Got my hair done by Mariel Miglio and my hair has NEVER looked more fantastic. She was very sweet and made me feel super comfortable with trying something new with my hair. I DEFINITELY found myself a new stylist and my boyfriend absolutely loved how my hair looked when she was finished.

Ladies. This establishment has it all. Courteous and friendly staff. Clean and full of all the items that you would need to bring out the best of yourself. Hempstead Turnpike makes it a very easy and convenient trip. So in short, stop by and go for it. 👍👍

The employees had absolutely NO personality. There was no “hi how are you” or “have a great day”. They literally sat and had a full blown conversation about the cashiers nails instead of helping me, didn’t listen to what I was saying, the woman with the copper highlights seemed like she didn’t even want to be there & seemed annoyed. This is the first ULTA I’ve been to where the people just seemed ... off. As if they hate their job or something... I got better info from the customers!! The woman with the LV mask was nice and so was the woman at the very front door selling the sunscreen stuff but everyone else seemed angry, depressed, annoyed or too into their conversation to notice customers.

DANA was so amazing helping me select cologne. I had never done it before, however she made the process enjoyable! DANA was very patient and passionate about her job which made me feel comfortable. Christmas 2020 was made a little easier because of her. I will be returning. Thank You so much Dana.

It’s alright here. Selection is nice but certain employees seem to be clueless when coming to makeup.. sold my daughter an item that she asked for help for with matching her shade and which product was truly the best for her under eyes) truthfully, we do not know much about makeup) and the shade was much lighter than her complexion and we were told we could not return the $35 dollar product due to prior usage. We had used it one time to try it when we got home! Overall, love the selection they carry as well as discounts.

I’ve been happily coming to this location for close to ten years. Each time I’m immersed in a lavish yet affordable selection of every product I could possibly ask for. As for the salon, I don’t go anywhere else but here! Beatriz has been my stylist from Day One and I feel so well taken care of with her. She is highly skilled and her friendly yet professional demeanor makes it a pleasure to be in her chair. I waited out the long quarantine for the salon to safely reopen and I’m so glad that I did. I have brought both my daughters and a friend here as well and now they’ve all found their favorite beauty place!

For the past 3 years I have had Melanie, stylist extraordinaire, cutting and coloring my hair. I had never thought to go to Ulta for hair services before that. Melanie and all of the stylists seem to have so much fun at work. It makes the experience very pleasant. Always fun to browse around while passing the time for your color to process. Another great bonus is that they are open 7 days and most evenings.

My experience at the Ulta Salon in Levittown was A+. I had a highlight done by Beatrice and the end result was way beyond my expectations. She listened to my concerns because my hair is a challenge. She also offered her own opinion on how to achieve the color I wanted. I let her do her own thing and put total trust in her hands. My hair is now a beautiful shade of blonde and very healthy looking. For years I went to a high end salon until my colorist moved too far. After that, I spent years getting mediocre hair color from many different salons. I will definitely go back to Beatrice again. It was worth the trip. The entire salon staffwere very accommodating and friendly.

Olivia from MAC helped me find a foundation color to match my face and she was so sweet and helpful. She took her time and made sure the color was perfect to my skin. She gave me great makeup tips and helped me pick out great products that I needed. Great store with friendly staff!

This store is very large now! The ladies at the MAC counter always help me when I shop there. They also make suggestions and go out of their way if I need a specific item! Just GREAT!

Such great customer service here.Everyone is super friendly and considerate.I’m always the shy one to not want to ask for help but in this store I feel the exact opposite.Their employees are extremely approachable.Just today a woman who just came in for her shift who didn’t even have time to put her things down saw I was waiting and helped me immediately by the skin care area.Wish I got her name as she was a very lovely lady and deserves some type of recognition.Just one small thing, as I got home I realized they failed to put the free samples I should of received with my purchase for a certain brand and the total I paid.

Beatriz is AMAZING with long hair! She knew how to cut it for the hair to look healthy and to flatter my face perfectly. She also had great style tips for long hair And where to purchase a good brush. All the past reviewers were right. I couldnt find my forever stylistbut now I have. I am going to Beatriz from now on. Ulta is definitely the best make up store. This location isnt usually fully stocked in terms of colors. At least NYX should be stocked well with colors.I went a few days back. Two staff members were way too busy in conversation to ask if I needed help or for me to get a chance to ask for it. One who was just walking around looking lost also couldnt help but found someone else who was already helping someone to help me after. She was good and knowledgeable. Her own make up looked great which told me she knew what she was talking about.I had to return something just 15 minutes after leaving the store and the manager with short black hair and heavy eye makeup was annoyed that she had to take over the return. And when I tried to give the plastic Ulta bag back for the environment or whatever.. she said eww! We dont take that, you can keep that or give it to her and shell throw it in the trash or whatever.... So 90% of the staff is a bunch of divas who just care about themselves. Thats all. Thanks.

Love this store but the customer service is horrible, you guys have a bunch of stuck up females who don’t care to help out, they will give you an attitude if you ask one too many questions. Please hire friendlier staff, it’ll make people actually want to come here

While I love the availability of products close to my home and without having to travel to a mall, the praise for this establishment ends there. Im not sure what has changed in either their hiring process or perhaps their employment package they offer to attract quality employees, but in the past year Ive been to this store at minimum once a month and NOT ONCE has anyone asked if I needed help looking for something. I was searching for a specific product in the beginning of this week and two employees were actually talking and looking at something on one of their phones.Im just warning people that may not have as much experience with makeup as I do, if youre looking for help to find something... do not go to this store.

