vinyl Industries Fencing install a black metal railing for my porch. I felt the pricing was fair, it looks wonderful installed and it didn’t take too long between when I ordered it and the install. I do feel they could have been more communicative. I had to call to find out the date the install was scheduled, I called and confirmed the appointment. I waited all day, they never showed or called. I called and found out I had been bumped to the next day. I would have appreciated a call or a text. But the product is very nice.

My fence looks fantastic! I am so happy and Vinyl Industries has great customer service! I was unhappy with something very minor during our installation and I spoke to the installation manager about it and he sent someone out that afternoon to fix it. I highly recommend this company! Their quote was also very fair and competitive with the other 4 we got and we are very glad we went with VI.

Vinyl industries has been wonderful to work with. They came and installed some fencing and gates for us. Their communication and response time is amazing. A couple months after getting the fence and gates installed we had a problem with a latch.I called them right away expressing my concern that we had dogs to lock in the backyard and the latch had come off. We got three fence quotes, and Vinyl Industries came in Lower by about $400. This was on a small job, so I’m sure the savings would be much larger with a full yard. They showed up when they said they would, and they did a great job with a tricky rock wall transition between our yard and the neighbors. I would definitely use them again :)

Overall a good company. It took a while to get a quote, and they never came out to my knowledge, which caused some issues with our install not going as smoothly. But they came out and fixed the issues and didnt charge us for some of the extra work that they had to do to fix those issues. Because they were good to work with and stuck to what they quoted me I would recommend them still. My new section and gate look great.

I actually had a great experience with VI. I had read some reviews off of yelp that were really negative and so I was apprehensive to use this company. They completely blew away the negative impressions I was given. They were on time. They completed great work. They were so customer friendly, seriously the friendliest people who were so respective and communicable. I loved working with this company and I would definitely use them in the future! Not to mention their prices are unbeatable!

Incredibly happy with our new fence and the whole process with Vinyl Industries. Trent helped us out with the quote and planning; we appreciated his expertise and he did a great job communicating all the costs and options. We solicited quotes from three other companies and Vinyl Industries beat them by all by at least 20 percent! Installation crew was on time for both appointments and did a terrific job installing the fence. No surprise labor costs at the end and the final bill was exactly as quoted. We will be recommending them to all of our neighbors!

Installation quality is Excellent; working with the office and gate building shop is PoorWe were correctly charged up front for half of the project, which we were doing with two other neighbors. The fences were installed with no issue. But when it came to installing gates it was a very different experience.Only one of six gates could be installed on the first attempt, because the others were all measured or built incorrectly. The company never once reached out to let us know when to expect a second attempt to install the remaining gates—I had to contact them before I could find out anything.Then the company charged the price for the full project—not just the remaining half. I had to call to correct this. But even though the job was still not finished they only credited back half of that amount, rather than the whole amount and then waiting until completion to charge the remaining half as they should have. I called them about this, but they did not correct it.On the second attempt to install the gates, four of the remaining five gates were installed. The last one was not measured or built correctly. Again, the company did not explain this and I had to ask when it would be installed, but was given no answer. Some days later it was installed correctly on the third time.Once it was installed, everything was excellent quality. But the billing and gate construction parts of the business are poorly staffed to do what they are supposed to do.

It was a great experience using vinyl industries. All of the workers were nice and polite, from beginning to end. They came Im the day that was scheduled and finished on time.I love the privacy we now have in our back yard.

Our fence looks great! Everyone was super awesome to work with and they were there when they said they would be. I just wish that I had had better communication with them instead of assuming that mine and their ideas were the same. Having said that I would recommend them.

My wife and I stopped by Vinyl Industries to check on obtaining information on repairing our vinyl fence on the home we recently purchased. Leslie L. greeted us and was very pleasant, professional and helpful in providing us information to accomplish this task. She forwarded our request for Craig N. to come by our home to assess our needed repair. Craig was able to provide a very reasonable quote to replace ten slates and two posts. Craig N. was able to fix the fence two days later. Craig N. is very friendly, accommodating, professional and was very competent in repairing our fence. Vinyl Industries is very customer service oriented, reasonable on their pricing and care about their customers. We are very happy we stopped by Vinyl Industries!

Fast, friendly, clean and when we had an issue they took care of it right away. They were the best priced after getting 6 other quotes. They were accommodating with the schedule we had with our cement we put under the fence. They are amazing!!!!

Just wrapped up my 3rd project with Trent Gavin and VI. These guys do an awesome job, especially Trent. He was always quick to respond when I needed information or a quick change. I highly recommend reaching out to him for your fence bid. The crews were always polite and informative. My only issue is that they do not haul the dirt away.

Trent Gavin did our fence estimate and took the time to walk us through each area of the yard to make sure what we wanted/needed. He was very thorough, and had some very helpful suggestions. The installers were on schedule and did a great job. We’ve been very impressed with Vinyl industry products and service over the years, and this experience was no exception. We love our new fence!

Communications with this company was very difficult. I had to call twice to get someone out to do a bid. Thinking that was just an error and liking what they offered we contracted with them to do the fence. We had a set day for them to come out and install the post and then a second date for them to install the rest of the fence. The post install appointment was made several weeks out from the estimate date. Hubby took day off work to make sure we were there so there was no complications. The day of the install came and we received a call that morning telling us that they were finishing up a job and would be out that afternoon. At 4 PM I received a second call saying they werent going to make it and that someone would be by later that evening to make sure there was no corrections on the install placements. I told him we had plans for dinner and theyd need to be there before 5:30 PM. They arrived at 5:30 making us late for our plans. We took care of what they needed and I was told by Mitchell that theyd be there in the morning to install. Hubby took another day off of work. They didnt show up at all that day. I called the office on Friday morning to see what was going on. I was told theyd be out that day to install. They finally showed up and installed the post.The day of the install came of the fence and 1 person showed up to install the panels. He worked until about 5:30 and then just left not having completed it. I thought that was weird but ok. So the next day nobody showed up to install what was left (gates). I called in the next morning and they said theyd contact the scheduler and find out what happened. Apparently theyd ordered wrong size of gates and were waiting for new ones to be picked up. Mitchell told me hed been there at 7 AM to install them but found out they were wrong (its dark at 7 am so I dont think this really happened). He said they were going to try to be there that evening if they got the corrections on the gates. They didnt show but did call saying he was sorry and that theyd have a gift for us to make it up and theyd be there at 7 AM. Well the next morning at 8 AM they were there to install. No gift was seen I feel like they were just making it up.The next day I came home and a section of the fence panels were blown out due to the wind. No sure it was even installed correctly. Very frustrating and their communication was horrible.
