Sam was great helping negotiate the deal. The Finance department was great in getting me a great interest rate. Sam made sure the vehicle was washed, filled with gas and explained all the features.

I really enjoyed doing business at Rogers. Great bunch of people there, glad I got to meet them including the shuttle driver Shelly who picked me up at the airport. Special thanks to Adian, my salesman, his no pressure approach was refreshing and his knowledge of Uconnect, Sirius, linking my phone to my new Jeep Trailhawk and walking me through the electronics saved me hours of trying to get this done. It was nice to have before the drive home to Boise. I wish there was a Rogers dealership in the Boise area that I could go to for servicing. Thanks again everybody!

I just thought Id drop into Rogers and check out a Jeep Wrangler I saw on their website. John Galluci met me at the door and was simply awesome. No pressure, no fast talking. He let me take my time. Showed me the features, answered all my questions. When I got ready to leave, without committing to buying, he simply gave me his card and told me if I had any more questions to give him a call anytime. I came back the next day to buy the vehicle. Great service from John and from Parker, the finance officer. I could tell both of them enjoyed what they did, enjoyed working with people, and were professionals. They have treated me so well! I bought a car that hadnt been through the shop, so they lent me a loaner car until mine was done. She suggested I purchase a protective film to help avoid rock chipping, etc. I am very pleased with the advice Saffire provided as well as the careful workmanship on my car. I just purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 from Rogers CDJR and had an outstanding experience! After inquiring about the truck online, I was contacted by their internet sales manager, Spencer. He answered my questions, sent walk around video, and kept the lines of communication open as I considered my purchase. Given the fact I live 4 hours away I wasnt sure I wanted to make the drive just to take a look. Ultimately, I got offered a great financing rate and Spencer offered to deliver the truck to me if I made the purchase. That was enough to tip the scales. What a great experience! Sales crew was great and they were awesome when it came to trade-in. However, there was a problem with the vehicle I was looking at - RPM and speed were not registering properly - and I asked to have it checked before I took it off the lot. I was told by the office manager that I would need to take ownership of the vehicle and then schedule a time to have them take a look at the issue. Having experienced a similar circumstance with Rogers Toyota and having to fight the dealership to honor their We Owe You... follow-up service check, I was not inclined to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt. I asked again that they remediate the issue before I took the truck off the lot, noting that I had a check-in-hand for the full negotiated price, provided them a trade-in, and signed all the necessary paperwork. Apparently that wasnt enough for the office manager, and I was told me that I could either take the vehicle now or take back my trade-in. He said I wasnt a sold customer yet. So, I took my cash and my trade-in back. When I came in to grab the keys to the trade-in, the office manager had miraculously found a time the next day to have another tech take a look at the truck, only a half-hour after he had told me that they didnt know when they could get the truck looked at and fixed. I declined - Im not one to play around with snakes in the grass - and gathered my trade-in. I followed up on their sale listings the next morning around 8:30 AM, and to my surprise, the truck was relisted on their website. Based on the conversation I had with the office manager the previous day, they didnt have a master tech that could take a look at it or the part on the shelf to fix the issue I experienced within the next day. So, hopefully they fix the issue for the next guy that wants to buy the truck. Again, I cant say enough about the sales staff and finance guys - top-notch customer service and excellent people - the office manager is a different story. Were not too pleased with missing out on the truck we wanted, but were even more upset that the hard-work and dedication to service displayed by the Rogers sales and finance staff will go unrewarded.

Im giving 5 stars only because of the way Riley, and then then later on Jason, both from service stepped up to the plate and helped me tackle some of the issues that arose after I bought a 2011 dodge durango rt from them for 16k. The car shook and had a rough idle at the time we bought it and the issue with the misfire in cyclinder 2 was on the pre inspection when rogers got the vehicle so i wanted that handled before I bought but the sales man John promised me they wouldnt just offload this vehicle one for that kinda money and not help me when these same issues are still around. So literally the day after buying it was rough idling obviously misfiring in cyclinder 2 I called the sales guy John who basically told me the deals done we dont have to help you take it up with service. Obviously i was not happy and wont be doing business with John who doesnt keep his word but Riley and then Jason from service stepped up and have been helping me tackle these issues so instead of a 1 star review I am giving a 5 star review because both Riley and Jason from service have went above and beyond to make this right. I appreciate that and i may be back to buy another vehicle just because of this fact

