Went into store to place an order due to limited product availability online. My order was not working not their fault, technology fault. Even though i was assured by the manager the day before when i called in it would be what i was looking for. The 2 associates were less than 2 months into working there and alone (per their self disclosure while we were in there). They had no idea how to fix issues and had to keep calling manager for help. However after 2 hours i walked away. I was informed THey would cancel the order in system. I went home, was abe to get order correct. could not process this because the associate never cancelled order they tried 4 hours earlier. I called the store directly and requested they take the steps to cancel order. 2nd time i had to tell them to cancel order. took down my number for any f/u questions etc. 2 days later order still not cancelled . called and spoke to associate same response and outcome. It is now 2 weeks later and the order is still in system and I cannot get what i need very disappointed in this experience. Not only was my credit run each time they processed the order which has caused it to drop drastically after the several attempts which is effecting my personal life, now i have to spend the time on hold calling to fix the errors they stated they would fix 3 times. this requires i take time off from work especially since i am a 9-5 worker and the only department to call and fix this through t-mobile is also 9-5 or so it says when i call. Needed new phones due to old service is effecting business and personal life and i am still struggling with this and still no phones no new service. noting but a struggle. not this places fault I am having experience with other company but I am facing all these barriers that would have been dealt with weeks ago. additionally, When i showed up at 12pm as i stated i would be there, my associate i was to work with was late, not his fault, I was in the same traffic jam he was. He was reprimanded by his fellow associate in front of my husband and I ( unprofessional) then when they had to call manager for the errors they were facing, the manager took the time to discuss this associates (10 min late tardiness) while we were right there. There is a time and place for this. I already advocated for this young man because i saw him behind us. We took a short cut and cut over so we got thee a few minutes before he did . none the less it was just disappointing all around and what person wants to catch grievance when they are walking and and their customer is right there. its embarrassing and not good business
Went to this T-Mobile to get a phone upgrade. Maggie helped me today. She is a very very nice person to talk to (and joke around with). I don’t know much about switching phones over but she helped me a ton. Would without a doubt recommend her to anyone. Once I decide to get my iPad I know who I’m going to talk to! Sam was working there too and he was a nice guy as well. Glad they could help me out today!
Worst service ever. Got two new lines and they activated only one phone. Went back next day after taking time out to get this rectified only to find out the y can’t do it without the person who signed up so, now they still got the phone to work only to make sure the other phone line which was working to not work. So much inconvinence this is causing and has caused. Now we have to go back again to get the simple new activation on 2 new phones.
Ive been with T Mobile for many years and Ive always got great service, the Manager Catherine is knowledgeable, very dedicated and committed to helping her customers and following up to ensure the customers experience is satisfactory! If you go into the store youll be taken care of and get the phone and service plan thats right for your needs.
This particular T-Mobile store I have to 3 times in the last 3 or 4 months for 2 different situations. I find the staff very helpful and up front. Yes sometimes there can be a line or you have to wait a couple of minutes but the staff there actually take there time and listen to you instead of trying to rush you out the door. Ive worked with Julian and Derek, both were helpful.
The staff is not well trained on Tmobile plans. I was told I would get reimbursed for the phone I had at AT&T $450, so I traded it in and got a new phone the exact same one $850, only to find out that that I am not eligible for the rebate, so now Im paying $1,200 for a phone that I could have paid $450 for, ugh. Also regarding hotspot usage, the staff was also not knowledgeable, telling me I would be getting 50 GB of data and after that it might be throttled, only to find out that that number is really 20 Gigabytes and it is definitely throttled, that was a big deal for me so them not knowing made the process more complicated. Still okay to deal with, just know your stuff 100% inside and out and dont trust what they tell you.
Brittany did a good job helping me upgrade my phone. She made sure I had all the extra add ons that I needed to make sure my new phone was protected and charged too. The two employees that I dealt with were personable and helpful. I had a good experience there and would go back again. Id give a five star review if she had given me the charger for a discount, but I was ok with paying full price because of her professionalism.
Best team u ever seen hard working. knowledgeable people goes above and beyond for there customers
Depending on the staff member you get, will your experience change. Some are very sharp, other seem to have no clue. T-mobile the company is great and keeps getting better.
Please be aware !! The manager spent two hours of our time selling us a phone never bothering to check his map to see if we could get service at our home or business . Manager very rude as we went back the very next morning. We showed him on the computer where it says can only get service outside of house.Who would want a phone that you can only use outside of your house ? He made us wait until he called his boss and then came back and charged us $75.00 for a restocking fee for a phone I never used.Bad way to do business!!
The staff did a great job solving a problem I had. T-Mobile almost lost my business due to a billing error, but the staff at this store managed to resolve it for me to my satisfaction.
I am currently in contact with the Engineering team, technical support and customer care due to a network connectivity issue with my Samsung Galaxy S8+.However I am leaving a 1 star review in hopes that someone from T-Mobile sees this and works with the store to correct the failed actions on the employee side of the spectrum.I went into the store around 6pm on 2/5/2019 to speak to someone about my phone before calling T-Mobile. I thoroughly explained my issues and concerns and hoped that I would have been greeted with someone who was ready and willing to assist me.The gentlemen came out from the back after about 5 minutes of me waiting and came up to the counter and kind of blankly stared at me. I began to explain my issue and he very quickly stopped me and said I am sorry, I am not a tech person, told me to call Customer Care at 611 and essentially sent me out the door. I was never more awe struck in my life that someone would not even have the time of day to pull up my account and try to work with me on resolving the issue locally. I will NOT be going back to this store for any concerns in the futureOn the Contrary though, I visited the Water Street (Fitchburg MA) and Sears Town Mall (Leominster MA) locations also on 2/5/2019 and between those two stores it yielded the absolute best customer service I have ever seen from a mobile provider. they went above and beyond trying to help and even provided non requested input and suggestions in to my issues (not resolved, still being worked on)I again hope that someone from a senior level in the company sees this and can talk to the employee, maybe review footage from who was working at the above date and time and subsequently re train him on proper customer service and that a customer should not be point blank turned away with a number when I only talked to him for about 30 seconds.
Nice employees, but almost never enough people working to help everyone in a timely fashion.
Very good Customer service and excellent Customer support.
I dont know anything about phones, the staff helped me out a lot.
Cheap good service provider. Great staff did everything to save me money...
Incredibly helpful!!! Highly recommend T-Mobile.
Accidentally charged for 2 extra lines, 2 extra premium services we never talked about. Such a hassle to undo their accident
Awsome people
