I love the store, the service & the different selections. I’ve bought many curtains & even had my chairs recovered. I bought curtains but needed to return 2 as they were wider then my windows. But unable to return them. the policy is no returns;; no credit; no exchanges. So sorry but no sale now.

I was at the lLevitown store on april 30, 2021 at 5.40pm. I asked the sales man a white male if there was a matching valance and he was very nasty to me and got upset that I asked him that question. I walked away. Then I later went and told him very politely that he upset me earlier and he got more nasty to me. I have never experienced something like this in my life this far. This man is not fit to be a salesperson. I will share this experience with everyone I know. The store should not keep such salespeople

Picked up a very nice bathroom mat set. FYI.. all sales are final

They choose the wrong curtain rod n you have to eat it. Then sell you the wrong length curtains n you have to eat it. No returns, No exchanges ever. Bad business practices. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Inside Nassau Mall complex, easy to see once youre in the parking lot. Good prices for quality items. Nice selection. Aside from a large array of curtains, they also have bathroom accessories, shower curtains, and seasonal/holiday items for your home. Helpful and friendly staff. (They even stopped me from getting an item that was unnecessary and pricier!)

Steve is horrible to deal with. Ruined the experience and is the reason why I will not shop here anymore. He is absolutely obnoxious and has no idea how to communicate with people. When picking out our curtains, he was so condescending towards our opinions. He tried to charge us a ridiculous price before we negotiated him down using a competitors pricing (a true sign of dishonesty). When we had an issue with one of our curtains he was so rude and unwilling to help. It isnt worth shopping here and dealing with him.

Customer service is awful.Very expensive and not accommodating to the customers. Shop somewhere else where you can get better service.

Nice place.its more like evergreen stuff they hv. they hv seasonal stuff also. u can find matching bathroom piece set like soap dispenser,curtain,bin, soap dish etc. good range of curtains. u can find fabric for bedsheets etc.they also hv vintage style valance curtains.trendy blinds.very clean store.

I bought cellular shades. Free measurement. Fair price. The people I dealt with were very pleasant.

I have shopped this location before and I have been satisfied, until todays experience. My husband and I went there to get white black out curtains. We ask the sales woman in there, where their selection of black out curtains are kept. As she begins to escort us to the direction of black out curtains, she asks “What color are you looking for?” So my husband responds, white. The sales woman stops in her tracks, turns around to us and says “Now. Really! Do you think they would make WHITE black out curtains? Think about it!” We were amazed at the tone of her response. Needless to say we walked out. Upon walking out she asked, “Where do they sell those?” And I reaponded “Everywhere”. Came home, ordered them from Amazon, and they will be here in a day. Unfortunately we couldn’t support a local business but we got what we were shopping for.
