Very unprofessional how the talk to ppl. Promise to deliver my phone at certain time. Had to wait 2hours ti get my phone fix. She said if I wanted ti drive all the way to fort Myers. She was saying all that with her down looking at her stupid cell conversation. Not even a sorry We’ll if you tell a customer is gonna be ready at certain time trust me I expect to be ready at the time.

My boyfriend & I went in today looking for an estimate on a blacked out Galaxy S5 screen repair. We explained to Jesse that the phone was still fully operational, as in we were still able to make and answer or decline phone calls, but the screen was black and we werent able to see it. Then we asked him how much it would cost us to fix that issue. Jesse asked us to hand him the phone and we did. As he held and inspected it he explained that even though the phone was still responding to our touch, the entire screen would have to be replaced. He searched for the particular screen the phone needed, and gave us an estimate of $88 for the repair. As he was putting the case back on the phone, it slipped out of his hands and hit the floor. When he handed it back to us, it was cracked. My boyfriend noticed the crack, but decided it wasnt worth going back until he realized the phone was not responding to touch anymore. Now its fully unoperational. We went back and tried to see if he would discount us on the repair, since he had literally just added damage to the phone, and he got very loud with us and said he was NOT responsible for the extra damage & that there was nothing he can do. We threatened to get the cops involved, and he called his superior to explain & find a solution. Jesse then told us a repair for that phone would normally be $120, & that since he cracked it he would leave it at $80. This was comical because he initially said it would be $88!!! Which he then proceeded to say he never gave us that estimate!! I ended up contacting his manager personally, and he said he would look over the footage & hear the audio the cameras picked up to ensure that our claims were true, and that he would call us in the morning. So thats where were at. Customer Service from Jesse was honestly laughable. I truly hope something gets done because my boyfriend had every intent of still using that phone for work, since he was still able to answer & make phone calls but now he cant which is a huge setback for us. Please dont do business with this place! No professionalism or consideration. Truly a scam.

I definitely recommend this place. The customer service level here is great as Jesse was very helpful and an awesome tech. My phone was fixed and looks brand new again. Also the electronics there are very affordable and I will definitely be coming back again for future purchases.

I had a great experience here. They fixed my phone fast and effectively. I had an issue where I couldnt pick up the phone due to prior obligations and Jesse hand delivered the phone to my house which was in Lehigh. This is not part of their service but he knew I needed my phone and kindly offered to personally drop it off. That kind of customer service isnt around much these days. I 100% recommend this place if you need your phone repaired as they do what they say will and do it right. Thanks Jesse!

Wrong battery, they said they might be able to get one the next day. I went to pick it up and they were closed, despite the fact I was told 20 minutes prior that I could come and get it. After three wasted trips, I had No MOBILE SOLUTION!

Horrible customer service told 3-5 days for order part 7 days later still not repaired. Told part came in 4 days ago but to busy not priority to get fixed. I was told glass broke while being repaired but not told until I inquired about my phone no call to let me no status of my phone or that they even broke the glass?? Always to busy to deal with issues always told “I’m not gonna fight with you” I am very calm person just wanted status of phone and explanation why not fixed or why lied to?? Fixed my wife’s phone with no issue that’s why I let them try to fix my phone.

Customer service is horrible. They had my laptop since 2/02/2018. The original employee was fired a few days later. The owner gave me the run around for weeks. Finally he says what the problem was and that he was going to order the part if he didnt have it. He said the order would be done the next day. He didnt call me back so I went to get my computer. He said that told me he would call me when it was ready. Today I went to get my computer almost a full week later and he says that he called me a few times. I looked through my phone and he did call me 2 days ago 1 time. I asked him did he leave a message. He lied again and said he did. I checked my voicemail. He did not leave a message. Turns out he couldnt fix computer because theres a problem with the motherboard not the part he ordered. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy one of his laptops in his store. The owner is a jerk and this business wont be open long if he does business this way. Stay away from this shop. Youve been warned.

I dint know what people have experienced.. But this stores is one of the most knowledgeable store i have even been to.. They eeally know what thegde doing and their cjstomer service is on point. As it is the gift giving season, so I decided on a gold iPhone 6s for my granddaughter up north. Anyway, phone was sent, but was unable to be activated according to apple. Apparently while unlocking the iPhone 6s, credentialing for a iPhone 5 were entered which made the phone totally useless to be activated under any carrier.I understand everyone makes mistakes,. The way I was treated at mobile solutions in lehigh upon the return & in an attempt to explaination of the problems was dismissed. The personal guarantee was given for 72 for it to be fixed ended up being more like 84. No explanation of what the problem even was. All I know is I bought a gold phone & got a rose gold one in its place. Looks like, if ur busted, just admit the problem & mayb your business would not here!

You know I have to be honest i would’ve given this place a 5 star if I would’ve done this review before because I always had a good experience here but as of today I will NEVER RETURN! I dropped my device off over a month ago to get the screen fixed and called multiple times about when it was going to be ready and so did my husband and every time we were told a different day. So after about 5 calls and 3 weeks I didn’t want to make Jesse feel like I was rushing him so I waited for him to call me at that point and bought a whole other IPAD (because I needed it for college). Well he finally called me about 8 days ago and said it was ready and I could pick it up when I was ready. He never mentioned anything about rules or policies they had on when devices had to be picked up. Unfortunately I had a family emergency at that time and had to go out of town for a bit so I couldn’t get it then but I certainly didn’t for get about it. Today he called me (while I was in class) and told me if I don’t pick it up by Friday it would be recycled. So I didn’t ask questions I just went to pick it up. When I got to the store I asked about the policy because I didn’t quite understand on the phone and I don’t know if it’s just the way he communicates and uses gestures or if he was getting snappy with me (with other customers in the store) but he goes to tell me that 30 days AFTER the device is repaired “my boss” has the right to come and get all devices not paid for or contacted about and recycle them and that he’s “not gonna argue with me” when I literally just asked a question with not even the slightest attitude and I’m a nurse by the way so I surely know how to conduct myself, and so I went to ask him why my device would have been picked up Friday when it was JUST FINISHED GETTING REPAIRED not too long ago because that’s not 30 days and he went on and on repeating himself and kept trying to get me to leave by giving me my change and saying have a good day and not letting me even speak without yelling over me and not to mention he didn’t even give me a receipt. So I told him I was going to call another store and talk to a manger and he slams a card on the table and says call this number right here and once again have a nice day.i called the number twice already with no answer ...so I have so many other things to say but I’m gonna leave it at that and just say YOU WILL FIND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYWHERE!

I turned in a phone two days ago, I still do not have it back. Every time I go to the store or call it for an update they always say they are working on it.
