This is the absolute worst T-Mobile location I have ever been to and I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 10 years. I have been there several times in the past and have found the wait is incredibly long and the employees are too slow for words. Today, there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited for close to an hour while they took care of them and a customer who walked in and right up to the counter where the manager helped him. I was told I was next, but then another person came in with an appointment and I was told I’d have to wait longer. I left and will not ever go there again. Terrible customer service…the worst.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. From the moment I walked in there was NO customer service. There was a long line and everyone was taking their sweet time and had no regard. Various customers were getting frustrated with the team members. I got skipped in line because a team member knew the customers behind me. At that point, I was completely done with the store. Once I saw a team member had stepped away, I asked them if they could help me swap the sim in my card (since T Mobile and Sprint are now together and I was a Sprint customer). He looked me in the eyes and said “it’s a self service to swap the sim.” I said “I’m here because I’m having problems with it.” He kept insisting it was a self service. So, I went home and spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why my phone wasn’t working after I swapped the SIM card when this could have been resolved when I was at the store with someone who claims to be a professional. Safe to say I’m never going back there again. I would never recommend this store to anyone not even my worst enemy. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the other stores and actually receive help for what you need.

Me and my wife visited this location and waited for over two hours for assistance. We even noticed that the store manager offered assistance to a Spanish couple that came in way after us.It was noticeable that he gave preference to Spanish customers before any one else. We heard and experienced for ourselves if you’re non hispanic you treated poorly and sent to the end of the line. Not a good customer experience on being a new T-Mobile customer.

Waited on line with my 88 year old grandmother and 82 year old grandfather for over 40 mins, the workers didn’t even offer a seat to either of them. With 4 patrons waiting for help the workers assisted someone who just walked in because he had been in the store the week prior. Wait time is too long and agents do not work fast enough given the volume on a weekend.

I waited 45 minutes to get my phone screen protector switch out. 2 guys in the store, one helping the customer and the other one just walking around fixing stuff. Did not even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. So unprofessional. Cancellation my contract with them. We have a line of 8 phones. Unhappy

Just a bunch of teenagers milling about. No real sense of direction or purpose, and most certainly no real prospect of offering customers help in any meaningful or significant way. Seriously just do not waste any time here. Proceed to another t mobile branch.. shame I cant give 0 stars..EDIT: Certain staff members are also very rude and condescending in the Spanish dialect.

They somehow had an hour long line with no phones in stock and no knowledge of products outside of the Samsung and iPhone lines. If they had info cards I could atleast check if the phones they had were of any value to me.This and not being able to check stock of other stores makes the experience really poor.When your phone is dead and you need a phone. At the time of writing this dont go here.

Good. I just left the store. Yesterday we switched from Verizon to T mobile. Chris, one of the sellers, was very friendly and polite. Today we had to go back because we had problems with the system and ARIEL CALLED THE EXPERT, could not give us any information because Chris was the one who did our process, excuse me Ariel, you do NOT have any ethics to treat your clients, you cant be called expert, unless you are an expert treating animals. You have no idea how bad you looked in front of the lady who gave me all the information. Her name is Luks, I think so. Thanks for all the steps and the information that you could not give us. Why because we are Hispanic? There is no worse flour than the same bag. We are in a free country and you are the WORST PERSON IN THAT STORE.

Worst store ever. Employees are rude lazy and very irresponsible. They were here at 930am. Store opens at 10am. They left at 945 and didnt return till 1015. Long line outside. They went in the store and left us outside. When we asked to let us in They rudely said well be an hr if you dont like it go to another store.

I have noticed that the staff particularly the manager is highly unprofessional with existing t-mobile customers who have come in, not to purchase anything but for assistance on an existing issue. While I waited for my purchase to be completed, a woman came in with a broken phone and needed help exploring her options. She was treated gruffly and rudely by the manager and when she left, he proceeded to speak badly about her to clients and staff in the store! even made fun of her driving as she left. How absolutely disgusting! Have they forgotten that t-mobile is their parent company and they are in business to more than just sell merchandise? I for one will never return.

Went to this store to switch from my other service. Talked to Damien, boy was he full of lies. Had theyre service less than 48 hours & relieved a bill for $84. after I was told it would only be $75. Service was horrible on my phone anyway so I dumped ⁰them & went back to my old service, got a fantastic offer. The crew there are unprofessional & need more training. I disputed the bill & finally got it resolved at another T mobile on lee Blvd & edwinton road in Lehigh. A lovely yong lady named Savanah helped me & was professional & knowledgeable. Thank you Savanah.

