I usually have no problems with this location. Recently, my order has been wrong, I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order that said it would take 10 minutes, and today - I requested a packet of Splenda be added to my iced coffee and they put the whole packet in.... including the wrapper. I’m a very unhappy customer.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I live in the area and it’s sucks! They never get the drinks right and always out of stuff. Nothing more disappointing than looking forward to a great cup of coffee or latte and getting a watery gross mess instead. I went yesterday for my 5th time and it was the same, I’m never going again. Something is seriously off with their drinks. The taste just isn’t the same as other places. I’ll stick to all the other Starbucks on 87th street and on Shawnee mission parkway. Get people who know what they are doing please!

I occasionally come to this Starbucks on my way to work. Some mornings are busier than others, as most businesses are. This is a very busy location so the reviews that talk about a long wait time need to take that into consideration. I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes for my drink before but they never get it wrong. My drink tastes the same every time even with my multiple modifications and the sammie I sometimes get is delicious. I always know what I’m getting and they never disappoint. Grateful for this place and the employees!

It was nice. I had a large order 13 drinks. My order was only about 85 percent correct. That was disappointing. All the drinks were good just not what we had ordered. Very nice, busy emplotees.

This starbucks has phenomenal customer service. Our drinks are always fantastic and if we ever have issues they are quick to take the time to fix them. We come here very often and greatly appreciate the kindness from the employees here. The location of this starbucks is right off 435 which is a highly commuted highway. Very easily accessible!

Waited 35+ minutes in the drive thru for one drink and a breakfast sandwich that was missing the bacon. Paying for the stranger in line behind me was fun. Service is always cheerful.

Love💕💯It doesnt matter which Starbucks I always get my hot hot coffee the way I ask for it. White Chocolate Mocha, hot hot, No Whip Cream, 4 Shots Coffee, Venti (large) and a slice Pumpkin loaf !!! Yesssssss💯💯

Insanely slow compared to other Starbucks. They’re too focused on mobile orders whoch means that drive-thru or inside ordering takes easily upwards of 15 minutes.

Spent 20 minutes waiting for my wifes mocha chocolate whatever after putting in a order 20 minutes before I got there. They were busy but 40 minutes for a drink seems excessive

Ordered a frappachino and got a slushy instead. Also, they dont know their alphabet as they constantly put drinks in the wrong section. Terribly slow and make incorrect drinks often. I can get a pizza delivered to my house before they can make a drink. Overall awful Starbucks

*No mask mandate but masks are still required here*Its coffee from a chain. You know what youre in store for. The baristas are pretty friendly, some are so-so. Disappointing that things are available through the app but not in actuality and I keep having to get refunded. Something pretty fishy if the computer cant keep count.Also, masks are still required even though the mask mandate has been dropped AND the masks have been removed for customers to grab since we dont need them. (??) then we are rudely informed in order to grab our order we need to wear a mask. Kinda weird. I mean, if there is no reason to wear a mask why would I carry one around? If you still require me to wear one, Ill grab one if you have them available! Kind of a big waste of money for less than a minute of wear, but at $5 a coffee Im sure Starbucks can afford it.

Very long wait in drive thru while staff visited with customer ahead of me that they obviously knew. When I got to the window and expressed my frustration of my wait when they were visiting the young man was rude and disrespectful. Recommend training or additional training for employees who deal with the public. You lost my business

This Starbucks is seriously THE friendliest. We have never had a bad experience here. They go out of their way to ask how we are doing every single time. Way to go to this phenomenal team!

Consistency slow, abnormally slow. Don’t be afraid to mobile order waaaay earlier than normal.

If you’re in a hurry don’t stop here. I placed a mobile order that would be ready in 10 mins and was 12 mins away. My breakfast sandwich was ready but waited another 10 mins for my coffee.

Disappointing 😞 went for my free birthday drink . Ive been a starbucks member since 2019 . Waited a long time in line, then had to pay for my bday drink anyway. New girl there said I didnt have reward points . It said I had a free bday drink for Aug 29th . But nope didnt happen 😕

Starbucks is Starbucks, and we went at a time of day we knew theyd be particularly busy for drive- through but eh totally worth. I get a rotation of the same stuff at every Starbucks - dont we all? - but both during ordering and at the window the staff was quirky and funny. Very amiable. I tipped the cash in my wallet just for them existing and making me laugh, and I wasnt even the person in the car paying for the order.

Yeah, its Starbucks, but a particularly helpful and friendly early morning Barista crew. Its good to be able to sit in a Starbucks again!

I live about 5 minutes away from this location--Ill place my order right before I start driving to it--and my drink is always ready as soon as I get there, and its always made correctly! The staff are super friendly and kind, too. This is definitely my go-to Starbucks!

Slowest drive through experience. After wasting 25 mins in line for a latte today, I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

1st time at this location. It was extra busy so it probably was a one time thing but order was prepared without the cinnamon which is a very distinct smell. They did remake coffee for me which was much appreciated.Hoping future orders and time waiting for coffee is more pleasant and less of a wait. Yes I used the mobile app to order.

Id give Starbucks as a chain 2-3 stars overall as a sub-par coffee shop. However, this three star review is for a specific location (assuming the ideal Starbucks is 5-stars). Service at 87th & I-435 is consistently very slow. On a recent visit I waited 28 minutes in a normal-length drive-thru line.

The lady who works the drive thru window with blonde hair and always has a ribbon in her hair is the SWEETEST lady. She has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any StarBucks. Give this lady a raise!

Probably one of the faster Starbucks around and they also make the Drinks right! I was a little bummed when i saw bunch cars ahead of me when i arrived but they moved through them quickly and not like all the cars were just getting drip coffee. The car right un front had 4 unique drinks.

My drink is always consistent 5 days a week.

Amazing staff! Everyone looks and sounds so energetic, and when you walk in the door you are greeted kindly. Some times there are a lot of cars at the drive thru, but surprisingly it doesnt take too long to get through the line. This is my favorite starbucks location!

No trash cans which was an odd experience. Waited a while inside for then to even take our order, was not an enjoyable experience due to the twpid coffee, not sure how or why it was barely warm as no dairy was even added.

This store is overrun by a bunch of snooty teens who don’t even know that the coffee plant itself is Native to Africa - the only place in the world where it grows Naturally.

Was so excited that a Starbucks opened near me so I could study there. No WiFi! Parking is terrible. Very nice staff. Going to be a regular at a different location though because of the WiFi.

Location not open on 8/14/2020 with no signs, notice, etc. Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes before someone figured out they were closed, at 8:00 am.

It was my birthday and my app wasn’t working well to get my free drink and the lady at the drive thru was super sweet and still helped out. :) thank you!
