Anyone looking to do business FIND SOMEONE ELSE.I bought a compressor for them 8/9/12. They missed the date they said they would deliver. after delivery they were not able to get the machine to not squeal the belt when the motor started up. As a result each time the pump started a loud screech was heard through our building. I agreed to pay for their maintenance plan for an additional $96 this should have extended the plan out 7 years. but increased our maintenance because everything had to be quincy approved. Skip ahead to MARCH 2015 we began having an oil leak. machine still sequels on start up. Quality air picked up our compressor because the work could not be done on sight. FEBRUARY 15TH 2016. QUALITY AIR informs me that they have finally repaired the oil leak but now the electrical box on the motor was now smoking. They had my compressor for 10 months and gave it back to me telling me they could not fix the issue they caused and that they were no longer a Representative of Quincy. They gave me a number to another repair shop who would not honor the warranty we had purchased. The machine is being fixed by another company who then informed us the machine is slightly undersized for our operation. Though before we purchased our machine Quality Airs representative came out and determined what size to use. We based our decision on his recommendation. Very unsatisfied customer!
