I had originally written a bad review based on a service appointment, but they have always been kind and quick with service so I felt it was unfair. My last appointment though this cover for my oil pan wasnt fastened correctly which didnt cause harm to my vehicle necessarily but makes me wonder about the other parts they did because I did all the fluids at this time. Like I said for the most part I had good experiences here just from a customer POV this super easy fix makes me worried about other parts that were touched.

Great Experience and Service!

I had been there twice looking for a used vehicle of a certain size. Jason was the salesman I worked with. He listened to what i was looking for and showed me one vehicle in my price range but I didnt purchase at that time. I visited a few weeks later after having seen a couple vehicles online that I was interested in. Jason came out and met me at my vehicle before I was even out of the truck. We looked at the cars I was interested in, took them for a drive and I purchased one. Everyone was friendly and helpful and got the paperwork finished as soon as possible. I was not able to drive the car home because I still had my truck. They let me leave it there, told me they would get it to me if I couldnt get a ride to pick it up.

Kelly, Jeff, and Casey treated me like some kind of royalty. I highly recommend a female car salesperson....no pressure and another woman knows what is important to a female driver! Im in love with my new car and plan to drive it for many, many years!

Drove over from Seattle to purchase a rare combo used Civic hatchback. We were impressed with the dealership. Its a family owned business, very personable, professional, reasonable, and easy to work with. Our salesman was Doug and we enjoyed working with him and the sales manager. Would do business with them again if the opportunity arises. Great folks and primo facilities!

This dealership has the best service department that I’ve ever worked with. They don’t high-ball you, or push what you don’t need. I make the 40 minute trip for an oil change because it’s cheaper than my local Jiffy Lube, our car gets a solid inspection and they wash it before they’re done. The perception of shady, expensive dealerships do not apply here. They know how to work with their customers, they know what they’re doing, and they know your Honda.

So impressed with the team at McClure Honda. I had been looking for a used Honda Civic for weeks. Not easy to come by in Boise. It looked like I would have to purchase one out of Portland or SLC. McClure posted one at a great price. The stress of buying it unseen went away with the friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy sales team beginning with Jason and ending with Jeff. I have never left a dealer marketing sticker on my car but I decided to leave the McClure logo on this vehicle as I was very thankful for the service that made it almost stress free.

Jason Everett is the best there is! Got us the perfect car in May and then again in September. We have a growing family and he was able to get us cars we wanted and needed. Plus he’s great at listening to what your looking for and your budget.Always fast service! Both cars took us 3 days to get including shipping time to get the car we wanted to the Lewiston dealership!

Doug was a great salesmen. He was helpful and not pushy. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure my mother-in-law understood everything about her new car.

I bought my car there about 7 years ago. I go there fairly regularly to get my car washed. I am always so amazed how hard working those guys are who do the car washing. I always make sure I leave them a good tip. Last time I had my car washed I was unable to cuz I didnt have money on me at the time but I always make sure I make up for it the next time I have my car washed. They are hard-working and they are so appreciated! People who get your car washed their out Honda please make sure you tip those gentlemen. And those guys are always very courteous and friendly!

Work is always done in a timely manner. Very accommodating if I need a ride to and from work while my car is being serviced. Safety and recall issues are dealt with right away. Service managers let me know what work needs to be done in the future with a heads up on the cost. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great customer service. Free car wash, at any time, if you bought a Honda from McClure Honda. Would highly recommend Mick McClure Honda.

Warm and friendly atmosphere.Good sense of team effort in sales with Doug, Jason, and Casey.We got exactly what we asked for even though it took a couple of weeks to locate and deliver our vehicle to Lewiston.We felt good about the price we paid and the valuation of our trade in.Not a real big deal... but with two weeks lead time before our vehicle was delivered is was just a bit frustrating to learn, that after our vehicle arrived on the lot, that they still needed to order some accessory parts that werent in stock. When I first called them up, they had all the answers I was looking for regarding the car. When I told them I couldnt get there until Saturday they had no problem with it and held the car for me. While the staff is welcoming and polite, they gave me the run around. I was unimpressed and definitely not satisfied with my interactions, and ended up going to Coeur dAlene Honda which I would recommend over Mick McClure any day!

I went in just to chat and look at cars and left with a purchase of a 2014 Honda Accord that I fell in love with. My battery went dead at a gas station unexpectedly. I called McClure Honda. They sent someone to jump start the car. I left my car overnight at the service department . They charged the battery and updated the software free of charge. Their positive, prompt service was so much appreciated. It was relief to know that my car was travel-safe again.

Aron is especially great. He is always friendly and explains what needs to be done well. He had a few ideas of how I could fix and clean parts of my car myself. This is a very nice touch, as it makes it feel that you guys care about us and our cars, not just about making money.

I have worked with other dealerships in the Valley, with terrible results (no help when I bought an expensive extended warranty from Kendal Dodge - avoid that place like the plague), but MM Honda has been nothing but awesome!! Blew out my tire on my Odyssey which had the PAX system (blessing and a curse with those tires) thankfully I was within 50 miles of this location to get them replaced. Great and fast service! Dave and Brian did a great job!

I have been so disappointed with the service here the past few visits. While I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that there was a small play area and free popcorn and juice boxes to entertain my kids while I waited for 2 hours, I cant stand to give this place any more stars because I wouldnt want anyone else to feel ripped off.

The people were great, drove off with a new car in about 2 hours.

Dean was, upfront, honest, helpful and gave me all the information I needed over the phone and agreed on a price. It was a trade in so they did everything from a fresh lube-oil-filter to replacing the valve cover gasket and an alignment, just to to make sure it would be maintenance-free for a while.We drove from Spokane to Lewiston and the vehicle was wamed up and ready. Good drive, good conversation and quick sale (we had a birthday party to get to). They even gassed it up and gave us the Blizzack snow tires it was traded in with!Awesome group of guys and good experience all around. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!!

Our experience a couple days ago was fantastic. The listed price on a used Acura RDX was perfectly reasonable, trade in value for our existing vehicle was spot-on, and the signing process was ridiculously simple. Many details were ironed out in principle ahead of time via email. There was no upselling or other typical shenanigans involved. We will definitely be a returning customer.

First of all, appearance is everything when it comes to business. If what you first see when you walk to the parts counter, is the person at the counter playing on their cell phone, it doesnt exactly set the tone as professional. That, coupled with the person (seemingly) having zero knowledge about your vehicle, it doesnt make the experience any better. I came to simply buy a replacement bulb for a fog light on my 05 Acura TL. It took 3 people (after I suggested they actually look at my car) to finally figure out what I already knew - that it wasnt a headlight that needed replaced...but a fog light. When you come to a car dealer (in this case, Mick McClure Honda) the expectation is they are experts in all things Honda - which includes Acura. This did not happen at all. I left feeling very unsure of ever wanting to come back over something as insignificant as a light bulb. I hope my experience was an isolated incident, and that its not how they normally run their business.
