Sam is the BOMB! So is the district manager at the Levittown location! I gave these ladies my price range, told them what we were looking for, and they created MAGIC! Not only did we get all that we wanted, it was $300 under our price range! Which was the “icing on the cake” for me!

I was assisted by a very lovely sales clerk by the name of Samantha. She was very courteous and helpful explaining the differences between the different types of mattresses they offer. I selected a memory foam mattress and she was awesome enough to bring the price down by a significant portion to match what their website charges for it versus the instore price (she saved me $100). She also hooked me up with delivery as well as a box spring for an agreeable price. I would definitely recommend this store and their most helpful sales team!

If it wasn’t for Rachel, this probably would be a bad review. She has been wonderful the whole experience, my only issue was with internal communication. We picked out our mattress and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. My old mattress was so bad that I was waking up sore and miserable, so you can imagine how upset I was when I got a phone call from the actual warehouse saying our mattress was not available until Saturday! We called Rachel directly and told her we were pretty disappointed by this and that we could not stay home Saturday to wait for it. Rachel asked us to come back in so she could find us a similar mattress that could be delivered before Saturday. That is EXACTLY what she did!! It was delivered Thursday! She has a true solution-based attitude and I hope the management understands that the only way I will come back for another mattress is if RACHEL is still there! Thank you for all that you did for us!!

All I can say is Rachael is a mattress angel!! I came in looking and she made sure to assist me to her fullest capability. I walked out a happy woman!! Thanks again for all you did for my family.

Recently visited this business and made a purchase. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave and Gwen. Sales people I can honestly say were not annoying and actually very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had a great experience while we were there, enjoyed the customer service and would most likely do business there again. We have not received our delivery yet as it is not supposed to be delivered yet but we will review that separately.

You can lay on the beds to see how they feel and the sales men dont super pressure you to buy anything. Theres parking outside for convience.
