James came, James conquered, and James left. What did he do? I dont know. He refused to tell me. He said hes not allowed to. He said the company would send me an email. They didnt. I paid someone to do something and they will not tell me what they did. Maybe things are different in Lenoir, but in Greensboro we use our words. And we certainly dont let strangers enter our homes not knowing what they are going to do on our homes

As another reviewer said, the technician came out, diagnosed the problem and in over two days I have not been able to contact them after multiple tries. My wife and I have left voicemails which go unreturned. Absolutely the worst. I would encourage anyone who needs HVAC help to steer clear.

Brandon came out and replaced our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend him and this company. Hell do right by you!

My home warranty company had Carolina Aire Systems come out to see what was going on with my air. They sent someone out the same day and he was very nice and told me what the problem was. I called my warranty company and they said that Carolina Aire Systems had to send them the report. I have called my warranty company multiple times and they are still waiting on the report. I have called Carolina Aire Systems at least 100 times and still have not heard from them. Mind you this is the 5th day and I’m still counting. This is terrible service.
