Great products and service,that show room with the trucks was my favorite part, staff were great answered as many questions as I had, helped make sure the parts I ordered were the correct ones, let me roam around a bit and get some pics and videos, talked with them about a few builds I have coming up were extremely helpful and excited to hear my plans and how excited I was to finally be there, since Ive been buying parts from them for awhile. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are in Lenexa,KS just call and see how busy they are first.

04/09/2019Well, after more than a decade ordering and installing parts, Ive finally go to stop by LMCs location.I was greeted warmly by Nikki (I think thats her name) to very nice establishment.She was helpful in answering my questions and made me happy Id stopped by.The owner has a great employee working there for sure.A previous commenter complained about some of the parts. I really do not remember getting any bad-quality or bad-fitting parts.In fact, I believe I have an aluminum radiator back at the shop Ive not yet installed so maybe, after I get some home time, Ill get that in the truck and see if I too might come across a similar issue.I also have not had to deal with a return so cannot comment about that.Thank you, LMC Truck for helping me keep my 89 GMC Sierra, my 85 Ford 350 wrecker and my 94 and 96 Dodge trucks all on the road.

We have done business with this company over the years as a reseller with a valid sales tax resell license. Our company provided LMC with the proper documentation as requested and as of lately, LMC refuses to remove sales tax. Possible LMC is requesting sales tax from all out of state resellers and keeping it to boost their profits. Im pretty sure Kansas is not going to force companies to pay other states sales tax. Best of luck LMC, what a shame..

As I have always done with the long list of different auto parts sources available, I enter my vehicle info first. Then I search for a specific part. I have 100% gotten the correct part from the list of parts that show up...until...I dealt with LMC. After several back and forth emails with LMC customer care over an incorrect part even though my vehicle data was accurate, the following statement was made by LMC... IN WRITING. We apologize for the inconvenience however, the vehicle information is requested to avoid issues like this. When searching on the website, parts listed for other vehicles can still populate based on the keyword that is input for the part however, that does not mean that the part that populates will work for your specific vehicle. DUH, well I did enter vehicle info. So that means...Wow! Did someone just put in writing that ACCURACY is definitely NOT part of LMCs search routine!? Keyword? All vehicle data they asked for (which was a lot less than anyone else I have ever dealt with) I entered. There was ZERO indication that a keyword existed or was needed! And why is this disavowment of accuracy not FRONT and CENTER for all to see at each part search!!?? They totally ignored my multiple requests for return details / procedures, until I filed a BBB complaint, based on LMCs failure to post their lack of accuracy front and center. Bottom line, even though LMC has promised a full refund, I for one will NEVER recommend LMC to anyone., based on my experience with their search for parts.

1967-72 Chevy TruckI purchased a product that did not fit my truck properly and when I called The girl at LMC took good care of me sending a return label and paid for the shipping. I always deal with LMC anytime I can with my 72 Chevy as Ive built a trust in them for good parts delivered in a timely manner. Thank-you!Update-They did not refund my shipping cost on the product. I spent at minimum 20 bucks to have their cheap, thin, junk, made in Thailand radiator that does not fit shipped. They tried to get me to split the return shipping as well. Heres a concept- sell a part that is good quality and fits and none of this is an issue. Summit Racing has exact oem replacement copper brass radiators in stock that are great quality.While Im on the subject I purchased an exhaust system for this truck as well. I have a long bed model and purchased exactly what was recommend for this truck. I even went as far to contact Heartthrob exhaust who makes and sells these kits for LMC to confirm fitment. Two of the pipes were too short and the passenger side pipe hangs about 1/4 off transfer case, none of the hangers fit without completely modifying them. Save your money on that and have a real exhaust shop install it. Ill get to do both.Im bummed out with LMC, Ive dealt with them over 20 years on and off and it seems like just like everyone else in the world they care less these days as well. Buyer Beware

Went in on a Sunday, I for one was impressed that they were open on a Sunday, It took a little while to get my parts. But they said that they were still moving inventory around and I can more than understand that. So no worries there..All and all, not a bad experience...

Ive been restoring a 70 Chevy C10 and most of my aftermarket parts have been purchased through LMC. Not all have fit perfect, but overall I am pretty satisfied with all my purchases. I felt like their site was user friendly and adequately showed what parts I needed to complete the project I was working on. Shipping prices are very reasonable if you order more than just a couple things.

LMC is the place Chevorlet would buy its parts. Everyone knows for the most part all body panels are made in China, Taiwan,or Vietnam so there is NO excuse in complaining for the quality. They will be paper thin and they wont be cheap. Yet what I like about this LMC is that the people behind the counter are helpful, courteous. To me that goes alone way. I for one understand that they dont make the parts and with a little rust proofing the parts are as good as the original parts. The people at the counter have no problems taking the parts back and there are no arguments about it. So I will give them 4 out of 5 because although I dont like where the parts are made (Americans need jobs) I do appreciate the people that sell them and the fact that I dont have to search 300 wrecking yards for one part I will never find.

