Stefanie H in the fax/print is always extremely helpful to every single customer who walks into that store. Not sure how she always has a positive attitude and is extremely helpful but its impressive. She is an overall great employee, I think she is selling herself short at that job and is probably worth double the pay she is receiving.

Sam is the best! She is always so sweet and so friendly when I see her and she always remembers me!

I had an issue where the post office wasn’t delivering the packages to my Virtual address located in staples. One of the young ladies that work in the copy center, stephanie went above and beyond to fix the problem and was successful at it. She went above and beyond. I’m very grateful as many packages were being returned … i give this store 5 stars because stephanie displayed exemplary customer service skills. I will continue to use them in the future.

Worst customer experience Ive had in a while. Lady at copy center was extremely rude and disrespectful. I understand having to keep distance because of everything going on but when the machine at the self service station stopped working i tried to get her attention and she flat out ignored me and proceeded to talk to her coworker. I had to ask a second time before she came over to me and decided to actually help me. Will not be returning to this staples or any for that matter. Sticking to FedEx.

This is my favorite place for printing. I work in the city but will often bring my printing home to here to print because the staff is so excellent and they normally arent as busy as the city. They make me feel less stressed and they take care of everything. I have never had a problem printing here and love the kind staff.

This is the best place ( staples) in long Island Area. Staff is so amazing, helpful, and courteous. Parking is huge front of this store. Always good deals inside !

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and then approached by Jayson who asked if I needed help. When I told him what I wanted, he brought me over to what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the item which I then purchased.

I use various Staples stores when I forget to print out a document I need for my job. Its dirt cheap and only takes a couple of minutes. You just email the document to that stores email address and tell them how many copies you want. This particular Staples was clean and the customer service was pretty decent.

Gotta be honest here, the employees are great and all, always attentive but Im giving this a 2 star rating because the store smells awful, Ive talked about this gruesome smell to some of the employees who have voiced to me that its always a problem and most of them go home at the end of their shift with headaches from it. Its like sewer and personally I dont like my things smelling like the pace so I use this store specifically just for the shredding service. Might be the building itself but other stores on this complex dont smell like this. Wishing they did something about it so I wouldnt purposely wanna drive 6 miles away to the next staples just to not deal with the stench

Very unprofessional staff in charge of copy center. On Tuesday May 8, 2018 I brought in a box of documents that was about three quarters full and asked how much for it to be copied? Staples staff told me they had to send docs out to there HUB for a quote and that takes a WEEK! I asked if she could please expedite this process bc I needed to get docs to lawyers in Ohio. I called on Friday May 11th and was told they had not heard from “ their litigation team” who does the quotes.I was in disbelief that they had not even had a quote yet. I expressed my dissatisfaction and waited until Tuesday May 15th and went into the store at 12:30pm and the same Staples staff member told me she still had no quote and no documents!!!My copy production sat with Staples litigation copy department for a week with no work done. I again expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with there service and just want my originals back. She walked out of store where she met store manager Adam Cohen on his way in. He came over and I explained situation and he promised to have my documents copied and ready for May 16th and they’d call me. Well I called them at 2pm and was told we have your originals and copied but no price yet to ring me up???? I said I’m coming to get originals and call me when you have a price for copies.Staples called back an hour later and said that the one copy of three quarters of box of documents would be $690.00!!!! I said no thank you. Then Staples offered me the copies for $400.00!!! Insane price to pay for copies that took over a week to get done! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NO QUOTE UP FRONT AND A WASTE OF TIME. ID NEVER BRING ANYTHING BACK THERE FOR STAPLES TO COPY😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡😨😨😨😡😡😡😡

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - I would of done 5 Stars but they definetly need more registers open at a time. I find myself waiting waiting a lot in this particular Staples.

The copy center was the worst. There where two ladies working one was flirting it up with an other customer as I waited at the desk for a while. Till finally the other one came over after I had to awkwardly stare at her. When I finally was able to email it to them I had to wait for the other lady to stop flirting to come help the other girl cause she didnt know what she was doing. For them to tell me NO because they thought it was copy righted but it wasnt. And Im pretty sure they didnt print it because it 400 pages. It was a very complacted situation and know one was helpful. Get a kinder and willing to help staff that is focused on there job and your customers will return.

I wish there was a negative rating to give, I always go to this location for prints, yesterday 11/29 there were two girls at print and copy center. I just had to pick up what I emailed to print, one girl was faxing, making copies, and stapling the papers for this guy who was just standing there and chatting with her, and I thought it was self service unless we dont know what we are doing. The other girl was helping another customer, meanwhile Im standing there for good 20 mins, no applogy for the wait at all, no one else was called to help. Another customer arrived to pick some prints, and we had to wait another 10 mins, at last i was called, picked up what i needed, no thankyou, no apology nothing from the girl at all, some serious attitude problem is going on here. i felt like my business didnt mean anything at all to this location

I went to the store to purchase ink for my Brother printer. They did not have my ink on the wall. I went to the desk where I saw a few employees. I asked for help and a gentleman named Louie asked a manager if he could assist me. The manager gave his ok. Louie checked the wall and said they would have to order it. (I had no problems yet). As we walked over to a computer where he could assist me, another supervisor told Louie to open a register. Louie tried to tell him he was helping me, the supervisor didn’t care, claiming there was a line. Before I realized that I would be left with my mouth open, they both walked quickly away. Since I just moved to Levittown, it was my first and last time in this store. I ordered the ink from Amazon. Poor customer service on the part of the supervisor. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
