Have been doing business with them for 3 years now! Couldnt ask for better people to deal with! The employees can be a little rude at times but who isnt anymore. The new store manager Amanda is great! Absolutely love doing business with her. They have worked with us plenty of times! Always got us what we wanted! Definitely would recommend them! Keep up the good work guys :)
This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I had been a customer for years. Years! They had new delivery people, who were in a hurry, and while they were picking up a couch, put a hole in my wall. I called the store right then, took pictures. They were suppose to send someone out to fix the hole. Everytime I call the manager is busy, or they state that the guy who fixes for them is backed up. This happened almost 7 months ago and it has yet to be fixed. Im going to corporate, this is unacceptable and I will not return as a customer, and I will spread the word.
Go place to rent anything u may need but u pay twice the amount
I would in no circumstances rent from Bestway again. I have done business with them for over 15 years and have bought several items. We have a refrigerator we bought from them and it has not been working even though they said it was fixed. They called and ask me for a payment, but they owe me. We lost food because of them. I was told I need to call the whirlpool place which is there responsability. I will not go back to them again and I will also try to contact other people and do not buy a whirlpool refrigerator.

I would recomend all goes to arrons first never use this company they rip you off and streal from your bank account. Plus the manager is all about money and how he steal from you.I made a big mistake going with them.Their products are poor quality and when their staff delivers to your home they will damage your property plus put your stuff together wrong and never apologize for anything. I think this company needs to go out of business and should be sued by anyone who ever used them. They took 250 out of my bank account. When i called they told me it was policy... So policy is to use my bank information without my knowledge. Then told me i couldnt get a refund til im able to be home. Mind you im in winston in icu with my husband. They wiped me out not leaving me money in my account. So im stuck in winston with no money.

Management is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Asked them politely to give me a time and the manager hung up on me. Would not recommend this place at all there are plenty of other places to go with better quality merchandise and better management.
Great people. If you are looking for a certain type of furniture that they carry at this store, but theyre out of stock. They will look at other stores to get you what you want.

This place is a JOKE. Terri and the other manager are freaking RETARDED. The delivered the WRONG furniture. Couches were stained and covered in cat piss and BROKEN. Brought the wrong size bed and the mattress is torn to shreds. Brought me a tv that was the wring size and it didnt even work. Then they kept harrassing my references. I had to call the corporate company several times to get things fixed. Cheap furniture. If i hadnt paid for my month already i would have given everything back as soon as it was delivered. My suggestion is go to Aarons or rent a center. Cause this place is a waste of time and money and the people in it are rude, disrespectful, and have no clue what they are doing.
WORST STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . THE MANAGER AS WELL AS THE SALES PERSeON SHOULD TAKE CLASSES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING .We purchased a sofa chair bedroom suite and tv combo . We just moved and had just rented a place we went on a friday and picked out everything and was assured we could receive the furniture on saturday as or houae was empty. We paid the 135 owed and was again told the furniture would be there between 2 and 4 pm. 430 came saturday no furniture ..... We call the store and all of a sudden they couldbt veridy all our references. Now no one from the store has called and said they have had any issues with anything. So i say if ypu had a problen someone could have called instead of me having to call you at 430 after my order should have been here. The sales guy blambed it on others in the store said he hadnt been there all day. They said we needed to have our references call them. Everyone did within 10 min and was not told about needing anything else before they could deliver our order. So we have to yet again call back to make sure all the references called for them to yet again say ohhbbh wait we cant verify your employment . Duhhhhhhhhhh its a saturday hmmmmmm you could of verified it friday or asked for a paycheck stub if their was an issue and of course they close at 6 pm. They offered no alternative to evwn try and dix the situation until my husband gpt pissed off then went down there. Finally after raising hell they said they would give us a mattress and box spring which my husband brought back said it was an upgrade and alao told it was new IT WASNT. It had a sticker on it saying it had be sanitized in july and repackaged.So sunday they are closed again we are asssured Monday between 2 and 4 we would have our furniture and my husband yet again tells the sales person if he has any problems call him. 430 comes yet again no furniture. I call again ohhhh we havent been able to verify your husbands employment . WHAT again you havent called said their was any issues until i call you. They tried to say now that my huabands job wouldnt give out that information which was just he worked there. We contacted the secretary who then called my husbands supercisor who called best way. We call them back again to see if they had spoke with his job and they said yes but that we had forgot now all of a sudden to sign a piece of paper trying to get out of delivering the furniture again because it was late. . Finally yet again after raising hell we finaly get our stuff. NO COMMON SENSE WOULD TELL YOU I DIDNT GET MY FURNITURE SATURDAY WAS IS MY DUE DATE STILL THE NEXT SATURDAY. IT ISNT I PAID FOR A WEEK AND I AM GETTING A WEEK BEFORE I PAY AGAIN. NOW YOU WOULD THINK AFTER ALL THE ISSUES AND US DOING YOUR JOB YOU WOULD OFFER A WEEK FREE OR SOME KIND OF APOLOGY BUT NOPE. FIRST THING YESTERDAY THEY ARE KNOCKING ON MY DOOR. FOR PAYMENT. YOU CANT DO PAPER WORK CORRECTLY YOU CANT DELIVER YOUR ITEMS AS PROMISED BUT YOU CAN SURE COME COME PICK UP A PAYMENT . SO I EXPLAINED TO THEM I DIDNT GET MY FURNITURE TILL MONDAY IM NOT PAYING TILL MONDAY. THIS DID NOT FO OVER WELL AND THE HEAVY SET GUY WAS VERY RUDE SAYING WELL DO WE NEED TO JUST GET IT NOW I SAID I DOBT CARE WHAT YOU DO THEIR ARE OTHER RENTAL PLACES. LUCKLY MY PHINE RECORDS ALL PHONE CALLS SO I HAVE WHERE WE SPOKE TO THEM ALL CONVERSATIONS WHICH I WILL BE EMAILING TO CORPERATE. TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT LEFT A GOOGLE REVIEW ON HERE THAT JUST SHOWS. YET AGAIN YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHICH I HAVE SENT TO CORPERATE AS WELL. DO YOUR JOB. EVERYONE ELSE HAS TO. AT THIS POINT I AM DOBE WITH THEM AND THEY CAN COME OB MY TIME AND WHAT IS CONVENIENT FOR ME TO PICK UP THEIR MERCHANDISE SINCE YOU DIDNT SEEM TO CARE WHY SHOULD I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
