This is the best Big Lots I’ve ever been too. Spacious with a lot more to buy than your average store. The employee are extremely nice and helpful. By far, my favorite!!

Terrible customer service from the furniture department on Sunday November 29, 2020. The guy wasn’t helpful at all. Told me I had to go online and order certain things instead of ordering for me. Red hair guy. Great store just wasn’t impressed with the service

Nice place nice people. They need to put some prices on stuff. Shelf after shelf with no price on the shelf marker or product and nobody in sight to ask the price. Two people at front checkout and they couldnt get much done for answering the phone

I love this store. Especially the furniture manager, Shelby. She was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about every item I was interested in. She was very patient and explained my payment options and even offered a rewards card so I could save money on future purchases. Thank you, Miss Shelby! Stores need more hard workers like you!

This Big Lots! Store is really clean and was really organized. All the furniture was in the middle of the store and all other items clearly marked and located where they should be. Enjoyed just walking around and looking. Docked a star however, as the person who checked my purchases out, as well as my family members’, called us “hon” every other word.

I have shopped at big lots for years. their service has gone downhill..i went their recently to purchase items, but was told i could not purchase only 2 but must purchase 4 of the item.. found no listing of that in sales circular i was mailed or in email i was sent.. i have also recently received a email with a $10 coupon for purchase. i went to store an picked out items i needed an went to counter to pay for items.. i was told the coupon was NO GOOD, even though it was their coupon sent by email to me, i had my big lots card an everything required but was told i could NOT use their coupon.. left without items.. on recent trip to store, the cashier would not bag my items.. she scanned them an left them on the counter, when i mentioned bagging, she just stared at me, as a deer caught in the headlights, i bagged items an told the girl that i didnt realize that aldi an big lots had something in common..bagging the items you bought... most of employees are unfriendly, management fears losing a dime in not honoring specials or sale items or their own coupons.. i also contacted their customer service an received an oh well...an offer to be put on their email list... yes, big lot customer service is as good as the offer of checks in the mail..

Many items not priced, had to ask for assistance, and clerk was brief in helping.Wiped my own cart off. Morganton Store has more selection, items are priced.

Felt like I was being followed throughout the store by an employee. I was wearing a mask and dont understand why.

My husband and I went to buy some bed rails for the twin beds. Well we were asked if we could be helped as soon as we walked in. That was a plus. It went downhill from there. My husband told him we wanted to purchase 2 sets of twin rails. He radio someone in the back. He told us hell be right out. 30 minutes later and still no rails. My husband walked to the front to ask the lady up front if someone was going to bring the rails or not. Then CJ came to the front and said no one told him we wanted rails. I said he radioed you 30 minutes ago when you were taking out some furniture for another customer. Customer service stinks there. He wasnt friendly at all. He didnt smile or try to make the situation better. No excuse. I wasnt happy with this place at all. ☹😡

The new biglots is so much better! They are so much more organized and have a larger selection! The staff are friendlier and help you find what you are looking for

The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful!! They have always went out of their way to make us the happiest customers and they have made customers for life now!! Also, their prices beat every store around here. Ive compared many things and they always beat everyone with their prices!

Ok, but what I reallyneeded they didnt have .only wished I had more time to shop I got lost with all the new floor space what happened to the funky clothes was looking for something different and unique but nothing was there.

Big Lots used to be a place where you could get really cool stuff for cheap. Overruns, unpopular colors, weird flavors were the norm. Not now. Their items are more expensive than Wal-Mart and arent particularly unique or a bargain. This one is nice and clean and had nice stuff, but very few deals. Hence the 3 stars.
