I needed to ship $6,000 worth of diamond bracelets for my company. The employee said she would label my packages and call me when the order was ready. I never heard back from her, so I called around 10 times throughout the day and no one picked up. I then went over to the store and found that the employee had lost my phone number and then went home for the day. She had my name and company though, so I don’t understand why she didnt try contacting my work to get a hold of me? She also knew that she was shipping 6k worth of diamond bracelets, so it’s concerning that she didn’t do more to get a hold of me. What if I hadn’t gone back and just assumed she got them shipped out? I wont be leaving packages with these employees again unless they are labeled and ready to ship.

I love this location, the service and the employees. I do both personal and business shipping and printing through them and they always go above and beyond to meet my needs. They know my name and my preferences. I love that they give the best possible shipping options for my packages, be it USPS or UPS to save me delivery time and/or money. There are 2 UPS Stores closer to me than this one, but we are always happy to travel a little bit more for the excellent experiences we have with the team at this location EVERY time. They offer wonderful customer service! They are always kind, fast, accomodating and go the extra mile. Currently we have to do curbside service and they have also stepped up there to never make us feel like an inconvenience, but instead are so happy to help. The manager, I believe his name is Donovan, sets the example from the top and that trickles through every employee we have encountered. I HIGHLY recommend this location!

There were several strangers who became friends when our dog was lost in the wilderness two hours away, for three weeks!, and this store was no exception! Helping us make sure the pictures were the best size and clarity for our posters, as well as the size and brightness and lamination of the posters, was absolutely critical in bringing our dog home. The constant sightings and eventual rescuers knew exactly who to call, thanks to the great posters. Thanks UPS!

Not one employee in the store could answer simple questions about shipping to England.I spent more than 15 minutes trying to send a silicone watch band. After all that, they told me it would be $43 to send a 4 ounce package.Waste of time.

A review of a UPS Store? Yep! It was that good of an experience. I went in to the store to pick up a package that I didn’t want hanging out on my doorstep while I was at work. The staff was absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to make sure that I had a good experience. The service was positive, cheerful, and more than I expected. When my dad came in on crutches the staff went out of their way to help him get through the narrow aisles. They managed the line quickly and courteously. I never felt rushed, and was well treated. Count me impressed!

These guys are the best! I actually have a UPS Store 5 blocks from my house but I drive 7 miles to this one because the service is amazing and the quality of work top notch. I have done copies, posters, bulk printing, mounting, you name it, I’ve done it, and it has all been provided with superb quality and service. I highly recommend them.

I go here all the time! These guys make mailing, packaging, and returns SO easy for me! Amazon return are a breeze - I don’t even have to package my return item - I just drop it off and scan a code. It literally takes me less than a minute. Great customer service!

Literally take your product in and hand it to them with your return slip from Amazon. Doesnt matter if its in a shipping box or not. Takes all of 15 seconds to do. Thanks UPS Store!

I love this location! I ship packages but mostly do a lot of printing here. They are so helpful and fast and everything always turns out great. The customer service cant be beat, Donovan is a great manager. One time I volunteered to print programs for a funeral of a family with zero budget. I didnt even mention that but when I went to check out the employee told me there was no cost. Seriously the best people.

Fantastic service. I visited on a Tuesday morning just after they opened to drop off two packages. One was already labeled and boxed, but the other one needed a box. The worker made it easy on me. After taking the already boxed item, he took the other item that needed a box and said he would take care of the rest. It made that visit much shorter and easier than anticipated, which I appreciate. The folks here have always been super accommodating; we make a lot of posters for scientific meetings (around 36” by 56-72”) and it’s really convenient to be able to walk down here and print them off for around $20. We were accustomed to paying at least $100 at other printing places (rhyming with Schmed Hex) and waiting 48 hours to get the physical poster. Plus, they’re right next to a tasty Pho place, so I can grab lunch while the poster prints 🍜

Last year I was an executor of my moms trust. It was a ton of paper work at a time I felt emotionally exhausted. The staff at the UPS store were my support team. They helped me with copies, faxes, and the giant coloring pages my kids worked on while I was getting everything tied up (suggested by an employee). Their customer service went above and beyond.

Very expensive to ship from this store. Ive shipped several items that were arrived very very late. I own a po box at this location and got zero help tracking down and getting my shipments to their destinations. I would save money and ship from someplace else.

I needed copies made for a teachers conference I chair every year, about 450 of copies of various documents. The crew at the UPS store did a great job, including stapling and collating the copies so that we could hand them out easily to the conference attendees. And the servive was very fast!
