I rented a small, skid steer loader from James at Bobcat of Lenoir and it was the best rental experience Ive ever had. We do a lot of home & yard improvement projects needing heavy equipment and have rented several times in the past from various sources but this has been, by far, the easiest, most convenient, best value, quality equipment rental Ive had to date. I will definitely start all of my equipment rental searches at Bobcat from now on! Thank you James and Bobcat of Lenoir!

I agree with the guy that left the parking lot and won’t return,I won’t either!! I went there to resolve a issue with my Bobcat and they acted like arrogant snobs! Unless you’re buying a brand new Bobcat they don’t want anything to do with you! New ownership didn’t do much for the company!

Good Bobcat service store. I had equipment worked on here several times and always had good results. They are busy so wait times can be a little more.

At 2:30 p.m today: They must be doing really well at Corriher b/c they let their customers/clientele tell people to move their trucks to a different parking space. Additionally, the other reviews on here reek of corporate/paid marketing reviews. I stopped in to price a sub-compact tractor with attachments because I need one, and I like to spend my money local. Three gentlemen had their motorcycle and two Can-Am parked up front and were standing, jaw jacking, in all the front row spots, so I took the farthest one away, on the end, not wanting to kick-up gravel dust on them. I no sooner get out of my truck and the gentlemen on the motorcycle comes over, and in a condescending tone tells me, I know you werent considering it but I had my bike parked there so I could easily pullout on the gravel. He them told me I could park my truck down on the other end. I told him, no worries. I got back into my truck and he went back to BSing with his buddies. I left the parking lot and probably will never return to this business. My money ($15 - 20k) spends just as well in Morganton and Hickory. Businesses in Lenoir wonder why people take their money elsewhere, this is just one more case in point.

Took my tractor down to be fixed, they keep it 6 weeks, they called me said it was ready, got it home 2 days later got ready to use it . I don’t know but it still doing the same thing it did before I took it to them ? Charged Me 554. And still got the same problem!!

Great selection of tractors, UTVs and other equipment but lacking in good customer service and limited store hours.
