This company is horrible! They car I bought has given me trouble sense I drove it off the lot. My mother passed away this past Thursday and I go to Georgia for the funeral and spend time with my family. I call them Thursday hey my mom passed away imma suspend a week in Georgia and I’ll be home to pay my payment. They say that’s fine. So I come home tonight. I pull into my driveway and get a knock on my window telling me to step out the car. So I do. He steps in and says I’m repping your car call Walt Williams in the morning. And drives away. This is the worst car buying service ever! I HIGHLY don’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

DO NOT GET A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER IN A HEART BEAT LIKE THEY JUST DONE ME AND MY HUSBAND!

There is a Lemon law for all you people with instant repairs. Even if its used. Google it. Talk with a Lawyer. Make sure you take to a mechanic before buying and make sure you dont get over charged for a 20 year old car. That have had mice/ rats chew on battery cable and other stuff. Not even had this car a week and is in shop again. Note to self dont listen to other people and dont rush and follow your instict. I am sick to my stomach about this deal. I cant afford missing work and paying extra to get rides if I can even get one.. This could cost me a job...

I can only speak of my own experience. That being said:This is a GREAT place to go for a car as far as buy here pay here dealers go. I havent had ANY problems out of my vehicle, paid it off EARLY thanks to the very manageable payment schedule and supportive staff. My vehicle was missing a jack when I purchased it, when I brought it to their attention it was replaced within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealer to those with credit problems or looking for a RELIABLE vehicle.As I stated before, this is my own experience only.

Never missed a payment, not one payment an I wake to find my car repossessed, and yes Im currently in contact with a lawyer and legal action is being took. Take my advice, dont go here. There all dirty people, Amanda, Tony all of them my wife could go into labor any day now and they pull this and if I had to guess its probably because they found a few things wrong with the car which I had them fix cause they said they would, then a tire shop they DONT use said theres a crack in the rim and when I told them and they acted like they didnt want to pay for it, then they said they would and now this. This is illegal, I know because Ive spoke with an attorney. People beware and youve been warned most the good reviews on here are probably from there own employees If i had to take a guess. Dirty people and dirty business.

Ive sold cars for over 30 years an I havent ever seen someone done so bad. Im not going to mention her name but she bought a car from walt Williams and they told her they would report her pay history to the credit bureau which they didnt do. After paying over 12,000 dollars on a 5,000 dollar car she still cant do anything so I would advise anyone who is looking for a car not to buy one from Walt Williams because you will be paying to much money for a car that will not help your credit at all!

Ive been dealing with Walt Williams for almost 2 years now, Bought a 2015 Car that has had issues since day 1. The first mth of buying the vehicle it was in the shop for 3weeks with transmission issues. Since then the car has been in and out of the shop 5 times for transmission and tcm issues. Meanwhile Ive payed every payment and have not been late or missed a single one. Walt Williams would not even take into consideration to how many issues we have had since day one. I would never recommend anyone to deal with these crooks! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! BUYER BEWARE!

This place is horrible! We are foster parents and we had lost a placement. It took several weeks to get our reimbursement worked out with the state. I was one biweekly payment behind. I had already talked to them had arrangements in place to pay. They sent someone to repo the day BEFORE the arranged date. So luckily our check was deposited a day early, so I was able to go ahead and make my payment. After that, I continued to get harassing text messages from them . So I sent them notification in writing not to contact me, my references, family, neighbors, associates anymore. That I was to be contacted my mail only. They have repeatedly broken Fair Debt Collection practices by continuing to call my references and sending me text messages. I had to block their number to stop them from texting me. I have filed 3 reports with the FTC against them in the past 2 months. These people are crooks! Stay far away!!
