Clean store alot of merchandise to look at and buy

Good selection, and helpful staff.

This store is an example of why people do not like to see dollar stores in every neighborhood.Build it and forget it should be the motto for this location. The entire store is disorganized every isle has boxes and totes of merchandise on the floor . I have voice concern of it being a hazzard for customers with the location manager and excuse is truck delivery day. But this is the condition you find this location everyday at anytime. There is a positive note the staff is friendly but I believe the corporate office may need to take a closer look and properly train or replace leadership at this location.

My every day go to store has everything plus more.

This store is very dirty and unkept not handicap friendly Tues is store stocking merchandise all over floor on roll carts aisle are too close to pass anyone in wheelchair. Too much merchandise on floor and surly only 2 people working freight..its a shame family dollar doesnt care for upkeep on floor.Its a shame company cant hire more associate to help maintain that store..Its a new store go figure

I like the store a lot but here is the problem i am a huge pokemon card collector but there are barely any pokemon cards at all i went there on the 3rd of april 2021 and there were only the 3 packs of cards and it flatout sucks just restock it or buy more its not that hard

Got all what I needed and had cash register problems but got it fixed as I did not hae cash. Thought I would need to leave without my items. The cashiers were very nice

This is my local go to store. Every employee is super friendly and helpful. There are so many dollar stores in Lehigh. More than needed but this one is by far my favorite.

Usually messy with delivery on demand. About as friendly a staff as youll ever find.

The happiest, friendliest employees I have ever met. Doesnt matter which one, they ALL are the nicest people to ring up $5 worth of merchandise Ive ever seen! I come in maybe six months later to a face Ive never seen before and they smile at you like youre their best friend. Makes it worth stopping by.

Clean, neat, nice employees. Mgr sanitized all shopping carts with Lysol, trash can lid & water dispenser.

I am from Massachusetts and used to family dollars with more rude employees than nice. This family dollar is clean and the employees were very professional and extremely nice. I plan on going back here as i am Florida for a month. They definitely will have my business.

Store cashiers are always friendly and helpful! The manager last week was helpful in assistance with their water going so fast from the shelves because of the hurricane moving into Florida.

It was alright.. I found what I was looking for but I was a little disappointed that they didnt have enough ornaments like they did last year.

I always shop at this one they are usually in stock of what I get

Ive never had a problem here. The associates are always friendly and helpful. I wouldnt trust the water machine outside. I tried to fill my 5 gal. water about a month ago and it took my money and gave me about a gallon of dirty water.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always a bit cluttered though. Hard for anyone whos disabled to get through it. They need better place for items to be displayed other than in the center isle.

Very clean store and friendly staff. the best in the area. Update to 6/29/2021, staff not so friendly and store literally smells like sewage mixed with dirty baby diapers. Unsure what is going on, the staff is well aware of the smell but doesnt seem like anything is being done. Its so offensive I almost walked out. Lost stars based on my last visit.
