I never leave reviews but this store was great I felt compelled to let everyone know. I went to another store nearby and they didnt want to help me transfer my information from my old phone to the replacement I received, they only gave me a sheet with instructions and didnt seem to care. These guys were great and even recommended to trade in my phone and get a replacement for free. Awesome people

Nick was awesome he took the time to get me into a new local phone number. He was knowledgeable and explained to me the details of getting internet for my new house. Everyone in store was very friendly. I usually hate going into a Verizon store but I was extremely pleased with this location. 10 out of 10.

I already paid for everything with a guy on the phone in Michigan. My phone had to be sent my mail because the stores had no stock. It was delivered today and I went to the store as I was directed by Verizon. I waited over a hour at the store for the store clerk, to tell me there was a activation charge which I already paid. I agreed to pay to just get it over. I had all the info and then he said he didnt have authorization. He was rude. Though he tried to tell me he wasnt. I just didnt like what I heard. I went to another store, a retail store like them and they had no problem activating my phone.

Great Experience. Nick Harbert, Market Manager, was very patient and helpful in showing me different phones, explaining their functions, and helpful in my making a final selection. Then he set up the phone, transferred everything from my old phone, and demonstrated certain features on the phone.Then went out to my car and made sure my bluetooth was connected properly. He was a great salesperson with a great personality.

I visited the Verizon store in Lehigh acres to see about getting a line connected. They were a little busy, but was ok. Its a phone store and they are normally busy anyway.. I got what I needed done,, and got lines removed and added. The service was really good. Our rep was able to transfer everything including apps.. cuz we know how we hate to reinstall those.. right! But it was a piece of cake. Went smoothly. I would recommend anyone who wants a new phone with a great service, check out Verizon on Lee Blvd. I was even able to lower my plan. If I can save money, im happy 😊

Actually pretty upset with this place, I called ahead to make sure they had a phone I wanted to get but when I got there I had to wait forever to wait for them to get done with what they were doing to only find out that they dont have the phone I wanted and needed to order it! WTH!!! The whole reason I called ahead was so I didnt waste so much of my time....

Felix is amazing! Fun and energetic had me smiling the whole time. I just came in with a sim card issue and Felix showed me that my phone was not compatible. Don’t bother going there. Micheal was the first person I had an interaction with. He ordered me the wrong phone and called me a few days later to lie to me and tell me the promotion had ended. Chris was helpful I’m getting that phone order cancelled and I appreciate his attention to me. Omar was a waste of time. VERY rude to me over the phone. He needs to be retrained on customer service. Over 22 years with Verizon and will be switching carriers over just trying to get an upgrade. VERY disappointed in Verizon and this location.

Nick Harbert was so pleasant and helpful. After a horrible experience at the fort Myers corporate Verizon store at Daniels and Cleveland, he fixed the billing errors they made. They also would not help with new devices; said Verizon doesnt do that anymore. Boy,were they wrong! Nick spent almost an hour helping me get my new OnePlus 85guw set up, despite never having worked on a one plus before. I would never have gotten all the Sim card, etc. Stuff moved from my old pixel, and he set up the sync so that I have a working phone, my bill is now $50less now that he corrected it, and he smiled the while time! This is a store I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone wanting Verizon done right!

Felix was the best. This was the only Verizon store that had the iPhone 11 Pro Max in stock, after spending all day running around to different Verizon stores TCC treated me the best by far. Whether youre a new Verizon customer or youre trying to upgrade your phone, go see Felix hell make it a pain free an extremely easy process, because of him this is now the store Ill go to for all my Verizon needs even though its a hour away from where I live.

I got a new Pixel 4 XL on Jan 4 2020 and today (2 days later) I realized I got the 64gb version instead of the 128 GB so I called the store about an exchange. They just ordered me the 128 GB version and mentioned they would wave the restocking fee. Ill have my new phone by Thursday. Quite fast transaction, great customer service, I recommend going to them 100%.Thanks!This post needs updating because Im no longer the satisfied customer. Advise for customers: Do go to this store, staff is great, just make sure you know what you want or need and complete it all in the first trip.Question for management: is it better to get a 1 star review from customers or to squeeze a few more dollars out of them? Food for thought.

On November 26,2019, my husband and I were in your store to get new phones. The young man who helped us, Isaiah Nick, went above and beyond to help us. He is an excellent representative of the store. He walked us through all of our questions. We wanted an iPad as well, and he made sure we understood how to maneuver through all the apps. We really appreciate his patience and understanding.

Came to this Verizon and met with Alejandro.He helped me out with an upgrade and make things super easy. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the changes that will be on my bill.Would definitely recommend seeing Alex if you go to this store.
