I am not satisfied with this Firestone, the one in Fort Myers Serves you very well. Time dodge firestone seems focus more on making money than satisfying customers. They keep adding unnecessary costs and not good in communication, installed another belt instead of driver seat belt. I may not go here again or i would only change the oil nothing else to listen them.

I stopped in to get a price on new tires and was told I only need a tire rotation at this time. I will go back in August to get new tires and a front end alignment. Its rare these days to find that type of honesty the young girl working the front counter and the manager are super cool and friendly

I have been going to Tim Dodge since 2012. They have always been completely honest with me. They will even tell you if you dont need to have something done yet. They are always so polite and treat you like family. Its nice to have a mechanic who will put your needs before their profit.

So I went in on Tuesday at 8am had over 2500$ worth of work and they took care of me by 230pm car drives fine for 24 hours I turn on my street and hear a major clanking sound so of course I’m hysterical and call right away Ryan sends Justin over and he gets there within five mins puts the car in reverse and hears a little scrapping so I tell him you gotta drive it forward he said I just wanna check something really quick bends down and pulls out a flattened beer can that got jammed in my control arm somewhere along the way on 80 driving home from work😆 needless to say I will continue to get my car worked on here. The guys were all great and customer service was amazing Justin wouldn’t even take the money I tried to give him for coming out to my home, just asked me to continue getting service through them. Thanks again for the amazing laugh amazingly fast service and the smooth ride my car is giving me. You guys are the best!!

They are the only (family) I ever take all my vehicles to. Steve is the best Store Manager ever, he convinced me that they are better than our local Ford Dealers, and I will be nice and not mention the 2 places. But he proved to me that he can do the work, with my Ford prices and Toyota,, with labor to still be cheaper and guaranteed with parts, Ryan is the best front desk person to ever ever. He will keep you entertained while being professional. All the mechanics are fully knowledgeable with all vehicles. They are the best team I have ever seen in 1 building. I will never go anywhere else. They sold me in 2008. I love these people and the owners are soooo sweet and nice themselves. They work with their people and staff. Best place ever to have work done. 💓💓💓

My car was taken to have a miss fire diagnosed. Was told what needed to be done and was okay with the repair needed and the cost. I’m a Firestone card holder and know that if you agree to have the repair done by them they waive the diagnostics fee of $60. They didn’t have time to service me the same day and made me pay the fee. When I left my car was miss firing worse than when I went in. Opened the hood to my engine and noticed they had broken the plug to ignition coil 1. Was very disappointed with the customer service and the handling of my vehicle. I’ve used Firestone for years and never had an issue until this location. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this specific Firestone location. Waste of your time and money..

Just had four tires installed. Good experience. Everyone was very pleasant, particularly Lisa. Things were busy and a little hectic because theyre short staffed but its obviously a popular place. Ill go back.

Water Pump needed to be replaced I given a verbal price for the repair and then I was told something else needed to be replace ( a single hose )Worth $ 9.99. I was told $128 .Had to wait another day to get that fix.

Took my truck into firestone last month was told I need a new motor almost junked it for $500 my gut feeling told me to get a 2nd opinion had my coilpacks replaced truck now drives like new.

I was told that Ill be having a life time warranty on my tires. Recently I decides to go to a different firestone location and come to find out that doesnt exist with not one firestone location because this one company here is self owned and they been sued before because they tell everyone that the warranty is good for any firestone. I payed so much money for it.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ! This is a clip joint and they will cheat you given any opportunity. My experience with Tim Dodge Firestone was awful at every level & particularly with the mgr Steve. If you are looking for ethical honest treatment do NOT go here.

Falsely advertise their tire warranty as being good at any Firestone Corporate. Falsely use the Firestone name and being pursued by Firestone Corporate. Their work is also shoddy to say the least.

I brought my car to Tim Dodge Firestone without an appointment. They checked my car within a reasonable waiting time. The mechanic pointed out what needed to be done. I had to leave the car there since I had 3 hard-to-reach oil leaks. They offered to drive me home and pick me up the next day when the car was finished. I was pleased with the customer service and the repair.

I recently went to this location for the first time. They were so kind and caring. They have it to me straight and got me a great price for what I needed done. They hurried since I had my newborn with me and helped me to my car when it was done! I can not say enough positive things about them! They deserve every ounce of the 5 stars i gave them!

