I came to ship a package & the customer service I received from Dina was outstanding . I appreciate her patience & how knowledgeable she was. This was my first time sending an international package & she made it easy as possible. Also the pricing was way more affordable than I originally expected. 10 out of 10 experience. Went in to mail time-sensitive documents with certified mail return service requested, the person working did not seem to know very much about how it worked. Charged me $18 to send the letter saying that was the correct price. A few days later I got the letter back in the mail because she did not put enough postage on the letter.
We go to this UPS location very often (about once a week) to drop off returns and send shipments. MEGAN is fantastic and is always so friendly! She is very helpful and has helped my husband and I on numerous occasions. Even when it’s busy, she’s always smiling and so nice. We definitely recommend this location because of her! Thanks Megan!!!

WARNING, Deceptive Charge: This particular UPS Store charges you $1 each time to print their own UPS label. This isnt standard with all UPS Stores and not the practice of FedEx, USPS, etc. Theyll charge $1 whether you email the label to them or show up at the store with it on your phone. Just a heads up!
This is absolutely the WORST place you can go to ship anything! I have been there twice and both experiences were horrible! I was horrified watching how this woman treated all of her customers. The first time I was in the man behind the counter was rude and would not let me do an Amazon return. Then today the extremely mean blue haired woman was horrible to everyone. She overcharged the man in front me and then told him he was wrong when he questioned her (he paid $48 for 4 small envelope packages to be shipped). She refused to put an envelope in a package for the next customer. When it was my turn she told me we dont tape boxes. You can pay me $2 or buy your own tape. I will never go here again. There is a great UPS store on 91st and metcalf that is always quick and helpful. These people obviously dont have a clue what customer service is and judging by all the customers reactions they grossly over charge for any services.
I have never had issues with this UPS store.I respectfully disagree with any reviews that says the store is not helpful. The workers here, especially Megan is very considerate to her customers and attempts to find the best prices for them possible when shipping.I have even had several shipments that needed to be cancelled and the UPS store was extremely helpful in halting the shipment and cancelling the charge.
Best business card design and letterhead design Ive seen. Prices are very reasonable and value is exceptional. I love working with Jerry and his team. Service is top notch and quick. Great place for my printing and shipping needs.

I understand it’s the holiday season and things get busy, but if UPS sends your package the wrong way on the day it’s supposed to be delivered... you would think they would put the effort in having that package delivered the following day...even though it’s Saturday..not make us wait until Monday to get our gifts delivered. And at least update our package status so we don’t wait all day expecting our package to be delivered only to find out that at 8pm, it’s in a whole different state.
Awful service bad attitude, not the first bad experience at this store, should really think about reevaluating your employees. 0/10 recommend, just go to usps save yourself some time and headache with incompetent workers.

Ive been using this UPS store at 94th and Quivira for years. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. This store had a good supply of greeting cards and packing supplies. They also can help you with your copying, printing, and custom card needs. This is an excellent UPS store!
I had an amazing experience at this store! The staff was very friendly and always go above and beyond to help me when I go in. And not just the shipping but the design services there are awesome and great quality too!

I told them what I was looking for and they helped me thats why I gave them two stars. Customer service of explaining the cost and how long didnt happen. I looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $8 for cutting. A 4th grader couldve cut them better, they chopped off the tops without asking me and they came in a variety of sizes. Where can I post of picture? I wont be back.
I just dropped off a few Amazon returns and didnt have the right tape at home to properly close and adhere the labels. Over the last few years, at multiple UPS stores, this has never been a problem. Until today. I LITERALLY had to go to my car and bring in scotch tape to secure the packages closed and fully attach the return labels. The woman said they wont do it because its THEIR tape and they dont get reimbursed for using it. She stood there and watched while I taped with scotch tape.Omg. Seriously? Its tape!!Ill never return to this location again.
The gals who work here are not only professional, but a joy to chat with when I stop in. Every time I receive a package it has been checked in and Ive been notified in a very timely manner and havent encountered any trouble or excessive wait time upon pickup. Im pregnant and not once since we started using this location have they hesitated to make sure someone was available to carry my packages to my vehicle - which is a godsend considering weve been heavily utilizing internet purchasing for our baby needs. One girl even spent a good 15-20 minutes maneuvering a mini crib and mattress into my 4 door sedan and thanked ME for stopping by when she was done. What a great gal! When there was an Amazon shipping error they didnt bat an eye at helping me out and even offered to keep an eye out specifically for that package should it arrive at the end of the day and knew my situation immediately any time I called to follow up so it was apparent their communication is on point. The staff here goes above and beyond and I wouldnt consider using any other mail service. Nothing short of exceptional customer service.

The 95th Street UPS Store has taken care of many projects for us over the years with regards to printing and mailings and we have always been quite pleased, so much so that we keep going back!
I dropped off my item and they never shipped it out I will never use this location again they are thieves and were very unhelpful and rude. The fact is that no one was helpful in trying to figure out what happened to my item. I was dismissed by the employee and no questions were asked like what my package looked like or my name. I will say it again I will never send anything from this location again.
