Super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff helped me understand the tradeoffs between different options so I could pick what would work best for our yard. Will definitely be back.

Went in, several people to help. Showed them one picture and within 2 mins they gave me what Id need to fix it, explained how to do it, took my money and on my way. Very pleased.

The Sprinkler Supply Company is well organized and has a large inventory. They seem to be short staffed but are courteous and knowledgeable. Expect a ten minute wait to check out.

We love Sprinkler supply and the variety of parts that they have, but we wish that they were open on Saturday during growing season. Saturday is the only time that my husband and i have to work on our sprinklers and need to get parts. Please open for a half day on Saturdays so we dont have to go to the big box stores where the selection is mediocre at best. .

Great to work with. Rare that they dont have what you need on the shelf, or brought in and delivered to you that day. Definitely my favorite location in utah county

I drove 20 minutes to the store to grab some glue for my husband. I tried calling the store multiple times on my way there to try to buy the product over the phone as I knew I’d get there right before closing but there was no answer. I arrived a couple minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. I tried knocking on the door and calling again. The workers were in the store but didn’t acknowledge me there. Just a suggestion, it’s probably a good idea if you say you close at “5” to actually close at 5 and not 15 minutes prior. I was annoyed I wasted 40 minutes of my time to try to give them business.

These guys are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable plus they have a sense of humor that makes going to the store almost fun! Prices are right and they have everything you need for install and repair. They even designed my system for me based on the dimensions of my yard. I highly recommend them over the local big box retailers where I’ve had to occasionally go on weekends when Sprinkler Supply is closed.

Just left that place. I walked in and stood by the front desk. My question is, how long does someone have to stand there before an employee says “someone will be right with you” or “have you been helped?” One guy standing there helping someone with his plot plan. He obviously saw me standing there. Another guy came up to ring up a customer he was helping. He obviously saw me standing there. He rang that customer up and then offered to help him load the stuff into his car (which is fine I think that’s great). Walked right past me for the 2nd time, didn’t say a word. There was another kid in there that walked by me and stood 5 feet directly in front of me behind the counter. He stood there for a few minutes, looked at me a few times, then walked away without saying a word.Good customer service is truly a dying art. Hopefully the Sprinkler World down the street will at least acknowledge someone standing there by the front desk clearly waiting to be helped.

These guys are great. I shopped around and found that they had the best prices compared to their competitors. They always treated me nicely, even when I lost the screw off of one of my new rotors. They found a broken rotor and gave me the screw off of it.I needed to install a system in my back and side yard and ordered all of the components from them after they designed it, although I ended up using one less zone than they recommended. They offer free delivery so once I decided to go with them I just called them up and they delivered the next day. A few days later I found two elbows on my doorstep with a note from them. They had missed them on the original delivery and dropped them off. The elbows were worth less than a buck each. I probably would have never noticed they were missing. Im writing this review because of their honesty. Most places wouldnt have bothered.

Closed early. I pulled up before they closed and they had already locked the doors. Refused to let me in.

Sprinkler Supply is the definition of a great team and customer experience, whether you are a home owner or a business contractor you can find the knowledge and expertise to help you in any situation. The guys in the shop are professional and have a sense of humor, but work fluently together to make sure that the customer comes first and they are set up to win when they walk out the door no matter the project. I have never felt like I was sold something I didnt need nor was missing something because Joe, Rich, Tyler, Michael, and Chase always try to cover the bases and make sure that you dont only get what you need but have the knowledge to execute the project. Hats off to running one of the best shops in the state, guys.

I had a cracked part in an older model valve, at the big box stores they would have made me replace the whole thing for over a hundred, but here they helped my find the part and it was less than thirty for it.They also were out of that part and had it shipped from another store and called me later the same day to pick it up.

They are always so willing to help and point me in the right direction. I’d never installed a sprinkler system and they were really kind about answering my dumb questions. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

This is the best place to buy sprinklers in the state! The staff is always willing to help, even if you have no idea what you are doing. They will help design an entire system for you or will help you find the most obscure part.
