Stopped here this afternoon to discuss an upgrade & some changes to my account. Moving my mother to Illinois with my wife and I. I want to take her number with us so she doesn’t need to change anything.AT&T currently has a special with Direct TV which we are also interested since we don’t watch TV BUT MOM NEEDS her “Wheel” fix.As an AT&T Retailer they are limited to account access.

MELISSA is so awesome. She went out of her way for me and my daughter. She was so knowledgeable. She even found out I was overpaying on my bill for last 5 months and was able to get me a full credit. The other att store on colonial said I can only get 2 months refund. They were rude over there also and not knowledgeable about any questions I had. I cant thank melissa enough for all she has done.

Felipe gets distracted way too easily. Been waiting for an hour and he’s just laughing with some girls. I’ve also asked him some questions and he just tells me to go on the app. Doesn’t seem to have any care about costumer service. I never had a problem with this location until he showed up. All other associates are friendly and get their job done fast.

I went to this location Friday September 22, 2017 I had to wait an hour or half before I was seen then after I got my account set up everything was good and done, when I got home I looked at the paperwork and for some reason they put my address as a state that Ive never even lived in, then I called left a message which told me they were call me back into in 24 hours and I still havent received received any calls. So that customer service is very poor at this location. T

The Assistant Manager was SUPER sweet and easy to work with, she helped me through out the whole process and made sure I got the BEST deal on my first phone !! 10/10 RECCOMEND !!

If you had asked ne about At&t a week ago, I would have told you I couldnt wait till my phones were all paid so I could switch to sowhere else. Over the last year I have had horrible service and treatment coming from the company over a different range of issues, both on the phone and at the At&t store on Dani Dr.... I walked for the 1st time into the lehigh AT&T pffice on Thursday, not knowing what to expect, and let me tell you, I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Melissa was my sales rep and I cannot say enough great things about her! She was courteous, attentive and honest. She took care of all my questions with patience & diligence. My issue took hours to resolve and even though other customers kept on coming in while she was alone in the store working on ny issue, she managed to multitask and help all of us sooner than later. By the time we were done, she had not only helped ne set up my new phone, she had also gone over ny current products and helped me save some money On my monthly bill! Melissa also provided me with different options on tablets, and though I didnt decide on that at the time I do plan to, and I am making sure I come back to the same store to have her help me with it. If she isnt there then I hope I get a hold of Maria (the manager), whom was also extremely polite and knowlegeable and helped us address some extra issues with my difficult trade in. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Thank you both for reinstating my faith in your company! Ill be back to get that tablet soon!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at AT&T. I went there yesterday at 6:30pm to see if I can do an upgrade. The two clerks were helping other people and did not even acknowledge me. Then when a couple walked it one of the clerks let them know she would be right with them. An hour later and no assurance. Never coming back to this store again.

Had a problem with my phone doing all kinds of crazy things. The team there got my phone back to normal and made my day.

Poor customer service everyone is so rude all they do is talk and laugh and take for ever to do something! I switch from T-Mobile to them. I did the Switcher program and I’ve been waiting for 2 months already. They gave att the wrong installments now and I have to wait for another 2 month to get my money back because of their error never again......

Felipe and this new guy are very unprofessional. They are constantly arguing, joking, and other shenanigans in front of the customers. I suggest management replace those three boys because their behavior will drive business away.

Horrible service. Went today to upgrade 4 cellphones and they told us to use the ATT app to check if I was authorized to upgrade...Really?? They didnt want to check anything on their computers.

Terrible service, the two women who were with a very bad attitude, make them wait without doing anything and deny services. One of them was in the office and seemed to be sleeping, the other was denying services, I am not zero stars because there is no option, 0 recommendable.Super bad service the 2 women with bad attitude keeps us outside waiting for 1 hour and at the end denied services, one of them was sleeping at the office, I don’t recommended this place at all, people with no manners.
