Love this place! Mia made our shave ice and was very friendly. Would love to hear some beach boys or something other than Moana on the playlist.
We pulled at 9:14 which the sign on the window read closes at 9:30 as well as online...there were a bunch of teenagers in the back with the employee and they were closed....I understand closing early for some certain reasoning but just to hang with friends seems unprofessional. Id reconsider having teens run my business.
A wonderful young gentleman by the name of ethan helped me and wow he is a master snow cone maker. I suggested tipping him but he tipped me instead, truly a life changing experience.
Love this shave ice! Just like the shave ice I had in Hawaii. The ice is soft and the flavors are nummy. Surf Shack, Ill be back for more!
