Great selection of sneakers and that’s all that’s great about Hibbett sports. Have to jump through hoops to return. If they offer you a digital gift card don’t go that route because they won’t honor it when you try using it. One hundred percent awful customer service. If considering buying from Hibbett sports your best bet is to only shop in store. Hibbett Sports policies are a joke.

Was sent fake Nike shoes… everything from the tag on the inside of the shoe to the box were completely fake. Checkout was easy and shipping was fast but if you care about the integrity of the product you are ordering do not order from here!!

Ordered Online- They sent me 2 different shoes. Have to ship box back to them. A paltry 10% off coupon they give me for my inconvenience. Product I ordered no longer in stock. Coupon they gave me not even accepted!Super lame. Buyer beware. Terrible customer service.

I was asked by google to talk about my experience with Hibbett Sport so I will. The sell you a pair of sneakers then they cancel the sale only to give you a 25% off coupon that cant be used on anything you would want. They dont sell you this pair once and cancel. They do it a second time and cancel and then a mind boggling third time and cancel. (It appears staff has first dibs on the good stuff that somehow finds it back to inventory)Anyhow .. I was told they where having IT issues. They are a publicly traded company. They dont have IT problems like this. Things dont mysteriously find there way back to inventory unless someone manually puts it there. It has gotten to the point that I can no longer bother with them. Advice - Stop spending all this money on advertising and put it into customer service. At least that way you will retain customers rather then loose them at a scorching pace. Unfortunately the live up to there reputation and thats not a good thing. Peace out Hibbett Sports.

Worst online experience ever. Save yourself the headache and shop direct or any alternative shop that can easily assist you. Item was suppose to ship and arrive 2 days after order placed, but a week later; item still has not left fulfillment center. And, customer service states..its standard operating procedure and that I should keep calling to find out if the product had shipped. Terrible experience

Don’t buy from Hibbett Sports because they are fraudulent!! I bought a pair of workout leggings, and I never received the package. They claimed they delivered it and because I had called more than 15 days after the purchase, they did not refund my money. I was never informed of such policy when I made the purchase. Keep away from them!

My husband needed sneakers and we stopped in on Thursday, late afternoon, August 19th and had the pleasure of meeting Amir (Ameer) (sp???) and Jordan. They were polite, engaging, helpful and had very nice personalities. In a time where customer service is lacking, they both excelled. Thank you to both of these wonderful young men.

Came here this afternoon for kids soccer cleats, shin guards, and socks. Everything was in stock as indicated online, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

When I order shoes and get canceled. Try so many times for few months. Then try to find out reason why I got cancel, talked to customer services about the issues, and they sent me a your order information and order history were recently reviewed, and it was determined that there is evidence to indicate an intent to resell our merchandise. but I only order my size and my gfs shoes for ourselves to wear. Other webs store dont have this issues. And they put me on the black list and ask me buy shoes from resell web. How bad experience with this Company. If I can give negative stars, I will give this company -5.

This is THE worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. I made an order 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard from them since. I’ve tried emailing, calling etc. I’ve gotten no response and they’ve blocked my email, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

What terrible experience .. ordered air max 97 for Xmas and never received my order after all the back and forth they put my refund on a e-card to only use with them . Tried several times to use the card and its no option at checkout to even use it, called customer service and no help there either, all I got was the system is down and I have to wait to use it .we in February and still havent been able to use it ...this company really sucks

Customer service is horrendous, the online store charged me thousands of dollars and essentially took a 0% interest loan for days after I placed simple orders and all were canceled. I guess I cannot buy my Christmas shoes off of this site as customer service told me they were bought with the intent to resell. Completely ridiculous, if someone of authority at Hibbett Sports sees this please call me. I am super disappointed and angry with your store as a whole. Wish there was a 0/5 rating.

Nice store good service with friendly staff but priced a little high

I got a pair of shoes that was to small after the employee suggested that I get a size smaller because of the design. I need an immediate pair for an occasion so I went there for an emergency. As soon as I went in I knew I should of went somewhere else because of the scarce supply of shoes especially for womens. I wasnt able to return them but this could of be avoided if I would of went to a place that has more than a dozen shoes like foot locker or anywhere else

This store has tons of sports memorbilia and a wide selection of sneakers for basketball players socccer and all other outdoor activities. They are super helpful and guide you as to what you need for whatever you need for your footware. They got alot of diffrent teams collectables too. The parking is plenty outside cause its at end of the shopping center.

They do sneaker releases too. You give good ratings Im sure theyll take care of your purchase. Im coming back !

Friendly staff. Offered help but didnt bug you about buying things. I ordered a jacket and i didnt like the fit and they exchanged it for me no hassle.
