They carry stuff that you wont find at all big box auto stores, like ceramic coating kits and many other products youd otherwise have to buy online. Prices are very fair as well; everything is priced at Amazon prices or cheaper, much better to support this local business. Im addition to the great stock, the gentleman whos always helped me (owner maybe?) whered all questions about prices, helps recommend certain products and will give tips/advice on projects your working on. I only go here for all things detailing

The owner walked me through all my questions and made recommendations and others in the store assisted with their experiences as well! This is truly a hidden gem in the Kansas city area. Awesome selection of DIY and Pro detailing products. If you like highly detailed die cast hes got them! Its your car lowered he has race ramps. Truly unbelievable selection. Best part the term I almost purchased on Amazon was 4$ less talk about instant gratification. Check them out!

Very knowledgable personnel and offer excellent products you will not find in automotive areas of stores. If you are a car buff or just like to have your autos looking great, you have to go here. Rob suggested a sealant/wax that goes on and off easily and has a great shine. Dirt does not stick to the side of the car. Also suggested a tire dressing that stays but and does not sling. Great products-Great people!

I don’t mean to rant, I’ll make the long story short as best as possible. My review dates back to Sept 2019, I was doing a lot of research on different brands. Chemical Guys caught my eye instantly due to their Social Media presence. I’m a Maguire’s guy but felt like they are a good middle of the pack brand. In researching Chemical Guys, KC Auto came up as a local seller. So I went there and no Chemical Guys, no big deal I still had some Maguire’s product. I don’t recall the reason the reason they decided to drop Chemical Guys. I asked what a good leather protectant was and the gentleman their recommended Optimum Leather Protectant (which is a great product). Fast forward to now, I ordered Chemical Guys Nonsense Surface Cleaner and it sucks 🙄🙄🙄. I had to use my neighbors Maguire’s stuff the get the Chemical Guys off the interior of the car. So long story short, I’ll go to KC Auto Car Care and buy their products and w/e they recommend. Great place to get detail products and they have an awesome collection of diecast cars!!!

Stopped by for the first time today, and was glad to find they had all the stuff I was about to place an order for from Autogeek like Iron-X, Collinite 845, foam applicators, etc. They have a HUGE selection of actual quality products including DA foam pads, microfibers and mitts from The Rag Company, polishes, waxes, ceramics, you name it. Prices are about the same as AutoGeek / Amazon so might as well support a local business and spend your money here!

Ive been a loyal customer of this shop since around 2008. He has just about the BEST SELECTION and definitely the BEST PRICES on high end diecast cars in the entire COUNTRY! Also the only store in the USA I know of that is a reliable source for Formula 1 diecasts. Will even do custom orders from autoart if he doesnt currently have what you are looking for. A+ store, I get all my cars from him now.