I love this Ulta location especially the salon. Specifically Melanie! Shes by far the best hair dresser ive ever had. She provides everything im asking for and keeps me entertained😂 Shes hilarious and does wonderful work! Best place and hair dresser 👌🏻

Extremely unprofessional, incompetent, horrendous salon and management. When I was 10 min late into OUR HOUR appointment, because of inclement weather and an accident on Hempstead Tpk. a blonde 30s stylist lied and said she had no time to see me and was leaving early in 20 min. Then she blew out ANOTHER HAIRDRESSERS CLIENT, hid during our appointment time and even had EXTRA TIME, when she happily accepted the client after me, who called to say she is going to be 20 minutes late. Another friendly but completely incompetent middle aged hairdresser, couldnt figure how to match curls, on one full side of my head. Another stylist, caked on thick makeup when I asked for a light and natural look, making me appear 30 years older and as a clown. A couple of employees at the Mac counter have been unfriendly and hostile. Everyone you speak to in person and on the phone, says they are a manager

Huge selection, helpful staff always ready to assist, clean and organized. Pricey? A little, but they also have tons of sales and clearance deals along with the higher end stuff. They have a lot of organic things as well from smaller companies that are great too. I love going here with my girlfriend when Im in the mood, theres plenty of stuff to look at for me even though its mainly a womens store. Their credit card rewards program is actually pretty legitimate and helpful if youre someone who uses Ulta exclusively for many of your womanly needs. Youll easily rack up Ulta rewards credit. My girlfriend had about 200 dollars worth of credit only a couple months after having the card. My one criticism would be that the store associates dont remind you when you have usable credit so it may sit there and expire if you dont stay vigilant with it. Overall, great store for all the reasons stated above!

I have to say the stores team was very helpful. Everyone was friendly except one of the managers. Im sorry I didnt get her name. Upon checkout I purchased a few of the smaller hair care products that were on special. When one rang up at the register it did not come up on the discount price the cashier called the manager who quickly dismissed me and said there was probably some bottles misplaced by another customer and went back to unpacking boxes without checking to see if the product was actually on discount, which it was as I double checked the signage myself. Oh, and might I add she never walked over to see me just yelled from unboxing holiday sets from the other side of the cash wrap. Judging by other reviews, Im not the only customer who has had a problem shopping at this location with rude managers. Which is a shame as this location has a great team otherwise.

Had to go out of town, and had not used Ultas services in about 2 yrs, glad I went back, not happy with last salon Ive been to, Appt set same day despite the busy prom season, usually had Jenna who is terrific too, Beatrice was available highly recommend her, she was friendly, professional and has extensive expertise in haircare, she knew just what I wanted going forward and my hair concerns. Thank you Beatrice will be back. :)

Incredible staff - took the time to really help me find exactly what I needed and really explained the products and gave some awesome tips. This is also the cleanest/most organized Ulta I have ever walked into.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from ulta salon in Levittown. I went and saw Melanie and showed her a bunch of pictures of exactly what I wanted- blonde balayage (my hair is already dirty blonde to begin with so it shouldve been an easy job-- so I thought...). She looked at them and seemed like she knew what I wanted. She did my hair super quickly all while talking very loudly to her coworkers right in my ear, didnt make any conversation with me, and walked away multiple times without saying anything to the point where I was super concerned she wasnt going to come back. Once she rinsed my hair and started drying it and curling it, she decided herself that it wasnt enough blonde, and said that she jinxed herself by saying I had good hair that would be hard to mess up (basically had a roundabout way of saying she messed up my hair). She then proceeded to go back in on my hair without teasing it or trying to blend it at all, and did not tone it either. Once she rinsed this out (after leaving me by myself in the back of the salon for a good 15-20 min wondering where she was and if she was coming back), she finally rinsed it and dried it to reveal giant tiger stripes, under processed pieces all over my head, and a bunch of lines on top of my head (looks like I have grown out highlights but worse). I didnt realize how bad it was until I got home, so I called the next day to see if I could go back and get it fixed. I then saw the salon manager named Jenna who basically looked scared and disgusted by the way my hair looked and pretty much told me she wouldnt be able to fix it. She said it would be a whole day process and she didnt have enough time right now to do anything for me. She said I should give my hair a rest, and that I would look back on family Christmas photos from this year and be upset about my hair. For a salon manager, she did not sound like she knew what she was doing AT ALL, along with Melanie who apparently has 10 years of experience, but gave me tiger stripes and a look that is not even CLOSE to the photos I showed her. Now my hair is ruined for the holidays and Im still stuck on what to do now. Although the 20% off your first salon visit may sound enticing, save yourself the time, money, and stress of having messed up hair and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Every time I go to this store I leave annoyed. First of all, no one has ever asked me if I need help with anything while shopping. And secondly, every single time I go to this store I feel like the employees are staring at me. I was looking at a product and reading the description and a worker was standing next to me literally just watching me read the product, not even saying hi or Can I help you with that?. I felt like she was making sure I dont steal or something like that. Not a very friendly or welcoming atmosphere. I dont recommend going to this store unless you want to be treated poorly.

My mom and sister always used to come here to get their hair done. Sadly times have changed. 15 years have passed since we moved to levittown as a family. Now my sister moved out and has a family of her own. Sadly our mom passed away from cancer this year on February 28th 2018. I will never forget the memories of coming to Ulta to see my mother and sister both getting their hair done while I mess around with products in the meantime. Thanks to the employees that helped my mom and my sister feel content.
