These guys busted their tails detailing my van today and it looks AMAZING!!! I highly recommend and will use them again in the future. Hopefully they won’t have to spend 9 and a half hours cleaning it next time.

There is never a guarantee when buying something used, but John stands behind his customers and if there is a problem, will do his best to help take care of it. Eric & his staff are some of the best people we have dealt with. they are truly honest! for example we were gonna get one vehicle and they found out it had a major issue so they were honest and upfront with us about it and we didn’t get that one but ended up with a much better vehicle. Their prices are not bad at all & they understand that sometimes you have to split the down payments which is what we did ! so a big Thank you to Eric, John and John Jr and i’m sorry but we don’t remember the receptionist name but they are all great people!

Ive been laying on my Expedition around two yrs that I gotta southern auto! I have not had any problems with it an the people there are beyond nice! Ive missed payments before being busy with 3 boys an work an they never once tried to come tow my truck when I realized I was late I would call to talk to them an they would honestly be so nice about the situation! I dont know of any other car lot that is understanding like them. Most would come get your car the night of the late payment! I would and have recommended to people

They have the car I was looking for at a great price, I went and spoke with them; we reached a deal and I left to go get my financing squared away. I left them two phone messages the first saying it would take me a few days to get a chance to square away the financing. When I finally reached somebody, I was told that the car had been sold that same day to one of the owners friends. It didnt matter that I had a deal sheet that they have written up for me to purchase the car. The owners friend had put a deposit down (not an option extended to me)and will be purchasing the car sometime next week. Very shady business, I would not recommend them
