Really hate to say this but AutoZone, I will be taking my significant automotive needs over to OReillys or Walmart. The store is neat and easy to park in. The prices are good compared to other local automotive stores and I have always appreciated the free battery testing. However, we are in a pandemic and I have visited this location at least 5 times in the last 5 months. Each time I was struck by the number of employees that never wore a mask. On my last visit, while there is clearly a sign on the door asking for folks to wear one, most customers did not have one on. The store was kind of busy so I was sadly disappointed to see NONE of the employees had a mask on. One employee had hers but she wasnt wearing it. No matter that you cannot control the customers refusal, after all this is Idaho, but I should not have to deal with a staff member face to face without their mask on. For this reason, we will take our needs elsewhere and never visit this store again.

For all your automotive needs...no job is to big or to small for autozone.. brakes, struts, shock absorbers, paint they have it all....the employees are great they help you get what you need

A few years ago they had this hippie kid working there, he was the smartest and most intuitive parts guy Id ever met. I just realized he is why Im still shopping here. So be careful folks, Its a parts store, make sure you buy the correct part as parts can be confusing. A side by side comparison is the only way to be positive you are buying to correct part.

I know it is not this shops fault but I have ordered a fuel pump from this place 7 different times and only 2 of them have I received the right part. They both were faulty and now im stuck waiting again till Monday for the right part. Lets see if their other store can send me what I need.

Was prettu decent, like your normal autozone, had pretty much all youll need for many small and medium projects. The guarantee are pretty damn good. Prices are decent, recommend.

When ordering a gas cap for my 1970 Dodge A100 pickup I was asked what size motor. Did the fuel cap vary with engine sizes? I paid $21 for a fuel cap that an hour later had to bust to pieces to remove.

My car battery died in a grocery store parking lot. After getting jumped there I went to auto zone at 7pm and Monica and Anthony were amazing! They checked my car out, got me a new battery, but Anthony was also so kind and put the new battery in for me. Very friendly and great customer service.

Nice clean store

I was 263 miles away from home when my check engine light came on. Turns out had a miss fire on cylinder 7. Not only did they pull the code the soild me the spark plug and plug socket I needed to fix it. Since I was a long way away from my tools the also let me borrow what I needed to get back on the road. I would recommend this part store to anyone. The staff was friendly helpful and got the right part the first time

Went to AutoZone to get spark plugs for my car and I also found some buffing pads on clearance for $2 per package. They charged me the original price for the buffing pads. So I turn the car around and went back to AutoZone and I went back into the store and proceeded to let the guy know that I was overcharged for the buffing pads they were $2 each on clearance and the lady that was in there said well when its slow like this on Sunday I put out the sale prices for Monday. So basically she was telling me that too bad I couldnt get my money back but thats not the case the gentleman that helped me originally said will give you your money back on it because thats what the sign says.
