We wanted to have a Prepaid AT&T phone unlocked that weve had for two years. After working on it for over an hour Stephen still couldnt figure out how to do it, so tried calling AT&T. The AT&T store os not really AT&T so he sat on hold the same as I would need to. So, I said I would just do that myself another time. I then asked to purchase a one month prepaid and that AT&T online said there is no activation fee or sim charge if an AT&T phone. Stephen said they could not give us that deal because they are not really AT&T. So I asked for a discount because wed been in the store over a hour without them accomplishing anything. He closed his computer and said we could just go somewhere else. Very Pompous and unhelpful.We went to Walmart and for nearly half the price of the AT&T store, bought the Straight Talk starter kit including a month of service on any of the three major networks with a Sim for each one of them.Within 15 minites I was done. Had the same AT&T service and paid half the price.

I went to Watts Bar lake on vacation with a few friends, and my galaxy s7 decided to finally go to phone heaven. I found myself 400 miles from home and without a phone... then I met Steve (store manager.) Coming from someone in sales/customer service, I have never had such a good experience. Steve was dealing with 5 or 6 different customers at once, and instead of panicking, he managed all of them with ease! Great guy, very helpful, very professional. Highly recommend

We went in needing experienced help on what we wanted and that’s exactly what we got. We got to work with Stephen. It took very great care of our needs and helped us with everything we needed. Most places like this are commission drove and want you in and out. Not this one they were amazing. If anyone is thinking about new service or even switching from another service I highly recommend doing it to att in lenior city. Thanks you for treating us so great and not just another sale.

Great experience with honest people

Broke my phone went to the closest AT&T store walked in was helped immediately Stephen the manager there at the Lenoir city Tennessee location was great even though I had to wait 10 minutes for them to get the phone out of the safe because it was on the time lock I still had the most fun I ever had buying a phone if you ever get a chance to buy a phone from Steven it’s pretty cool knowledgeable quick service got me a good cheapest priced out the door possible which I liked, saved me moneySales people rarely do that, I got just the phone I wanted for a price I was willing to pay granted I needed a phone but Stephen was great

First time I went in the sales rep Dan was super friendly and helpful. I went in today and wasnt even acknowledged by the sales rep. He was helping another customer and also talking with a phone rep, but didnt once look in our direction or say hello. In my opinion, worst customer service ever received. I will not be going back.

Daniel is a top notch sales rep. He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and funny. Dealing with AT&T for support on the phone is not always enjoyable but dealing with the AT&T staff at the Lenoir City store more than makes up for it. They are the reason we use AT&T!

No, however the store manager Daniel IS top-notch. Absolutely phenomenal experience each and every time I go in there. Not even a current AT&T customer, I continue to go in there for technical advice

I am very happy with the service I received at AT&T store in Lenoir City. The young gentleman who waited on Me was very knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor. I like that. When You can leave a place of business like that with a smile on your face, its a Good Day.

Daniel in the local AT&T store should be the person that all customer service people should aspire to be. I have been into the store twice and both times I have worked with him he has been AMAZING. He has also done this without making a dime off me due to the contract Im currently in, but when my contract is up I will be his customer. Believe me this is only due to him not anything to do with the 1-800 # Customer Support. I hope AT & T recognizes a great employee when they see it!

After an less than stellar experience being on the phone with customer support for many hours, I decided to stop into the local store. Jake and Daniel were wonderful in getting all my services set up. Honest through out the entire process and they didnt abandon me when we had a few hiccups along the way.

Walked in store with son, got told be with you in a minute, waited 20 minutes and never got service. Go to Harriman,Tn37748, or Oakridge,tn, they greet and take care of all your needs.Lenior city does not put customers first before their own chats, and laughs.

Make sure you you ask which colors of a phone are on sale, because apparently, when they put phones on sale, it’s only certain colors that are on sale and they don’t bother to tell you that.

Daniel is our go to guy when it comes to cell phone service and general questions with At&t. He is knowledgable and friendly and has a fun friendly staff with Steven as his right hand man. Lenoir City has never has a better staff.

Was unwilling to upgrade my phone...told me it couldnt be done...wanted me to buy a new phone. Went to Walmart, and they help me upgrade. Apparently Lenoir City store employees need training!

Do not buy a prepaid phone from AT&T they do not but you paid monthly on the same day if you pay you on the 6 put your payment date was on the 3rd so you actually wasted 3 days of money do not do not buy a prepaid phone I am very very disappointed with AT&T
