I miss the uptown location but this older location have proven to be much better than CVS or Walgreens of Boone.

They have cancelled every single one of my covid tests. I have made 3 separate appointments, driven all the way from boone, only to have an “employee” say that they were “out”. I did not receive any calls or emails to cancel my appointment. I drove an hour. On 3 separate occasions. Terrible customer service.

Ive used this pharmacy for years, but it has turned into a headache. The automated system sucks and when I call in a refill, I ALWAYS end up having to talk to someone. Why bother with an automated system if you still have to talk to someone.

This is one of the worst pharmacies in Lenoir. The staff are extremely rude. I am not one to pull the race card but its so very obvious that people of color are not welcome. The pharmacy staff will lie while looking you dead in your face. Its sad.

The young lady who answered my call for the pharmacy had told me that I would be able to pick up my medicationit being a controlled substance I could pick my medication up 3 days early since I was going out of town. She told me the prescription would be ready in 90 minutes. So I get a ride to go pick up my order and when I get get there the pharmacist tells me Im not able to get the medince it being a controlled substance until 3days later. I dont really think that they shouldve told me I could and couldnt. Im changing my pharmacy.

Its my pharmacy and also my go to for small household items! They seem to have pretty good deals and as you walk through the front door as well as earning points in the store which can lead to free items as well as percentage off of future purchases!

This place is a nightmare. The phone lines are an absolute joke and in person the place is a madhouse. Avoid if you can.

This is the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with. I am told to call and order my medicine a day in advance so they can order it if it is not in stock. For the past two months, I have called first thing in the morning the day before and they have failed to put the order in before the cut off time. I dealt with the pharmacy on Harper Avenue for many years before it was closed and never had this problem! Maybe this is the store that should have been closed. Two hours ago, I was actually told my prescription was being filled and they did not even have the medication!!

I just spent 30 min on hold, never got to speak to a human, only to ask about a medication that I desperately need. I received an email from them on March 3rd that my medication was out of stock and had to be ordered and 14 days later Ive not received a word that my medicine has arrived NOR can I speak with anyone regarding the matter. Needless to say I will be transfering my records to another pharmacy. I was previously with Walgreens on Harper Ave and NEVER had any issues.....why they closed Ill never know but I wish they were still open.....FRUSTRATED!

Prices are very high. I really watch prices when i go into Walmart and then come to walgreens for my meds. I dont have to wait on my meds and I like how Im treated at the Walgreens pharmacy. I dont buy anything while in the store, picking up my med. Sometimes the price is double than walmart price so watch out for that.

They need more help in the pharmacy. Every time I go in there to pick up medicine it takes forever. There are 3 people filling prescriptions and 1 working the drive thru and covering the window inside and there is a line. I hate going in there to get anything.

Walgreens was unable to fill my dads Dr. prescribed namenda scripts bcuz pharmacist would say it didnt exist, the same with his Dr. prescribed antibiotics. Rite Aid never did have that problem. We had t fight each mo t convince them the scripts were there. The Dr.said they were there. If u r having similar problems call 1800 Walgreen n file complaint w customer service, where u will find help.

Nice selection of food and necessities to keep you from running to Walmart or a grocery store when you need something. Prices can be a little higher so keep an eye out for sales.

Was on hold trying to call the pharmacy for 36 minutes and 46 seconds just to be disconnected by what sounded like a fax or dial-up internet! Apparently on top of terrible customer service they’re still stuck in the early 2000’s!
