Every time I have gone in there I have gotten honest and good information to meet my needs. They are very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with I would recommend them above all others. The exterior paint is great and stands up well to or unique climate here in SW Fl. Dwayne is a wonderful manager, so friendly and knowledgeable. Ridiculously long line. Sales person Keith was unhelpful & unpleasant . Went to Ace Hdwe instead. Wont ever ho back! Younger guy tried to help but was extremely busy with other customers. Keith shouldve stayed home!!

When I went to buy my house the inside needed painting. I was completely in the dark when it came to what to buy how to pick a color I could live with over time. Yellow is my favorite color but there are a lot of different yellows out there. The staff that helped me showed me how to look at different colors in different lights so I would be happy with my choice. I love my yellow walls and could not be happier with my choice.

Today, the three guys helped us tremendously. It was like family. They helped us make the best decision on a paint choice after listening to the idea for the project. They didn’t just sell me what I wanted. They seemed to care more about the quality and the overall purchase more than I expected. And to top it off although I was parked at Tire Kingdom waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. The salesmen walked the heavy paint to my car!!!!! Okay, I wanted to tip him and he did not take it! They have gained a new customer.Why was I driving all the way to Fort Myers? Additionally, the manager was nice enough to give me the latest 30% off coupon. One guy helped me decide the right roller for my textured walls.They sniffed out my love for Home Depot. However, I am now a Sherwin Williams girl as well. Seriously, LEHIGH is doing it right in customer service.

I called and spoke to the manager Dwayne over the phone. Couldnt go directly to the store as a result of COVID restrictions so he spent a good 30 mins on the phone helping me select the right white paint samples of which he had ready for me to pick up curbside in less than 20 mins. I have never been into their location but todays 1st experience was 100% positive. Highly recommend. It was also a bonus at the end of the call to randomly find out we are both Jamaican.

The manager, Dwayne J Lattray, is very nice and professional. He also was able to successfully do a color match for me with a dime sized sample. He has helped me every time I shop there and he has always taken care of me.

They fixed and resolved the problem that another store said they couldn’t do. The other store actually said the paint did not exist. Service was great and was so grateful to help resolve my issue so I don’t have to paint my entire house again. Thank you. This will be the store I go to for my painting needs in the future

They helped with some painting supplies that I needed.

I have a preferred customer account where I have always received 40% off on my paint. I went in last week and was originally told that I was going to get it. I purchased over $700 worth of paint and when it came to pay, I was told I could only get 30% because they had reached their quota of giving the 40% off. I know it doesnt sound like much, but its the principle of the matter and in the future, I think I will be going to Home Depot or Lowes for my paint.

I believe the manager there Dwayne; had a bad experience with him. The man has no people/customer service skills. He should be kept strictly to administrative task, hidden from the public. Go anywhere else but not to this store. Internal problems should never reach the customer and should most definitely not show your discomfort because you don’t like another coleague stepping on you toes. Unprofessionalism at it worse. If you’re that annoyed at customers, you should not be in that line of work.
