Doug helped me get a new baking element for my very OLD oven. It worked beautifully. Anyone else would have probably pressured me into buying a new stove. Not Doug! He was very helpful and friendly. Were very pleased!

One of the best furniture stores ever

This is our fourth or fifth buying experience at Shaw Furniture. Marc and the staff are great to work with, offering suggestions and color matches when you are shopping for furniture. We also purchased appliances here. All of our shopping experiences have been great! The folks who deliver are also helpful with the same friendly customer service. The 5 star rating I am posting is well deserved!

After Lowes lied to me about when my dishwasher would be installed, I cancelled my order with them, and bought the same dishwasher at W.E. Shaw, and got it for LESS than what Lowes charged. After I paid my plumber to install it, the total cost was STILL less than what I would have paid for the dishwasher and installation with Lowes. Also, the staff at W.E. Shaw were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lesson learned!

My wife and I stopped in here really not knowing what to expect. The store has a huge selection of furniture items. We purchased a new sofa set and ottoman, the price was amazing for such quality. One of the Owners (Doug) was very helpful in showing us different styles, color and texture. Could not be happier. Highly recommend this furniture store and outlet.

The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They helped us pick the right mattress for our needs and the pricing is VERY competitive to larger chain stores. We were very happy with our service and purchase.

Had an account with Shaws since 1999. Some of the nicest people in town youll ever deal with and they never pressure you. They only want you to walk away happy and will steer you to something cheaper priced if they think youll be happier with it. I wouldnt buy furniture or appliances anywhere else. They really carry quality stuff as well, still have a fromt load washer (one of the first on the market) I bought from them in 1999 fresh out if high school and its still going strong.

I have bought from this company for many years. Marc and his family had always been the best people to deal with. Great appliance and all great prices. You want get a better customer service and service anywhere better . THE BEST AROUND!

Met them at the antique show in Atlanta beautiful furniture. I found just what I needed much less then what I came to spend. Owner even helped me find great center piece arrangement . Even suggested what other vendor to dgo to for the center. We tested it out on table the rest is history . Its all in my living room. It made things pop. Thanks for the professional help. They are the most reliable store in Lenoir.They backup their sales and resolve complaints. However, after doing business with them for 30 years, I have never bought anything to complain about.

I love this place!! They have all kinds of beautiful furniture and appliances! My grandmother and mother have always bought everything in their homes here. My grandmother passed away a year ago and I got her livingroom furniture which was 20 years old and its still in excellent shape! That says it all! Quality furniture. We bought a kitchen table and 2 different livingroom suites with tables, lamps and all! We moved from NC to PA and we hauled all of our furniture 11 hours, so that says it all!! Everyone here is so nice, sweet and really helpful! Thanks again Robin and we will see you guys again soon!!

Great place to buy furniture

Stopped by on a whim. Every door in the building was open when we visited. Many rooms filled with furniture but not really enough sales persons. Wasnt really impressed with most of the imported furniture. They do finance which is a plus
