Stopped in here to get a sticker. Was asked questions on if my sticker was expired and because it was he fit me in which I felt extremely appreciative. The men here are outstanding. Ill bring my car back just on the fact that they are friendly and I felt appreciated and valued.EDIT: I wanted to add some more to my review after having a lot more experience. I have been going here for a couple years now and I had a car that had a lot of issues so it seemed I was in here every three months. In addition I have had dealings with them in regards to numerous of my friends vehicles.These guys are top of the line! I cannot say even one bad thing. Even if you have to wait a couple days for your car to be fixed its worth the wait.Their integrity is the selling point! They stay true to their word and even are competitive with prices from other shops. They are professional and very customer service friendly. Even if the labor prices are on the high side WORTH IT! So Ive been going to RDA for years. And its because I TRUST this team. They are friends. You are not a customer, you are a friend. They are straight shooters. If your car needs it, theyre going to tell you and they are going to give you a fair price for the work. If your car doesnt need it, or it can do with something different, theyre going to tell you. I started going to them when I worked close by. A few years ago that changed. I moved and my work location changed, but I am not changing garages. I travel quite a distance to go here for anything. They do my State Inspection, my oil changes, and my funny little noises. They have never advertised. They dont need to. You will have a new friend if you see this team.

Made an appointment where they made a big deal about me blocking out six hours a time for a clutch replacement which I am supplying the clutch kit completely also had a parts matched slave and master cylinder for them they did not start working on my car until 330 in the afternoon after having it all day long then they only worked on a slave cylinder which was not the request the request was to replace the clutch now waiting a second day they said they won’t charge me for the work that I didn’t ask them to do which they probably shouldn’t. They also claim that I never told them information that would’ve helped them diagnose that it was the clutch faster when the only reason why I made the appointment was to have the clutch replaced. Making this post while vehicle is still being worked on because I have no other options I am stuck at work for a day that I was not supposed to not have my vehicle.

They fabricated issues with my car at inspection to create issues I need to repair. They told me I needed new brakes and rotors for example and when I went to another shop they took the brakes apart and showed me that there was at least 2/3 of the pads left on all 4 tires and did not need replacing.

They repaired our 69 Toyota Landcruiser wiring fault where others had NO clue what to do. Informative, helpful and something which is rare nowadays, trustworthy .
