I feel this company is underrated. I have gotten some great tools at low prices. This time I got a wood router at half of the price of a big box store. With this tool I refurbished a small side table.This store recently moved from a near by location. I always hated that they had few parking spots. The new location has plenty parking. Making me give 5 stars.

Large selection of a veriaty of tools and accessories, at very good prices. Most tools are of lesser quality, so better for the occasional user and not the professional.

I like this place.Always find the few things I want or need. Cheap enough, but not so cheap quality isnt too bad .I enjoy browsing the isles. Always find something that catches my eye. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I dont know if this always happens or it happens once in a while but my experience today was pathetic. This place clearly displays that there are a lack of workers for some reason because there was a poor lady that got asked 5 questions from 5 different people in a span of 2 minutes. Again, it is not the workers fault that the service was bad today but rather the companys fault for not taking proper care of this branch.The main issue is that I was trying to find a specific item that was located in the back and it took me 15 minutes to actually get a glimpse of that item. You have to scurry around the store just to find help because you cant walk inside the storage room and take it for yourself. All in all, this place needs more organization and a proper system and maybe one day Ill come visit again and give it a higher rating.

Found a good roofing nail gun. Wasnt one of the sale ones I went in to get...the clearance one was sold out...but that may have been a good thing. Employees were great about making sure I got all the stuff I needed and made sure I knew how to use it safely.

Great shop with great tool! Prices beat everyone. But I will say. They need to keep stocked better. Gone in a few times to empty shelves. But they are a good price. I can see why they are gone haha

As I experience items in the store it helps knowing that they offer extended warranty service on a good number of items they sell

It was pretty crowded when I went to get a multimeter things . They move along generally quick, but not much floor help . But overall I made it out with what I needed thank u harbor freight.

This store is wonderful for a person who likes doing DIY projects and is learning mechanical or construction trades. I would recommend for everyone and anyone to go to this store at least once to see for themselves. I am sure they won’t regret it.

LOVE the STORE!!!!. BUT theres a small handful of employees that are quite unprofessional.....Be prepared to hear the F word A LOT and prepare yourself to mostly finding things on your own, unless you like being made to feel like youre in their way. Ive come to realize that apparently getting stock on the floor is a matter of Life and Death and actual customer interaction is secondary. REMEMBER without customers you would have no need for stocking inventory!!

My favorite location in the San Diego area. I mostly work on my car and other vehicles and this store has what I need when I need it 99% of the time. I recently had an issue with a pressurized blaster I had purchased here (missing parts) and the Manager Angie took care of it on the spot and even gave me a discount on the replacement for my time and gas costs. Awesome people and great selection of products.

Harbor freight is always a great place to buy your professional tools. They always have competitive prices. Sometimes you can even negotiate to get deeper discounts. And they have great customer service. I love going to harbor freight Im like a kid going to what used to be toys r us.

Great deals on cheap tools. Their check out line is a complete farce, after watching three customers who started behind me check out I placed my basket on the floor and left. Never again, theres other Harbor Freight stores, avoid this clown show.

This is a great harbor freight to go to usually well stocked. With the exception of one individual that works there the staff is pretty nice and helpful.

Harbor Freight is a big store, but no one offered to help me except one lone cashier of Hawaiian or Somoan decent..since I am a 81 year old senior his help was greatly appreciated

Great place to get almost everything you need

This store was messy. Boxs on floor.holes in shelves.asked for a. Item stock check 1st time only whats in the shelve they replied second request I found a box on the floor with items. I ASKED CAN SOMEONE GET MY ITEM OUT OF BOX? WERE SHORT HANDED SIR .THEY REPLIED.I DROVE 30 MILES TO GO THERE.ONLY TO GO TO HOME DEPOT FOR SAME ITEM.. BOOO.

I love their deals I go there to get my power washer parts and tools. They do have parking spots I believe its a little limited though you have to park on the side of the building. Their staff is super friendly though.

Every single person at that store is simply superb! The supervisor/manager there works just as hard as her employees, everyone is always on their toes and asking to help, and there wasn’t a single person I interacted with that didn’t leave me with a smile on my face. I’ve been a technician for quite some time, but even I had silly questions that needed answering and I wasn’t treated like a fool.Thank you so much for the amazing service! Always like a kid in a candy store at Harbor Freight Tools! The only problem I usually find is that I spend too much time looking at everything and finding new tools and items I may need. Its a good thing they have so many useful and cool things that are really inexpensive and/or reasonably priced. No matter if youre into tools or couldnt care less about them, youre guaranteed to find items that catch your eye, as well as finding things useful for all types of hobbies, indoor or outdoor projects and everyday use.

They always have what I need and great quality.

I needed tires. I bought tires. Then I no longer needed tires. So i returned the tires. And the money I gave for tires was given to me when they bought back my used tires for full retail price. Gotta love amurka!

Big time customer of Harbor Freight for over twenty years until yesterday.What is Harbor Freight thinking??? I stopped by their Lemon Grove store, and the employees were not wearing any masks, and allowing customer to enter without masks or gloves! ITS A FEDERAL MANDATE! Groceries stores are doing it, Department stores, why not you? rest assured that will stop at any of your stores anytime soon!

I really am confused by this store, I like the prices but it all seems so cheaply made but some products are not, hit or miss, the cashiers seem to rush you while your in the checkout and why don’t you add the coupons automatically to your phone number, it seems like every time I go there my phone dies and I can give them my coupon. No sympathy from the workers either, how rude, bought a solar panel device and it didn’t have all the parts plus I had no idea it was not compatible with standard supplies, it didn’t work well either. I’ve gone thru two rock tumblers very weak after only one hour and I did fill it as per directed and it got really hot maybe a fire hazard. I don’t know and wasn’t going to wait to find out. I bought ramps and they didn’t offer to help put in my car . The products a placed in the wrong section, just slightly over to the cheaper price so you think that’s the price, happens all the time, this is class action material. But if you need a cheap tool real quick this is the place but it won’t last or maybe it will. Hopefully they will learn by people’s reviews

Clean store, quick service

Went to Chula Vista location to find tool which was not in stock. They said call Lemon Grove since they have 3 in stock which I did. The employee said they had them. I drove from Chula Vista to the Lemon Grove location. They DID NOT have them. The manager said the reason they had them in the system was because of defective returns and will be removed from the system once they close for the day. So, 3 exact products just so happened to be returned in the same day? Sounds like a made up excuse for incompetence not to mention a huge waste of time. Whats the point in calling ahead? I know, to go on a wild goose chase.. come here if youd like, TOOLS all over the place..

When I cant find a tool anywhere else. Harbor freight pulls through for me. Thanks
