I was having issues finding my passwords and getting locked out of my apps. Rick was great!! Really took his time to teach me how to use my phone properly.

Rick was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the Verizon phones and plans. He saved me money on my monthly bill and helped me with questions I had about my new phone.

He always greets me, getting up from his desk, walking over with a smile and asking how he can help. I feel really welcome and Matt has answered all of my questions very professionally and honestly. Hes the best! Sometimes you go to a business and they arent honest just to get you to buy something but not this store. I love this store and Im thinking of upgrading my dads phone for his birthday. Id definitely go back.

Nick helped us transfer two phones from a previous carrier. He was patient will all of the questions from my mother and was knowledgeable/able to answer all of her questions. He was very personable throughout our encounter. Would recommend transactions with him to others.

Came to this Verizon location looking to upgrade or transfer onto my own account. Unsure of if I was able to, Matt answered my questions and took an enormous amount of effort to help me. He spent at least a couple hours helping me figure out how and what I could do in means of upgrading my phone and trying to go onto my own plan. All while helping the other customers around me and helping his fellow staff. Never once made me feel rushed or like I wasnt heard in terms of the questions I had no matter how ridiculous. 10/10 recommend 👌

We recently visited the Verizon store at the Kappy’s plaza to purchase a new iPhone. Rick took care of us and did a spectacular job. Short on help, he was alone in the store and was bombarded with phone calls, walk-ins, etc. He was beyond professional the entire time all while preparing our new phone for us. Matt help me so much, I didn’t think he would be able to salvage my information from my old phone to the new one. My old phone was in rough shape. He was very professional and got everything back to my new phone!! All’s good

Best service!!A gentleman named Matt took care of me, even though he was alone, and was taking care of a guest over the phone, and another in the building. Even though the computers were running slowly, and a few errors occurred, he remained calm and professional and still took great care of us. We spoke about what I did for work, and he mentioned how much he loves working here, and it shows. This location closes at 8, but what he was helping me with took much longer than that. I was there an hour and a half after the store closed, he never tried rushing me out, he was more than happy to continue to make conversation while still helping me.

I was fortunate to have Nick wait on me. He solved a difficult old phone issue with my LED screen dissembling and was able to transfer all my contacts, APPs, and photos to my new phone. Done efficiently, pleasantly and save me some money too. Bravo Nick.

Its been over a month I bought a phone I never received the phone had to go directly to Verizon to get a phone they took my sales tax $69 called to get money back never sent back state sales tax to this day I have not got my state sales tax back had to call card membership to take care of problem imagine if I used my debit card I would never have got my sales tax back its been over a month the state should look into them taking sales tax and not given the product if you had the same problem you should call Mass DOR and state the issue

I was promised a $350 credit on my bill for trading in my older iphone when I went to this location. Now, 6 months later I have seen no credit and am being told there was no promotion even being offered at that time. So Im out the $350 due to an incompetent employee. Dont go here.
