If I could have gave this no stars I definitely would have but I was renting from them and had a friend that lived with me and I was behind just alittle on rent but mind this was during the whole Covid 19 and I had just started a new job. Well me and my husband went to stay at his grandmothers for 2 weeks cause my friend thought her boyfriend had covid, and when we wanted to come back the Landlord already had issued them a new lease when I had a lease with them. I will never refer them to anyone.

The appartments are nasty has a lot of bugs and bedbugs never rent from this place ever again. The landlord moved me in the middle of the month payed $500 dollar deposit. Then he said I own him $500 for moved in the middle of the month so I pay $360 out of $500 then he wanted me to move out which I didn’t care because their was to many bugs he will over charge you and dont fix anything. I told section 8 they told me not to pay the rest of the money. I only stay 2 week how is it $500. I’m telling you not to sign ANYTHING A waste of time

Dont care about their tenants or their properties. Will let it fall apart with you setting it in. When they do make repairs, its patch jobs. They never actually fix anything. If anything happens that causes your bill usage to go up, they wont do anything to make it right because they dont care. They collect your rent and laugh at your face every month you pay your rent. Knowing their out of date furnace, windows, insualtion, wireing is costing you a lot of money and trapping you in their hell hole! Do whatever you can to never have to rent from these people!
