Wow...I hadnt been in this place in a long time, but decided to stop by. When I walked in I thought they were going out of business, but didnt realize the store had a differentowner. No selection, high prices, and most shelves are empty. This used to be the best pawn shop around.

No ammo, high prices, no selection. Mask warriors. Dont waste your time.

I wonder how this place stays in business. Never see anyone coming or going an everything inside is trash. Pawn shops are a thing of the past. Nobody wants or needs to do business here.

The staff is rude and disrespectful, they dont wanna give u anything near what ur stuff is worth, plus theyve been overpricing everything in the store soon theyll run out of business and end up having to close the Store down

Extremely rude customer service, this place has definitely changed since new owner took over, and I REFUSE to do any business with a company who is a follower of the sheep brigade. Hope all your employees will enjoy unemployment when people stop coming there. Horrible business stay away from

This store has a great selection! Dwight is really helpful and knowledgeable with what the store has. If you are looking for useful and even unique items check this place out.

Black haired guy had a bad attitude needs to be more mindful of others if customers knew all the answers they needed they would not need that guy working there I dont like leaving bad reviews. Over one person but had to this time sorry

If you’re buying, don’t browse here. All the products are in rough shape. If you’re selling, don’t sell here, they hassle you down and won’t give you anywhere near what it’s worth. Not a very friendly staff either. But if you’re in desperate need of $5, they will for sure pay you that for $200 worth of stuff.

This used to not only be the best pawn shop in Lenoir but in my opinion the best pawn shop in Caldwell County. Just recently however they have been bought over buy a company based out of Texas and everything is changing for the worst. The thing about American trade and Loan that made it so great was the ambience of its employees and its environment. thats all changing, remodeling of the whole store, completely new employees who are not friendly at all. I hate to see an awesome place be thrown away like this

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place used to be something. Now not so much. I know Ill never step foot in there again. The ONLY decent stuff they have you could get at Walmart new for a few more dollars. But they mostly have junk.Ripoff is what it is. Hopefully they are on their way out..

After the change in owners this business has went completely down hill. You can never get any help at gun counter, and even if you do the firearms are over priced. The people who work there also have a lack of knowledge about firearms. Plus the hours say they close at six but if you get there at 5:30 the systems are already shut down. Poor business.

Its the place to go one of the last standing true American pawn shops. They still haggle on prices, they got a little bit of everything, if you need cash they get you a loan. Gotta to mention the big guy in the front that makes it all click. If Hollywood knew about this place there would be a show PawnStars of Lenoir. I have bought toola, guns, bows, golf clubs, and electronics here for years. There under new ownership but the guys up front are still old school.

Got in a bind and they really helped with the money we needed

It was very slow as far as getting help at the rest. I had to take a trip all the way from granite falls to lenior because for 3 days straight I tried calling and no one would answer the phone . All I had was a ? About my due date ..... The girl that works here I mean I have seen her not answer the phone when she isnt busy with a customer or doing a sale and she just lets it ring ... I was in this location for an hour and half one day and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and she kept saying the other guy would have to do that she cant do gun pawns or some other pawns . Ok I get that but why cant you answer a phone??

They dont care about the customers like the ones before who ran this business....they lie about the items they try and sell and could care less about answering questions and get mad when you ask them! Never again will I step foot in there!

Should really learn how to answer your customers over the phone so we dont waste our gas to get told yall dont take certain things.

The loan on my ring was due on a friday, couldnt get there until monday....the lady didnt charge me an additional month but could have, how awesome is that!!! :o)
