Awesome! I needed my car looked over 6 hours before tripping my car. They fit me into their schedule. The inspection went smoothly, and they had some minor suggestions but said it could all wait until after my trip. My smile would not stop! They didnt try to sell me on anything, I was so impressed with their candor. Super efficient and no dilly dallying.

When other non-Honda mechanics said they could not touch my car due to special Honda parts, A-Z Auto said yes & was able to fix my A/C & it works great now! I had to bring it back once more to have them recheck my a/c b’cus air was getting warmer. Turns out they ran some tests & found out there may be a leak somewhere which is crazy b’cus my car is only a 2017, I bought it brand new & fit it to have a crack somewhere is insane! That would be a Honda issue that I need to bring to them at Honda. But in the meantime I’m happy Paul & his team were able to get my a/c up again & now it’s running great! Thank you guys! I will be back!

Now a days it’s really difficult to fine an honest mechanic who isn’t going to try rip you off. I took my vehicle to A to Z because it was recommended by a friend who said that they were honest and the best at any issues with vehicles. I took my vehicle in the morning because it was well overdue for maintenance and was having issues with the Traction Control . As soon as I got there I was welcome by Aiham and reassured me that he would make sure he will have running like it was brand new again. Not long after my car was done and it was running like it was brand new. Thank you AZ auto Care. I will definitely bring all vehicles here from now on.

It does not show our name because we left and did business with someone who was much kinder. We did not want that man to touch our car after his rude comments. I do speak their language and heard everything he was saying about us which was very rude and unprofessional.
