Went in today with a broken exhaust system, they had it fixed in ln less than an hour for a crazy low price. Fast service and extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend!!

The man said he could fix the catalytic converter and when we got it back it had been gutted and the problem still existed not only that the person we spoke to tried to deny saying he could fix it and tried to say my disabled mother misunderstood him which was a lie cause I heard him say it as well.

Go by there instead of calling bc the phone line may not be working properly. They are quick to assess when you arrive and quick to complete, from walk-in or drop off.

My truck sounded like the muffler might need replacing so I pulled into Lenoir Muffler & Brake shop and someone came right out to greet me. They listened to what I said, pulled the truck in and took a look. He showed me what he found and said he could replace the muffler in about 30 minutes and it would be $85. He did a great job at a very fair price and was extremely nice. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and in fact, will be taking all of our muffler and brake work to them for our company.

Went in for a muffler, waited only 10 minutes and they started the job. Quality work, friendly hometown folks, and great pricing. Muffler installed for $85 on a 1992 Mazda pickup. I will recommend to everyone I know.

The quality was t good for me. Welds didint look good and they forgot to connect the exhaust to the muffler then now my tip has fell off. Not sure where so couldnt get it back. People seem cool tho

Love this place

They put a catalytic converter on my ford truck and while doing it they messed up the box that my transmission lines run thru. They didnt even tell me they did it. How I know it was the is it didnt leak transmission fluid until they worked on it then it started pouring out of it. It could have costed me a new transmission if I didnt notice it pouring out. Had to have a new one put on it and pay for it to be put on. They will never get any business from me ever again. If you have a business you should at least have decency to tell customer if you damage their vehicle. Thats not good business that they did to me. They are lucky I dont take their *** to court!!!!!

Went to get my muffler fixed here and service is bad. They told me they can have my muffler the next day because he had to order the part from Auto zone which is just about a mile down the road but the part wouldnt be there until the next day. I go back next day as instructed by the mechanic but the part didnt come that day even though he said he ordered it so I went back the next day again as instructed and finally got my muffler fixed. Be careful here the mechanic I talked to seemed a little shady!?

Will never go back again. They messed my truck up putting on catalytic converter. Had put in shop to be worked on. They messed up a part that goes to transmission and caused all the fluid to pour out. Cost me almost 600.00 to fix it. Wouldnt take a bicycle to them to work on. Very poor work performed

Done my 89 chevy cheyenne. Guy said he had mufflers that were like flow masters anyways they sound alright. But ive taken it up there 5 times on one leak im getting really sick of wasting my time with them.

Wish I could leave no star. But that wasn’t an option, installed a new motor and transmission in my camaro and took it to these guys to have them make a y pipe and hook it up from the headers back to the pipes. Done a terrible job the first time. Exhaust was barely 2 inches from the ground, was leaking in at least 4 places I knew of. Took it back on the following Monday for the guy to tell us. I figured you’d be back so I ordered a y pipe for it. This was also a lie. Called him all through the week and he kept giving me the run around about getting me in there. Finally he told me to bring it up there Saturday at 3pm. Was kind of skeptical because I noticed they closed at 2. But I drove up there at 3 like I was told just to find a closed shop for the day. So I went up there the following week and raised hell. Finally got it worked in the following Saturday. Stopped by halfway through there process to check in and see how it was going just to hear one of his workers being a smartass about how much he charged us and how he wouldn’t have done it for that. Not my problem. I paid for the service and it should have been done right. Anyways he took my phone number and told me that he would call me when it was done. Got around 2:30 on that day and still no call. This was of course another Saturday so they closed at 2. He didn’t call me or anything to let me know. I showed up around 2:45 to find another closed up shop. And my window down on my car and the keys in the seat. Someone could have easily stole my car. Would not bring a go cart to these guys! Should have known better since they tried to rip my dad off before putting a knock off flowmaster on his Tahoe when he paid for a flowmaster. Put a flowsound on it😂 Trust me. Take it somewhere in hickory, you won’t be sorry.

Canceled on me twice. First time was 45 minutes late to open, then found out he order wrong muffler. So I reschedule, once arrived, said the muffler he reordered didnt come. Will not return.

My daughter drug the muffler off of her PT Cruiser so I took it to Lenoir muffler and had a flow master exhaust installed, the exhaust technician had the job completed in no time and the car sounds great.

I was surprised to find out the owner does all the work. He takes pride in what he does.