Went to return parts, returned parts and bought others for another project. Customer service is a little to be desired. Counter person( not the one assisting us) was talking to a customer about a woman a little less desirable and how he ignored her....and than said, If she was smoking hot I would of assisted her betterThe look on my wifes face was all it took for us to never purchase any more parts from this family owned business.There is another parts house in Riverside that has a total different customer service view....they actually say Hi and can I assist you! Imagine that!

Ive restored 2 vehicles using LMC Parts and the parts are being harder to install because they are not OEM or in some cases even close to original. Most of the parts you receive are made in Taiwan and very difficult to install do to manufacturing process or what the materials that they are made of. I.E the door handles for a 73-79 F series cannot even fit in the door to bolt them on. Look somewhere else for parts do not buy this junk!!Kurt JohnsonColorado Springs,CO

Cant give them a 4 due to their return policy. Customer service is nice and helpful but once I received the wrong part, they offered to send out another only after charging me for the correct part and shipping again. Not only paid shipping once but rather Three times for one correct part.End of the day I used my old part, and will wait till next time I have to order something to save on shipping.

I have been extremely disappointed with the customer help line representatives the first time that I ordered parts from them they sent me only half of what I ordered and refused to send actually send me the rest of my order so after paying the overnight shipping costs to get the part in time it ended up being a total waste of my money to even bother since they only sent me half the parts for the job. I figured maybe I would give them the benefit of the doubt so a few months later I placed another order when it arrived not only was it missing parts from the my order AGAIN but they also sent me the parts for the wrong side of the truck.I will not be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Great Customer Service! Im restoring a 50 Ford F-1 and they have about 95% of the parts I need. I had a windshield arrived cracked. So I took a photo, and called customer service. I had a replacement in 6 days at no charge. Also their prices are very competitive to what I can get here in Northern California. I would highly recommend this company, based on my experiences, to others restoring trucks.

Buyer beware. I ordered a brake kit, that upon arrival didnt fit my truck, even though it as the correct year, and the parts werent even compatible with each other. To send it back, I have to spend $40 in shipping. When I called to let them know, not only didnt the representative not understand what I was talking about, I was told I would not be refunded the initial shipping cost and only half of the return shipping, so Im out $43 for nothing and a product that didnt work or fit. Save yourself and DO NOT order from this company! There are many more out with better costumer service, parts that not only for your truck but each other!

Quite the selection of parts. Many parts this is the only place you can get them. Most sheet metal parts are Taiwanese made. I have been happy with my purchases overall. I have never had anything shipped, I bought across the parts counter.

They rip you off on shipping, paid $20 dollars to ship a truck cover UPS, then they set it up for final delivery by USPS because its cheaper for them,also takes an extra day! WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! You just lost a good customer.

The issue is I thought they were shipping UPS ground......turns out it was smart post where it is given to the post office. Took several days longer and no one, post office, UPS or LMC could tell me what the problem is/was. Always ask if the shipping method involves the post office. Seems the issue is getting it into the hands of the post office. LMC on their site had the shipping as UPS ground and there is no disclosure as the shipping having another link. Unacceptable.

I live almost right next to the LMC store/warehouse so it really helps out when it comes to restoring my 85 chevy c10 and Im almost done with my project! Im going up there today to pick up three body panels! Cant wait to walk in there

I ordered a set of Hedman headers and after they arrived, the box LMC shipped the headers in was in good shape, but the header box itself was damaged, and they sent it anyway. the headers were only scratched which wasnt a problem however, the quality of the manufacturing was very bad, insomuch that the gasket from head to header would not be able to seal because the gasket flange was not flat, ( high in the center ) . I was told they were all like that and to try it anyway, which I did not, but sent it back for a refund, for which they sent out ANOTHER header set that I DID NOT ORDER, and have now been waiting 3 weeks for my refund !!!!

Bad customer service I ordered a $4.95 small piece of plastic. They charged $8.50 shipping and handling. I got a wrong part (a smaller piece of plastic the size of a nickel). I called to get the right part. They refused to refund the shipping and handling and would only refund the $4.95 if I returned at my own expense. The customer service rep kept saying it is because I ordered online. Well duh, they sell online and make a tidy profit on shipping and handling. They just lost a possible repeat customer

Checked and double checked my order to be sure I had everything before I left. Helpful and courteous. Even gave me a goodie bag filled with hats stickers and a utility tool.

I purchased the incorrect part online and as much business as I have done with LMC I still have to pay to ship it back. The pictures are incorrect and the extra fine print is where they get you. I am currently restoring a 1989 Chevy S-10 and I have purchased several parts from LMC in the past, but after dealing with Customer Service today, I will take my business somewhere else. Be careful shopping at LMC. POOR SERVICE!!!!!LMC received my part on 5/17. It is 6/1 and still no refund. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

Be careful! I ordered a part online through this company and shortly thereafter my credit card was hacked. This was the first time I had ordered from them, and all my other credit card uses were with companies that I have used in the past. I called and let them know. The lady on the phone was great but there was nothing that they seemed to be able to do. Luckily my credit card company caught it before to much money had been spent but it was still a hassle to cancel and get a new one.
