Waiting for an international package that’s already 4 days past express shipping promise. Then Fed Ex shows delivery by end of day this evening, And it ALSO says potential delay. Not only am I confused, but Fed Ex also states the package is in TN!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😤 Have no idea what the latest delivery times are nor am I getting a straight answer from customer service. Not a happy customer…

I spent my time! 20 some mins, trying to help them and the people of a new virus as well as a scam that is new but the MANAGER never had time to come to the front! I waited 20 mins to tell them about a scam NEW AND SCAM that they need to address. So people didnt have to deal with it. But to no avail! I left after 5 times saying i will be upfront to help you.

Fedex called ask my address and said I could pickup my package. They never gave me a slip so no package. They said they cant help me. Fire that guy he didnt give any information except the address to fedex.

Ive had the absolute worst luck with FedEx. Ive had missing items, damaged packaging, and they even delivered to the wrong address. Too bad I couldnt chose my shipping, I would definitely not use them again.

Come on I called the place and asked why is my stuff getting scanned again and again as in transit at lenexa and they said that they where just moving it across the warehouse over and over. Wow soooo productive

I would give them no stars if possible!!! Three times this year Ive had to call because they dont deliver our packages for days after receiving them, they lie and say its on a truck to be delivered, and then I have to call back when my packages still arent delivered!!! Fed ex should close their doors for good they are horrible!!! We will never use them again or purchase through a company that uses fed ex.

Two exceptions occurred to my package once it reached Lenexa....First a shipping exception “they couldn’t read the label and replaced it “ ... ok ....why did that take a day? And then a delivery exception?, “because of local weather “ ???- the roads are clear and it’s bin sunny all day so why was my package put on the truck, driven around town, then not even attempted to be delivered to my home??? Honestly it just sounds like someone doesn’t want to do their job! I just want to add my package is 125lbs, yea it’s heavy but do your job!.... Not happy at all. If shippers gave me a choice I’d pay extra to have bin able to go through UPS because they drove past my house today making their delivery’s. 🙄 weather conditions . Get it together LENEXA!

We have had the worst experience ever with FedEx. The first issue was when we ordered our purple mattress and frame the frame came on time but no mattress. It got diverted due to weather we had to reorder it and one went to pick it up at the location it was an airplane wing not what we ordered apparently they didnt secure the label to the Box and it peeled off onto another box. So we had to order it yet again after being credited. The third one finally made it 25 days after our anniversary for which we had intended it to be delivered for.The second incident I ordered my companys merchandise to be worn around the office we dont have uniforms but its nice apparel that we can wear to work and feel comfortable while we work. They picked up my package although they dont deliver to PO Boxes which I had no idea and on their own decided to redirected to an address that I hadnt been that in over 5 years now I cant get my items because the person who it was delivered to will not allow them to pick it up and redeliver to me. I have to reorder my items and one of them is currently out of stock when this nightmare is over I want them to delete all contact information they have for me. We do not have a relationship therefore I never updated my addresses as they change through the years.I will check going forward What shipping method people are order stuff from will be and if it says FedEx I will not be purchasing from them.

I’m not at all impressed with this center. I have been tracking a package that I have ordered over a week ago now, from California to Lincoln, Nebraska. It was shipped on time. Was making quick progress from one stop to the next, until it got to Lenexa. It was scanned at Lenexa at 6:04am on Friday the 30th. Which was odd because Lenexa is 4 hours from Lincoln, and I had a delivery time of the 30th by end of day. I was holding out hope that something was missed and that I would still get my package by the end of the day. I checked tracked around 3pm, and suddenly there is no estimated delivery date.I checked again Saturday morning, and though there was still no estimated delivery, I was very disappointed to see that my package was STILL IN LENEXA! It had been scanned in again at 4:39am. It was scanned again at 4:39pm. Why did my package not leave Lenexa on Friday? I have customers waiting on their orders and I blindly trusted that the tracking delivery date was accurate. Now with the holiday weekend, I’m guessing the package won’t arrive until Wednesday since it’s still sitting in Kansas. That would be 11 days after ordering, when I paid for 3-5 days delivery. Ridiculous.

FedEx Home, Had a guarantee delivery time of 04/25/2015 by 8pm. LOL that they promise this because they dont work past 5pm go figure that. and when they miss your drop you get informed that the driver said the business was closed, funny I live in a single family home. and now they will not redeliver for another three days as they are closed on Sunday and Monday. Well thank you fed ex home driver for not doing your job and screwing me with a company you work for who clearly has plenty of excuses ready for customers that they do this to. I am more that just a tracking number I am a customer who now will avoid using any of your services and let others know too.

Called and Schedule a pick up, they gave me the a-okay. As soon as I get there, they tell me I need a peice of information that was never mentioned over the phone. They wouldnt let me take my package and I wasted 30 minutes of my life driving up here.

It’s a shame that Fedex doesn’t care about whether or not their drivers are safe drivers!!!! A driver on I70 in Missouri just about caused multiple accidents! First he was busy on his phone that was in his lap, no to mention he had his left leg propted up on his seat. Then he decided to cut over 3 lanes of traffic almost causing multiple accidents! It literally took me 15 minutes of calling multiple numbers to report this dangerous driver. I’m sure not a thing will be done about this driver!!!! Everyone watch out for those Fedex drivers on the road!!!!

Very friendly customer service, you can feel like youre paying a premium here, however, I never have issues with service, or commitment times, so it is beyond worth it to me.

This seems to be the only way to rate fedex delivery other than the online gripe sites about fedex. Id rate fedex as a zero if I could. They supposedly notify you of shipments by email. But they seem to forget to tell you that it is signature required. Like everyone sits around all day waiting to sign for a package JUST IN CASE IT NEEDS A SIGNATURE. They sometimes leave a door tag, sometimes not. Depends on how lazy the driver was today. They sometimes even fill out some of the door tag. And for this you get to pay more than with UPS. Im notifying every business that I order from, and since Im in business myself there are many, that whenever humanly possible I do not want fedex used. Maybe if enough consumers do this theyd get the message that customer service is more than a series of phone prompts.

Packages keep arriving late. They change my delivery date the day its suppose to arrive, even after being on a truck out for delivery since early morning. Makes no sense and affects my business. Especially when the date suddenly changes by 3 days when Im expecting a package. Cant ever get a hold of a real person, only an automated system.
