Good store, if they would only have the store brand cinnamon graham crackers

Useful to me. 1½ mil away, I shop Food Lion always, familiar with Isle so Im in and out, on my way. O the MVP card is a must for money Savings..

Not happy at all! Lines were too long and managers just joking around in the office area! The regular employees were awesome. My cashier was very helpful and friendly. YALL CAN DO BETTER! Perhaps I missed something, but there seems to be a pattern going on here. This is NOT the first time for this to happen. FOODLION, they are WORKING managers. Perhaps they need to be told that!

This is my favorite grocery store. Friendly staff. Prices and sales can be amazing and if you dont have an mvp card you should get one because you are missing out on shop and earn free savings

The service was good. I had a super check out person. I like to have a person check me out. I used the kiosk to apply for a new Food Lion card months ago, still havent received it.

When four people are standing at a cooler and an employee pushes thru us Tom got and stick the same cooler we were shopping out of. Well needless to say tall four of us different customers walked off and foodlion list the sale if those items. All for his arrogant ignorance.

They had no peach glaze. I have to have peach glaze for my peach shortcake.. I guess Fairvalue still ranks number one. Actually there were a few things today that they didnt have that they were supposed to. Anytime I have to stop at a 2nd grocery store because I couldnt find what I needed at the first store sucks!!!

Got home, had to drive back to get a bag they forgot to give me, not even an apology this time, not the first time this has happened

This food lion is a joke for some reason they can not keep they’re freezer food frozen. I’ve wasted like $50 on uncrustables and every time I get them home they’re thawed out and stale and cant even make a pizza because it’s completely thawed and just soft dough when I get home. I live 3mins away so I know it’s not my fault but the convenience of being close doesn’t justify the poor upkeep of their products. They won’t waste my money again.

If u need good fast and easy shopping this the place. Walmart might have cheaper prices but u pay for what u get. Always fresh food and no hassle

Clean and well staffed. My concern is that there is always at least one or two customers in without masks on. Im not sure if its a lack of care or of training. I know how awkward it is to tell people they cant come in without one. However, this is serious and not okay. If its the staff not cooperating, management needs to step in and work this out. If the staff needs more support from management, then they should get it and fast. Stay safe.

Very clean and super friendly staff!

I would rather shop at food lion more than any other grocery store. The prices are within my budget. The vegetables are always fresh and clean. The store is always very clean, and the management and cashiers are always happy to help the shoppers. They are are always doing everything they can to keep people safe as they shop during this Covid 19 Pandemic. Food Lion makes me feel at home and safe while I shop. I rate food lion a big fat 10.

Managers are rude to their customers....bren a long time customer of foodlions but customer service is a joke...i guess 1 less customer wont cause them to go out of business

Food Lion has always been my familys choice of Hometown grocery store. Not to mention when we use our MVP rewards at the end, it sometimes knocks off as much as 65 to $80! couldnt ask for a better grocery store

Food Lion is a great grocery store to shop!

Easy to find and can see from the main road of where youre driving. They have great sales here and there. Employees are polite and helpful. Plenty of parking and there are handicap parking/♿ accessible. Love going grocery shopping here bc of the manager specials on certain items. It really is a hit and miss when getting even a close out price for certain things but you may never know what they have until you check it out yourself. I believe there are restrooms here. Checkout time isnt bad, the workers are fairly quick without slinging stuff everywhere. Overall would definitely come here again and recommend to family and friends.

Had to make a quick stop at an out of town Food Lion. Thats one thing I like about a store such as FL that you are use too. Regardless where you are most items are in the same general area of the store. Very little wasted time.

Unfortunately, the grocery options are limited in Caldwell County (and Lenoir). Food Lion is a standard grocery store offering a reasonable variety consistent with most of the local expectations. Of the two stores in Lenoir, this one has less variety, in particular in fresh produce and meats, but it certainly meets the needs of most customers.