Everyone is friendly at try dealership and they were nice to work with, but sadly they dont have any quality control on used vehicles or a conscience. I purchased a Ram 1500 from them a little over a year ago and that is when my problems began.Apparently they started the truck and warmed it up before letting me see it because the first morning after I bought the truck there was an obvious noise. I learned it was timing chain slap from a trusted private mechanic. Then I found out that the drivers side mirror motor was burned out and the dealer wanted around 300 dollars to fix it the day after I bought the truck. Then I looked under the truck and there was an obvious rear differential leak. Over the next year i also figured out that I had a transmission pan leak, bad spark plugs and a coil pack, bad breaks, calipers, and rotors, and I also found out that I was sold a 4 wheel drive truck without 4 wheel drive. In about a year, Ive spent nearly $5000 fixing the truck. This was after the dealer told me the truck was in good condition and that it had been inspected. They also told me that they would stand by me. Obviously a lie to get me to buy the truck.DO NOT trust this dealer. Ive certainly learned my lesson will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Don’t get me wrong, I had excellent customer service today when I had my Jeep serviced today. It is what I learned about buying tires from a Dodge dealer where the issues come to play.I moved hear four months ago from Billings and I bought new tires before I moved to Lewiston. I needed them rotated today along with my service. They charged me $15 for the rotation. The service manager said they only service tires purchased from them directly. It does not matter that they came from a Dodge dealer.After further review and reflection, why on earth would you buy tires from the local Dodge dealer? Unless you do all your driving in Lewiston. If your on vacation or visiting someone in Boise and you have a flat tire, your local Dodge dealer won’t take care of you.So I say buy Your Dodge from Dodge dealers but buy tires from tire dealers. The Dodge boys won’t take care of your tires. Lesson learned. Hopefully you won’t make the same mistake.

Updated:Hey Everyone, I just spoke with Ryan Rogers and Jack Kemp today at the Dodge Dealership and it was a great meeting. Ive heard nothing but good things about Ryan and I must say... His reputation definitely precedes him. Shoot, we talked more about high school injuries then we did about my vehicle! For someone to treat me as an old college buddy after shining negative light on his business, something that he is very passionate about... Is nothing but commendable. If the owner of the company is that compassionate at the top, you can bet that it trickles down throughout.One of the many it has trickled down onto, is Ben House. When I thought I exhausted contacts to get my vehicle fixed, he immediately reached out. A very stand up guy and I highly encourage anyone that is looking for a vehicle to definitely give him a call.With that being said, anyone that has had problems before; I do highly suggest giving Rogers a second chance. After meeting with the owner and going through different communication channels, its glaringly apparent that they actually do care. All I wanted was for transparency, fairness and to be treated as a valued customer. Today they met all those expectations and even exceeded others. It’s a shame that this is a Rogers dealership. My family has purchased 11 cars from Rogers Toyota in the past 3 years and they are excellent to deal with before and after the purchase. I made the mistake to decide to by a Jeep from what I thought would be an equal experience from another Rogers dealership but was sadly mistaken. From the time we purchased the vehicle the front-end makes a clanking noise when stopping and starting. For 5 months they have had the car in and out of service with one misrepresentation leading to another. Had to get Jeep customer care involved which helped commutation but little else. I have been waiting on a call for a part they believe is the problem that was ordered just to find they have had it for a week but never let me know. I have now started the process to enact Idaho’s Lemmon law which is a pain but at least the Jeep nightmare will end soon.

Bought a GMC Yukon Denial from Fabian Glenn andwas promised a rear hitch cover because the one on the car was broken and they didn’t have the color in stock that day. Called multiple times trying to resolve the issue, have text messages from Fabian saying they sent it to our address and we never received it. Called the GENERAL MANAGER Jack, said they never promised anything, that it wasn’t cracked leaving the car dealership, and they will not send one and he hung up on me. I own my own business and if I treated my customers this way I would expect a unhappy customer and negative reviews! I do NOT recommend buying from Rodgers Dodge VERY unprofessional!

I recently bought a car from here and the experience was terrible. I would not recommend buying a car here to anyone. I live out of state so we specifically ask the cars sales man to do a full walk around of the vehicle showing us any scratches dings etc. he showed us one rock chip. Upon receiving the car I was able to identify 3 chips and 2 major scratches within the first hour of having the vehicle. The car salesman neglected to inform me of any of these. Also I was promised car mats and they were not in the car when I received it.I believe the sales department handled this unprofessionally, were deceitful and took advantage of us.Update : We have left 3 voicemails for the GM and he has not contacted us back.

