COVID-19 Test Takers - BEWARE!My wife and I *hoped* to get COVID-19 tested before an international vacation. 72 hours before our departure (the required window), we got tested at this location. Although the website said results in 24-48 hours, we were told *after* testing that it would be 48-72 hours. We hoped for the best. 48 hours came and went - then 72 hours, and our departure time. Fortunately, our destination allowed testing upon arrival, at the expense of a hefty fee and a 24-hour quarantine period. First day of vacation, lost. Not to mention the headache of watching our departure time come and go without our results. We did call the pharmacist who took our tests to ask about the results. He told us, for the first time, the 48-72 hour period only counted business days (we tested on a Sat.) and spoke to me like I was stupid for expecting results before our departure. Will never step foot in this location again.
Set up an appointment over the phone to get a Covid vaccine. When I arrived they made me sign a form waiving all rights to seek damages in the event I have an adverse reaction. This was not explained to me when I set up the appointment.While I agree vaccines are safe I do not feel reassured they are safe if Im forced to sign a form saying I cant seek damages if I am injuried.
Worst toilet paper ever. I eventually had to stop wiping because all I could see was blood. Clearly dont care about their customers health. Ironic because they sell toilet paper and are supposed to be a pharmacy. Pathetic.
Always great service at this store. Courtney is always happy and bubbly. She always has a quick conversation to makes it feel more personal. Thank you!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was forced to switch to Walgreens for prescriptions because of our health insurance. I have filled prescriptions here at least a dozen times and have never once had a good experience. I’ve had to wait for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions to get a prescription that had already been called in. My son has a primary and secondary insurance, which they had on file, yet every time it was an issue. The staff was never kind always gave me a hard time. I never have experienced anything like this at any other pharmacy I have used. I just went there now and their drive-through window says that it’s “down”. I have young kids with me and will not struggle inside with them while I wait the 30 minutes it will inevitably take me to retrieve our prescription. I tried calling them but of course, no answer. I have never experienced such incompetence and complete lack of customer service. I will never use Walgreens again.
Will exclude you from discounts if you dont check. Most cashiers at this location are young and have a hard time doing simple math.UPDATE FROM 1 STAR: Although most employees at this location are inexperienced, there is a manager who runs shifts better than others. Matt is always going out of his way to help customers whether its been myself or other patrons in the store. He changed my opinion of this store and is the only reason I still use this location. He goes above and beyond and it reflects on the other employees on shift. Great job!
So I went there tonight and purchased bunch of stuff including one gallon whole milk. The bags are so thin and the associate was rushing to take the next customer in line and she refused to double bag the milk. I had my stuff in the shopping card to carry them to my car with and after I drove home and tried to carry the milk, the bag broke in the middle of the parking lot spreading everywhere on the ground.I called this pharmacy and explained the situation to the manager. She said she’d able to help and made me drive to their location again and then said she’s not able to help.My time, my gas, and my baby was effected tonight. Why she didn’t say that in the first place and why she couldn’t help is so messed up smh Walgreens... You should do better lol
Over the past year or so, consistent problems with pharmacy. Not checking into things further. Back and forth confusion. Its ready, then its not ready. Not sure what the change has been. Switching soon, cant deal with them anymore.
In todays day and age you would think the store would at least price match their own web site price. This is not the case for this Walgreens. Price was $1.00 more for a single item (hair product - Got2b Beach Matte Paste) I was running in to get. Web site $6.99 store $7.99, last one and it was pretested by someone else; product residue on the lid and finger digs in the product. Nope no more. Ordered from another retailer online and purchased quantity of two at $5.99 ea with free shipping.
Slowest working human beings I’ve encountered. I only have it an extra star because the kid could at least count the change.
LabCorp inside Walgreens was an awesome experience. If you need bloodwork done, go here. A+++

Even though this location isnt open 24 hours its the best of the 3 local walgreens to shop at. Everyone is helpful and the shelves are always stocked.
A pleasent shopping experience. No language issue as reported by another guide. They went out of their way to get a sale product from back stock.

Just awful service. Been coming to the same Walgreens for the same prescription, for over 6 years and every single time they act like its the first time I have ever been here and treat me like I have no clue about what prescription I am getting. Its remarkable really. Incompetentence capital right here.
Worst drugstore on the planet! They dont carry any Flu medicine and its Flu season! No Tamiflu and no cough syrup! Had to go to 2 different locations late at night to get the prescriptions. They do not even bother to let you know that they dont have it! Also, their English is poor.
Knowledgeable pharmacist great customer service quick drop-off and pick-up inexpensive co-pays with or without insurance great product selection sales weekly and daily
I venture that most folks may agree that the ownership of chain pharmacies dont give a crap about customer service and, unfortunately, this Walgreens is another demonstration of this. The pharmacy is chronically understaffed and shuts down when more than one customer shows up. They ignore the phone (store and pharmacy) which eventually disconnects after 20-25 mins on hold. Pretty sad but whats new right?
Worst service, had to wait for my online photo order. Even then they didnt get the order right. Never again, bye bye Walgreens :(