From the first time we took our car there we were treated with respect. They were very friendly and courteous. What surprised us was that they actually took us where the car was up on the lift to show us what was wrong with the car and allowed us to make our own decision as to the repair. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I purchased tires and a warranty to include rotation and flat repair. I use my car daily for work. Lets face it, no one wanted a flat tire and it is not planned. They could not repair my flat for 3-4 days!!! What a rip off!!

Barry Hamilton, Every thing was communicated with up to the point you were called and didnt answer your phone and we talked to your daughter and we gave her the info and told her to have you call us about the remainder of the cars needs .. A few hours later she shows up to pick up the car and I asked her if she told you to call us and she didnt answer me.. So I told her to call you right in front of me and she did and let you know the cooling fan was needed ( There is no way to check cooling fan operation until the engine is installed and you were told this in the beginning) We finish the car and you come in after telling her to tell me to go ahead a put the fan in and start yelling at us dropping FBombs at that point I tried to explain to you we did call to check yourphone records and you became verbally abusive and were asked to leave the service area !! I understand your upset because your paying for someone else neglect but we did call in total of 4 times to communicate everything with you !!

Love this service center. Took my vehicle for a oil change and got a free check up. Went back to get other work done and I was very satisfied with both the service and the cost.

Low tire light went on I stopped they filled all my tires and start to finish 5 minutes and no charge. Now who will I think of when I need new tires! Exactly 😳

Unprofessionalism here is off the charts! Would rather hire a monkey or some amateur from vocational school to work on my car. You’d get the same “customer service” from them.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. My rear ac core went out. They found it was custom and they wouldnt be able to repair it so they gave me information on business that could and no charge. I will go back here for other work.

Have come 2 or 3 times to get service done. Always have been honest with me about pricing and have been very helpful with explaining exactly what needs to be done and why.

Ive been going to Tim for 3 years - NEVER had an issue before! My first experience with Tim was when I went in to get a new right, front axle that I was told needed replacing. (by a dealership). Tim said theres a very small dent- it doesnt really need to be replaced. Also, he honored a tire deal/quote give to me by a competitor. (never go to TIRE KING-DUMB!!) Im getting ready now to go in for a (probable) new battery and a tune up. I recommend Tim to anyone I meet who is looking for a GOOD and TRUSTWORTHY car shop.!

Very good group, for seven years this shop has taken care of both my vans. Price is very competitive, jobs are done very well and if you ask for a coupon they will even go out of their way to help. For an auto shop I trust them, I cant say that about many auto shops!

This is the worst place to get work done on your car. I came in to get an oil change and Steve asked me when did you get your last oil change, your oil plug is stripped and leaking and you dont have any oil and now you need a whole new oil pan. I told him I got my last oil change here. He said it was impossible that they use different oil and different oil filters. Long story short, I got a refund for the oil change that was never gotten (they found my invoice on the computer). I left and later I called them to get the owners contact info (since they have no customer support on their website) and Steve answered. He said he couldnt give me the owners number but he would take mine and the owner would call me back. I told him that I suspect the mechanic (Dennis) stripped the plug and sent us on about our way to cover his own a** and Steve said so you are claiming that we vandalized your vehicle and was very rude about it. I said not necessarily, I said that they should have told me about the stripped plug, and it seems suspicious that you claimed you changed our oil but really didnt. I asked when can I expect a call from the owner and Steve laughed and said we are not corporate. I asked so basically hell call me back if he feels like it? Steve hung up on me. He claimed that the mechanic never saw the oil change on the ticket and didnt even touch my car. I was also told there were no cameras in the store to verify since they just got them put in this month of November 2014. Ive been driving my car for over 3 months under the assumption that I had an oil change and now I need a whole new oil pan. Either way if they didnt cause this they couldve at least prevented it somewhat by telling me about the problem 3 months ago because I paid for an inspection that same day and they didnt mention any leak in my oil pan or stripped plug. This place either doesnt do the job or messes up and tries to hide it and then treats you like dirt when you try to get them to address their errors. And Im pretty sure Im not going to get a call from the owner. Go somewhere else, this place just wants your money and once they have it you dont dont matter to them anymore.

Friendly staff but as a franchise other Firestones refuse to help you with anything. Asked for the warranty also, was told I had it from tim dodge when I called. A couple days later I missed them just before close so I was sent to a different firestone, but after jumping through hoops to even get assistance at another firestone we were told I didnt have it at the tim dodge although 2 days prior i was told i do have it. Odd.

I took my moms car here for an oil change not knowing she had also purchased her tires from here. They went ahead and did the needed tire rotation and alignment check without asking and at no charge. Great service without any of the up charging or added unnecessary additional services being pushed. I feel confident having my mom bring her vehicle here for service.

