Usually shop harbor freight for their cheaper prices on items. we try never to buy an item over $150. we have to remember the best warranty on most items bought at harbor freight is 90 days, which is not very long, most other places give at least 1yr warranty. the items they sell are mostly chinese cheap made an not what one would call great quality. one example: we do maintenance on all the the things we own on a regular basis, in 5 years even with care, we have gone thru 3 air compressors that we have bought there. the compress died not from overuse, we use them typically a few times a month, just low quality.. the staff who work there are friendly an ask you what you need.

Easy to find exactly what you need and more. My 5 year old daughter loves the place. We had to walk every aisle to see what was on it this visit. Theres a few toys but she wanted to see everything.

Well even tho you submit your phone number when making a purchase you still cant get a cash refund even tho they can very well print you another receipt. Straight billshit if you ask me but who am I?

Never been inside before. Needed some paint brushes for my oil painting canvases, gave me a reason to go inside. Huge place. Lots of stuff. I could get lost in there and spend lots of money. Friendly staff. Definitely will go back.

Good prices on cheap foreign made junk tools that you might be able to use for a couple months.If you want good tools that last, go to your local old-fashioned hardware store like Shields.

When to pick up a side box for a customer of mine. The manager just store was very helpful. The store was also very clean, well marked with the price. When I paid for the box and went outside the manager loaded it for me and help put it in the back of my suburban. Very nice and customer service was top of the list.

Cheap tools that are good enough.Heat treatment on some tools is a bit spotty, but for basic hand tools you wont find a better price.Note, there is a trade off here. The quality suffers for the price. The tools are usually in the good enough category.

One of my favorite places and nobody can beat the service or prices.

There return policy for just simply trading one wrong item for another is crazy . I had to go all the way back home and find the receipt from less then 24 hrs back from sat. To Sundays visit just to exchange one item for another and the purchase Made on Saturday is in the computer under our cell number. We didnt want cash just take the few dollars for those items off of the more expensive items we purchased on Sundays visit . It costed more to go from Lenoir harbor freight back to our house off Conley Springs road the what the 2 $2.00 items were worth but they made us feel like we were thiefs so we went home and back to keep our company Jackpot Distributors face clear

Amazing selection and they have some new tool brands that are very comparable to high end hardware stores. Coupons are always a plus and everything is fairly low priced. Read the product reviews before you buy! Always. So you can know if its worth it. The staff could be a bit more knowledgeable, I feel like they are just some younger people who barely know about tools. If you know youre stuff about tools, youll be fine. All in all great store

My experience would have been better had the salesperson who approached me asking if I needed help actually helped me find all the items that I was looking for. I left after only purchasing 6 of the 14 items that I was looking for. I just got frustrated looking for the rest because the last two things that I found were in an area that I wouldnt have expected. I did get the items at a good price. The store was clean and prices good.

I love harbor freight! Some tools are cheaply made, but for a fraction of the cost of name brand tools and a lifetime warranty, you really cant go wrong. I have so many free screw drivers and flashlights I could open my own store. Lol

Great place to find bargain priced tools, they have drills, drill bits, ratchets, sockets, all kinds of air compressors and pneumatic tools and paint spraying equipment, hydraulic floor Jacks, jack stands, saws and saw blades, axes, shovels, picks, matics, all sorts of bolts and screws and other types of fasteners, tool boxes of all sizes, wood working tools and I even saw a remote control helicopter and an RC boat, but Ill tell you what you wont find there that you would surely think they would have is weed eater string, or lawn mower blades, I also bought a 21 inch bow saw a while back which I have gotten good use from and it came with an extra blade but guess what.... thats right, they dont have any replacement blades for it either. Over all I would suggest looking here for almost any tools that would need for almost any project but dont be surprised if they dont have something that you would surely expect them to carry.

Really good store, just not as organized as the Hickory store. Customer service could be improved upon. I asked three different associates about a particular product and none of them knew what a rivet gun was, if they had any in stock or where to look for them. One of them asked an associate in the back where they would be located. Thank God, someone in the back knew about them.
