They stayed open late to throw 4 new tires on my truck in a timely fashion, Lets Go.

Had an appointment for 8:30 am upon arrival couldnt find me on the system even after Im showing email confirming it, he called there supervisor over his word oh you didnt confirm appointment I was like what showing him what I have and never received any other emai he proceeded to say oh well we can do it but its going to be a while. Oh well wheres the accountability and then he stayed rude the whole time. Even goes as far if you have a problem sticker on the door call corporate, wowIve brought many vehicles and fleet cars there never again unacceptable already was given them a chance from past experiences guess a tiger will never change his strips

Typical bait and switch. Set appt online and picked out tires. Arrived and they tell us the tires were discontinued and the replacement tires were double the price. Then the usual “this is wrong, that is wrong” with multiple attempts to upsell. Will not be coming back here again, 2 hours to replace 2 tires. With 40+ minutes of nothing being done on the car. Good luck to you, tire places are a dime a dozen, shoddy service is no excuse.

Went in for my brakes and they finished fairly quick. They are all very nice and extremely helpful. Had a great experience. Ray was very nice!

In just 45 minutes the manager found my tire and ready to go my home. Good services.

Good pricing on tires and they were able to special order my tires and get them in quickly. Was in and out with 2 tires and a rotation in less than an hour. Highly recommend them.

Great Place with Awesome People! Super friendly and efficient and great price. I was going to pick up my grandson from football practice when all off a sudden I got a flat tire, they were close by so I pulled in, they were very understanding and got me back on the road within 10 - 15 mins. I was a very happy and definitely satisfied customer!

This shop was highly recommended. i called and set an appt for an alignment. picked the truck up and they said i needed to balance my tires and in the near future replace my tie rods. keep in mind this was after they aligned my truck, they never called me prior to aligning the truck. when i drive my truck my steering wheel is about an inch to the right when drivi g the truck and my truck shakes like it never did before. called the store and the store manager said that theh aligned to the best of their abilities and theres nothing else they could do ! i dont write bad reviews but would not go to this place at all. if you couldnt align my truck let me know before hand.

I absolutely hate taking my truck anywhere in this town due to the lack of knowledge of any type of automotive work. I prefer to fix things on my own but when it comes to tire balancing the hunter roadforce machine they offer is the best in the industry, and with that being said this is hands down the best tire shop in lehigh. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Everytime ive been here they welcome me with a smile and as time has gone on ive gotten to know the amazing employees of this shop. This place has really turned my opinion around on the company as a whole. Ill gladly bring my Ram 2500 here anytime.

Brought my car in to get my front end fixed. It was making a bad noise. They told me I needed a new CV Axle and hub bearing. 500 bucks later the noise is still there and wasnt fixed. Dropped the car off Monday night and was supposed to fixed Tuesday and didnt get car back till Thursday. So 500 bucks and 2 days later car still isnt fixed. Thanks Tire Choice for throwing 500 of my money down the drain

First my 1130 appointment wast postponed until 330, I get there and told they don’t have my tires in stock when the exact set of 4 I ordered was right inside the garage door where I could see them and would have to come back the next day. I ended up only having two new 18 inch wheels and tires I supplied mounted and they completely destroyed the faces of them mounting on their machine. Came in the next day still needing new tires and wanting to confront about why they were so careless with my wheels and told they couldn’t help me unless I had an appointment. This place is an absolute joke and very lazy group working here I don’t recommend

Had a tire sensor go out and I ordered a really good sensor i came in to get a quote to get it put in and the guy told me 98 bucks wow Firestone puts a new one on and has there own sensor all for just 55 bucks and I Continued calling around all was 55 and under be careful going here they will try to charge you top dollar,way way wayyyy to much

Excellent experience! Great customer service by Steve, what an asset he must be to this company and this location. Picked out tires online on a Wednesday evening, had appointment available next day, with tires in stock, seamless process in my opinion. This is going to be our new place for all of our tire needs. And during this unique time, the inside of this establishment is set up perfectly where you have your space from other customers, they had hand sanitizer available at the front counter for customer use. Very pleased with our entire experience.