Everyone was really helpful and explained things to me. Made the wait very welcoming and not so drawn out and I feel they did more than initially expected. Definitely recommend this shop.

The mechanics have always been helpful and friendly. I love that they check over your whole vehicle and find problems before they happen and they work fast. Your car will never be sitting there for a week waiting.

I had an appointment for ban oil change and lube job. They took me right on time and they were done very quickly. The price was great at $20+ with oil disposal fee and taxes. V

Great guys, I Brought in a car I just got, they got me right in, while installing new tires for me they found a problem with my brakes, they worked on them then and there till my car was safe for me to drive, I appreciate all the hard work and expertise they showed me.

*BEWARE* Tim Dodge Firestone in Lehigh Acres gives fake warranties. If you dont believe me, just call the telephone numbers that are on the back of your invoice and ask them if you are covered under the warranty and they will tell you that the warranty does not apply because he is a private owner.

To be fair I dont know if the same ower is there, but I had my daughter go to get a oil change. And they had here in tearsShe was told her catalytic converter was bad & other misc. Items,to the tune of over 1600$. I told we would get a second opinion. It was a scam!!!

They told me I needed to replace the battery and serpentine belt. Had to take my vehicle to the dealer for a recall, and they said those things were fine. Recommend you get a second opinion to avoid being ripped off.Update: I just heard from the manager of this shop. We talked. It seems there was a misunderstanding between what they said and what I heard. The fact that they made a point to contact me to straighten this out gets a big thumbs-up from me! So few businesses care enough to talk to their customers anymore. Kudos!

Thanks for stalling out and then purposely smoking the clutch in my Cummins.The manager then refused to install tires because I didn’t thank them for abusing a $1,300 clutch.Shops like this are why I became a mechanic, so I hopefully wouldn’t have to deal with people that purposely abuse my property and then act smug about it.

Very helpful staff. An employee by the name of Chris was gracious enough to help me with a tired it came off beed. You help me put the tire back on real help me with some air and had me back going in no time.

Had an oil change and complete vehicle checked out. They did a good job, although the 1 hour estimate took 2 hours. Also, when replacing the wheels, they tightened them so tight it broke my wratchet extension tryiing to get the lugs off! 100 lbs ft torque is plenty for this vehicle, not 200 lbs. Adjust your compressor regulator please. This can ruin the rotors!

I went with my friend here for a nail in his tire this morning. The repair shop was booked all day, but, when it was obvious to the lady on the desk (Lisa) that there was some urgency to having the tire repaired, she asked if we could wait till tomorrow and she would get him in first spot. My friend said its ok, I understand but we have to have the repair a.s.a.p., my sister passed away this a.m. and we had to return to Canada. The owner, overhearing the conversation, said they would take the car now. The tire was fixed and they said there was no charge. Wow! I have never experienced this kind of compassion before. Thank you so much.

New to lehigh i went to Tim Dodge Firestone, I needed an oil change and they took my car in right away $18.99 was the price they gave me so i asked if i had to clip a coupon to get it and they said no its the year round price and it came with a 75 point safety inspection at no charge ..My car was in the shop in no time and they found my tires in the front had steel belts showing and the service writer walked me out to my car to show me instead of just tell me at the sales counter ..not many shops do this any more .. they gave me a price on the 2 tires and alignment so i called my boyfriend and he called 2 other shops while i waited to tell them what i wanted to do and they beat the others shops by $75.00 with out cutting any coupons ... i was very happy with there service and will 100% return for all my cars needs !!!!!

These guys have been maintaining my wifes 2013 Explorer and the Explorer before it and weve never had any problems (knock on wood). After almost being burned for approximately $2k for work on my F150 I brought the competitors estimate in to these guys and after we looked it over and got rid of unneeded work and huge overhead they got my business. Not going anywhere else, Thank you Tim Dodge Firestone.

Went in today (4-12-19) to get a nail out of my tire. I went to two other places but were booked and had a 2 hr wait. I went to this place because of the great reviews. I met the owner and I explain my problem and he immediately got me in. The technician called me back to the garage and showed exactly the puncture and the damage. Luckily the nail didnt go all the way thru and didnt have to pay but recommend a brake clean. I chatted with the owner while waiting and he was very friendly and educated on car repair. I recommend anyone using this place for their car care!

They got me new tires, control arms, struts, ball joints and sway bars. Car feels brand new again. Fantastic work!
