Game stop has and always will be, i think, a pretty solid place. Had some Wii games left over and they gave me a pretty good amount for them too. Overall good place to go to.

Cindy is so amazing. She always helps me find what I need and is happy to go out of her way to find it if the store does not have it.

George and the staff are amazing, I live in West Knox but will make the drive out here any time for the amazing staff.

The staff is so hit and miss, hot and cold, friendly and then rude when I go in there. So much so that I often just go to Walmart for video games. And I hate Walmart. They need to be better at making the customers feel welcome, since we literally get pennies on the dollar in trade-in credit for our used games and accessories.

This is my favorite Game Stop. Everyone who works there is fun to talk too and helpful.

Went and bought a a supposedly refurbished xbox one and when i first opened it it had parts rattling around inside of it so i went and returned it and got another one, i couldnt afford a headset right away so i finally get the money for one and it turns out the controller is effed up and i cant use a headset with it now i have to wait to afford another effing controller. Do yourself a favor and just go buy new from walmart so you know the effing thing works.