Great customer service

Being a father can be hard at times. Especially when you work out of town. My daughter called me and said that she had a flat tire. I called Tire Choice which was right down the road from my daughter and spoke with Ray. He told me not to worry and have her swing in and ask for Ray. She did and he took care of her. She was out the door with in a 1/2 hour. Ray gave me a call back to check in and let me know that the car was done and she was good to go. Awesome service!!

My experience was helpful, and very efficient.Kern did my tires, brakes, and alignment on my 2013 Mercedes Benz, and it drive like its brand new, he made sure to get me the best that I needed at a great price 🙃 very profession, fast, reliable and efficient, definitely will be going back. That man needs to be a manager (thought he was at first), unbelievably fast and professional service.

I was very satisfied with my experience at TireChoice today! The staff is not only helpful but also very professional. I was unsure which tire would be the best choice for my husbands Tacoma, as it was a surprise for him that I was purchasing tires for his truck, and I didn’t want to disappoint him. Wonderful customer service as well as knowledgeable and they also do price match and I didnt have to waite a long period of time.

For a new business this place had one person working and as I watched, they had to call in to get Authorization code to use a credit card. I waited five minutes for the guy to call in twice for Authorization. I asked if he had to do that every time, he said yes. I left not wanting to wait to fix a slow leak. Felt I might wait all day.

Steve was phenomenal. Him and his assistant manager Ray are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this shop over all others I’ve tried in Lehigh High.

I was at Doctors office next to TireChoice in Lehigh, when I was getting ready to leave I noticed I almost had a complete flat. Not feeling well, I was grateful Tire Choice was right next door. I got out and went to get help. The Spanish gentleman asked how could he help. I told him I had a flat and asked how much to fix it? He told me he couldnt fix it I needed new tires he could make me an appointment for the next day. I told him I wont make it home! He said I dont knoq what to tell you I could put air in your tire and you can find another place. I was in total dismay and I started to worry not feeling good I went on Gunnery in lehigh and on 24th and gunnery they sold me a tire which would of needed just a patch if I didnt drive it extra in the condition it was in. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY SERVICES OR MY FAMILY!!

Took my car in to have tires put on and literally scratched every single rim. Shop denies it was them but literally it’s the exactly same scratch on every rim. Looks just like a machine did it. They denied it on the phone and want to see it in person which I’m sure they will deny. Never will go again

New store, very clean with friendly staff. Tire was loosing air fast and had already been plugged several times, had to be replaced. They were able to get the tire I needed from the warehouse and have it ready to install when I got there. In and out in no time, great folks!

I knew nothing about cars but a true mechanic doesnt just fix the problem, but also check out the car to make sure if there is no more problem.I been going to walmart for my oil change for the last two years but last month I just give Tire choice a chance but not only did they change my oil but they also check my car for any other problems and found out my car need some new filters for the engine and a air filter.

I’m very happy to have a tire choice so close to our home. This was our second visit. The customer service has been some of the best I’ve had with this company and my family has used this company for our vehicles for many years.

Incompetent. Made an online appointment, talk to somebody to confirm, showed up for scheduled time, said tires were not there. we can get them in a few days. I will take my $800 to somebody else that wants it more.Side note: This place charges $50 to patch a tire.

They do everything in accept transmission tires rotors brakes oil changes filters such as air filters and they do coupons when it comes to oil changes brakes

I went last month to this Auto Service Center-Looking for help with the Fuse box diagram(location and assignment of electrical fuses and relays)for Ford Transit Connect 2012and the cashier attendant talk to me and he ask me $170.00 US. to look in the fuse box for the fuse 169AND then i went to O’Reilly Auto Parts the lady right hereput the fuse for me and charge me only for the fuse sometime the price is not the service we are looking forwe need more (love) and (Compassion) motivates people to go out of their way to help the physical, mental, or emotional pains of another and themselves.

By far the worst tire place I have ever been too, I arrived with a tire with a nail in it and a donut on the back, I left with the nail still in a tore just different location, and one of the worker drifted and make my tires squeel in the parking lot.