The service department is amazing. Michael Jacobson has bin extremely Patient with my car. He has found ways to help me out with warranty to better survive my car. I used to go to the dealership in Pullman and figured out that the service they wanted to do on my Car was already under warranty and they wanted me to pay up cash. I dont mind traveling 40 minutes or more down to Lewiston and get my car service by this dealership. I rather have honest and respectful service. I come in quite frequently due to my car flares. In the past I have always purchased my vehicles from the CdA/Spokane area due to the amount of options available and prices. I was (literally) on my way to Spokane when I decided to stop by Rogers to meet with a family friend, Donavon Frazier, who was willing to come in on his day off just to show me what they had to offer. Long story short I never made it to Spokane and found exactly what I wanted here. Everyone was very nice and patient with me while I tried to make up my mind and ask all of my questions. They made the Jeep work for me and are even installing the hitch I insisted on having. Not to mention I also received a free trip to Vegas! I saved time and money by shopping local and am relieved to have that local support if needed in the future. Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Lewiston went above and beyond what someone would expect from a dealership. All of the salesmen, finance, reception, and service individuals were very friendly, courteous, and caring. The service department worked overtime to ensure that the vehicle we wanted to test drive was up and running safely beforehand. They purchased brand new tires for our Jeep, and our salesman Matt, was out there in his sales attire, helping the service department put them on. They made me and my family feel extremely comfortable with the whole buying process, and answered any and all questions that we had without hesitation. We had our own financing, or so we thought and our finance person was out to get us a crappy deal. So Matt, said to heck with them, we will use our own! I imagine this dealership was once a nice place to do business. But it seems they have allowed their generous size to cloud their ability to provide even basic customer service. Aside from being flat ignored by the sales department when I called to express interest in a vehicle, I have had repeated problems with the service department, and when I went back to try and find a solution with my service advisor, I was informed I was out of luck because he suddenly no longer is employed there.Everyone makes mistakes, but the key lies in how you handle them. In my years of doing business with Chrysler dealerships across the country, Rogers has to be one of the worst Ive had the extreme misfortune of dealing with.

We had an amazing experience buying our new Dodge Ram Truck here. We drove from Boise and our sales guy Casey made the process a breeze. He drove us in the truck and showed us the features in action so we could see 1st hand and not have to try and figure it all out while we were driving the rig. Well I wasnt to happy with you guys when you had my truck way longer then you were suppose to cause someone forgot to order the gaskets for the part needed. But even though I was not the nicest you guys really stepped up and came up with a solution that made me happy. Very polite and professional staff. Thank you dodge your greatly appreciated. I will definently be back if something else comes up with my truck.

Very difficult to find a way into this dealership. Its like they dont really want your business but will accept it if you complete the quest of finding an entrance. Be prepared to drive around the block, possibly more than once.

80 miles short of Lewiston Idaho I get a service DEF code I called Kendall Dodge and they said to bring it in. When we arrived I was told of the possibility that my truck could be in the shop for a week or better for a 2 hour repair.. They did some checking and found a way to do the repair immediately, also had a secure place to park my fifth wheel trailer and gave us a loaner vehicle to use for the afternoon... Service was fabulous!!!!

I find a car online the sales person contacts me first thing in the morning. We get all the financing sorted out and ready to go. We live 2 1/2 hours away. I text and called to tell him we are ON OUR WAY be there before 4:00. He texts me back ok sounds good!I had to get child care set for my three kids because no child wants to be in the car that long .We get 15 minutes (3:30) away from the car lot and I get a text that someone else is buying the vehicle with another sales associate. Im livid ... I try calling my sales person and no answer I text him and say what??? Im 15 minutes away.... Nothing.I call the sales manager he tells me well you werent 100% on the car. (Yeah who is when they havent seen a car in person or even test drove it)its a used vehicle not new...... He then said well you didnt put down a deposit. But I never got asked to.... I would have knowing its a long drive down there. I thought common sense someone is driving a long way and has all their finances ready they would hold it for me until 4:00.I am a returning customer who will never come back. You wanted to gain a customer but instead you lost more then one.

Thank you for the great service! You even let me bring my own oil in that I was able to buy elsewhere on sale and changed my oil by just charging the fair service charge. Thank you also for the speedy service on my repair that needed done and finally, after I had to reschedule for personal reasons three times, your staff was friendly and non judgmental about me being a pain and squeezed me right in. Everyone was super friendly and Ill be bringing donuts in one of these mornings as a thank you! AWESOME SERVICE DEPT.!

You NEED to buy from Rogers! The customer service was AMAZING! From my first contact on line, I was quickly given my answer about the SUV I wanted, when we got to the dealership, we had to stay over night. They called the hotel and we were given a discount for our stay. JW was awesome getting our paperwork done and he took the time to answer all our questions. It has been over a month and I have had a couple questions about my Jeep and I still get to bug Matt! He has always answered my calls and is genuinely happy to talk with me. The best part is, he knows everything about Jeep! I have never written a review before but felt Rogers service was above and beyond and everyone should know.

Had a great experience with the service crew yesterday. Got me in right away and did a thorough job with the oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check-up and car wash. I really like the new look of the waiting area for customers...very comfortable. Haley was great...she took care of everything with a smile and cheerful attitude. Thanks for the great service!

Am very pleased with the scheduling and quality of work on the service. The computer generated paperwork is a little misleading toward more work needed. It would be appreciated if the vehicle could be vacuumed after the service before being returned to the customer. The free car wash is also another big plus. Free coffee and a very nice customer area is really nice when you have a short wait. The employees are very polite and helpful and alway enjoy visiting with our sale girl, Shane Wells. It may have been over 2 years since we bought our Dodge Journey, but she remembers year, color, what we traded in and our name, you are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
