Awesome staff. The whole team is very helpful. I dont go anywhere else. Laurie is usually who I ask for. I forgot an item I purchased and Steve saved it for me for the next time I go in. James and another guy went out and helped me with wipers and my battery in the winter also. Over all one of the better parts stores in this area as far as customer service goes.

Had to purchase a license plate frame. Nothing major. Staff really helpful and even came to the car with tools and put it on the car. Never expected that service.

I enjoy going to this store. They run some great specials. What I enjoy the most are the folks that work there. They are very helpful and friendly and love to chat.

The best staff went in they gave me two replacement bulbs was only expecting to get one was happy with their service

Note: this, so far, is just from the Lewiston, ME store. I have not yet had this experience with other stores.I visited this establishment on Monday, 7th of September, 2020. I was in for rain guards. I approached the counter, and explained to the older gentleman that I was looking for rain guards. Oh, theyre over there, in aisle two, he gruffly responded. I had never bought rain guards for a vehicle before, and I had no idea what I was looking for. I asked him how I would know what car Im looking for, and he just snapped back, Its right on the package. I made him follow me, and I explained to him that he would obviously have to order mine because I did not see any rain guards for my particular vehicle on that rack (2000 Lincoln Continental...not exactly a common car). We then proceeded back to the counter, where he made a half-hearted attempt to look for them on his computer. After two minutes he said sorry, we cant get them. He made no other efforts.Contrast that with OReillys down the street, where I was asked all the right questions straight off the bat, and I wasnt ever coldly pointed to any particular aisle by a lazy associate whose present activities were obviously too important to put any effort into helping a potentially paying customer. Will 110% not recommend this establishment if you want even mediocre customer service, because they are incapable of even that.

I have been coming here for well over a year, same group of folks that work up there some have come and gone but the ones up there have always been EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They take their time to help troubleshoot issues, would definitely recommend to any family member or friend!

Never had as bad of an experience there as today. Service is usually very sharp and helpful.Checkout scan reported wrong price and I had to babysit the guy for 5 minutes, while he went back and forth repeatedly to fully complete the checkout.

Theres always someone there to help you out no matter the time of day. The guys are very friendly and will help you out in a heartbeat. Ive come her quite a few times while I was in dire circumstances and they were always there to lend a hand.

I purchased Quiksilver high temperature for a repair on my exhaust when I drove it after a day the Quicksilver melted off my exhaust when I went back to Advance Auto to return the item they asked me if I had the product I showed them a picture of where I had applied and I brought my receipt the customer service representative Laura gave me a hard time and treated me like I was some kind of scam artist I will not be going back to Advance Auto AutoZone from now on
