I stopped by this establishment last week to get my car inspected and I almost felt ashamed to ask them to do it because they were absolutely swamped with customers getting tires and other services.I asked the gentleman at the counter if there was any chance they could do my inspection and that I realized that they probably make almost nothing for it.He said if I could wait just a few minutes he would definitely get me in.And it was only a few minutes like he said before they pulled my car into the garage and took care of it, and after the inspection was completed and I was ready to pay for the service I thanked him again for the trouble and assured him that when I was ready for tires that I would surely come back to Alray to have them installed.Highly recommended !!!

I went to get two new tires and to get my car aligned and they unaligned my car and only put 18 lb of air in my tires and refused to align my car properly they pretty much charge me to unaline my car

They still plug tires. When others people are refusing to do it because theres no profit, these guys arent greedy and will still do a man favor. Parking was a little tight, but they quickly worked me in for an oil change & inspection. They did the work fast, well, and for a fair price! They did not leave my car greasy or dirty. Paperwork was in the passenger seat. I will definitely go back. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

Great Quick Service always a smiling face and a helping hand recommend to anyone needing Automotive Services. Although they were unable to fit me in today for my repairs they realize the urgency and referred me to another repair shop in town even called and set up an appointment !

Overall, I was really impressed with Alrays. Eddie handled my tire needs, and hes just one super fine fella. Even though they were pretty busy I was out and on my way before I knew it. Id read a negative review, and all I could think of is that when it comes to the general public as a whole, theres idiots out there wholl leave a 1-star review if they waited 10 minutes longer than they wanted to. The reviewer who blamed Alray for an improperly mounted tire was out of line, and didnt give anyone there a chance to be helpful.Id have easily given Alray a 5-star rating, if the their tire mechanics wouldve at least thrown a paper or plastic cover over the seat -- the guy who did the work looked like he just came out of a coal mine, and hopped into my car! I busted tires for Sears for a year, and when working in that biz you really do look like a coal miner, and you just cant avoid it, it just comes with the turf. I dont drive a Mercedes, or wear fancy clothing, but if I did Id insisted on at least a bit of protection -- I mean, even at quick lube franchises these days, they always toss in something to keep the grime off your interior. Id guess those who are well dressed, especially women, would take great issue over something like that.Ill be using Alray for my go-to tire shop from here on out. They sure do get my vote, and Id highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire service, inspections or front end work!

This is a great place to go to. I read the review of the one who had the tire to blow and the oil change and I find that very hard to believe. If you schedule a time then you get in there. I have been there several times and without an appointment and they have managed to always get me in there. These guys know what they are doing and are very good at it. They dont just get it in and out. They make sure the job is done right and if on the rare occasion that something did happen, they will make it right. I have used them for years with all my vehicles and my moms vehicles. They have never given me a reason not to trust them and their work is always above average. I dont just let anyone work on my vehicles. I have been there just this past week to have the oil changed in three different vehicles. In the past month I have had one vehicle up there to have the rotors turned, new wheel and hub assemblies put on the front, back brakes adjusted and tire rotation. So would you take a vehicle to someone for all of that if they couldnt be trusted? No, you wouldnt. I think that that other person ran over something and blew the tire and probably drives a piece of crap vehicle if it was making noise from just an oil change and tire rotation. There isnt a whole lot you can mess up on tire rotation or oil change. So, you can trust this company and their work.