I have been to this T-mobile on several occasions and always felt that the staff could be a bit more professional but I always overlooked it because I always received the help that I needed. I went in on a specific occasion to inquire about opening up a two line plan with them. When I arrive the young lady helped took down all the information she needed to check about pricing; while she was doing that I also was consulting with my husband to make sure we wanted to proceed to the plans based on pricing.We made the final decision not to proceed and I told the young lady we changed our minds and we no longer wanted to continue with opening up new plans with T-mobile. I thanked her for her time and left.A month or so later I receive a letter in the mail from T-mobile stating that my phone has been disconnected due to non-payment; which I found to be very odd because I did not have a plan with them. I immediately went into to the T-mobile store to verify what the issue was.When I arrived the young lady that helped me (she seemed to lack patience and appeared to be annoyed) checked the paperwork I received and looked up the information and asked me questions regarding the account. I gave her the necessary information and also let her know, that I did come into the store seeking information about pricing for plans but did not move forward with the process. She explained to me, that this could be case of identity theft (first reasoning given), also told me that the person that assisted me the day I came in inquiring about pricing could have open the account and issued SIM cards and Phone numbers to an account created to check pricing/plans. Per her words the account was supposed to be canceled after a certain amount of days, because there are no phones attached to this account just SIM and phone numbers. We contacted the Tmobile customer service line together and I was told the account would be removed and taken care of because they are processing it as a fraud case.I made another call to Tmobile a few days later to verify the information I was given and was told the case will proceed as fraud and I have nothing to worry about.A few weeks later, I receive another letter stating that my account (the one that I never authorized to be open using my information) has been sent to collections and I must pay a balance of $337. I returned to the store and asked to be given the information regarding the person that opened the account so I can speak to the corporate office about it, I was told that I could not be given that information because they could not verify who opened the account (which I found odd because this was the store I walked into inquiring about plans).This situation was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I understand they are running a business and the sales associate are paid based on commission, but the commission should not be based on committing fraudulent activity using a customer information without their consent.I am now left with the task of cleaning up a mess I did not make and could possibly have my credit affected because of unprofessional thieves.This situation has left me with a very bad feeling regarding T-Mobile as a company and I will no longer refer family and friends to this location.

I came to this store a couple days ago for the first time to upgrade my phone when I was finally called by a young gentleman his name is Dainel. He not only helped me with the upgrade he answered all my questions and on top of that helped me out with a great deal on two iPhones for my kids. I will definitely come back here for anything I need, not only he was nice but the rest of the coworkers that was upfront with him 😁👌🏽 💯 (You guys need more tablets)Thanks 😁

From when we started with an associate it took over 3 1/2 hrs to get a new phone and have information transferred. The associates were not very knowledgeable about products or processes. MNy associates need a substantial amount of extra training. Good luck

Worst store apparently its a 3rd party store. I specifically said I want 35$ unlimited kickstart plant they slam my account with a 45$ 2gb plan they took 6 hrs activating 2 phones only got one to work sent me on there way and told me to call the sprint 1800 number. I had to go home and reload my phone and start from scratch then it activated only to realize that they messed up my plan then I called corporate and had to go to another sprint store to get help. Do not go here go to the corporate store on homestead they know what they are doing.

Universal Wireless - Greatest cellular store period!! I was on the phone with Sprint the motherland and they couldnt get my iPhone to connect cellular data through their own company. As we rely on our cell phones like a 3rd arm when it stops working its like time is standing still. so aggravating. Hours I spent with this stupid nonsense. Ill take a pass on the 3rd world phone experience with Sprint too.They even went as far to tell me it was an Apple problem with my phone.So, off I went to Universal Wireless Sprint at 3004 lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres.I went there not because I live anywhere near it but because I called and they told me come on down and they would look at it. Unlike Apple who was giving me a genius bar appoint for 2 weeks out and 2 hours away.Im here to say that Universal Wireless - David Maldonado & Daniel Fonseca had my phone working in 10 minutes. The know what they are doing. Unlike Sprints motherland over the phone and Apple. Give me a big break please.I dont write reviews. But I just had to do this as soon as I got home. Thank you David & Daniel!! Job well done. Very much appreciated.

Im very displeased. I was deceived. I asked, can I get two phones and 5 lines? What will be the cost? He was told that the motorola is 11 dollars a month and 5 lines is 100 dollars. I agreed. I waited more than three hours. then I was already very tired. when I came home, I saw that I had to pay 210 dollars. I was deceived. they enjoyed that my English is bad. Today I will go and return everything. Im very displeased. after another 3 hours of waiting I was informed that I had to pay an additional 120 dollars. why just do not say? why are they cheating? do not believe them.

This store is a franchise and the give bad reputation to Sprint! They are liars. The employees do not have good training, they dont last either. They will lie to clients in order to sell. They create fakesales on phones (like 50%off) and is not accurate. Call Sprint corporate or go to the one on Homestead in Lehigh. These people are not ethically qualified to do business in an elegant manner.
